Hi I would also like to cancel my Adobe stock, I need some help, When I started my subscription for Illustrator which is what a want, the Adobe stock was one month free of charge I added this not knowing this was for the year, tried cancelling this but its now asking for 50 per cent charge?Please help me!

After licencing some images, the smart object have the yellow exclamation mark, and the image continues to show the water mark; is there a way to have this resolved ?

I tried to cancel my Adobe Stock Trial-membership today but the subscription management page wouldnt load (as you can see in the screenshot). Is it allowed to use adobe stock images in Videos on youtube or facebook?

Not always you get to take pictures that you want. Therefore, have used Adobe Stock to purchase images. After a year, I finished the prenumeration because I can not use all the images that you pay for. Received a confirmation, "Your subscription will end 11-July-2017". When I thought to download some pictures today, they have already closed the account and photos that I have deposited frozen inside. Feeling cheated by Adobe. 😞 Adobe support does not want to resolve it but says that you unsubscribe directly when you want to cancel (no matter what they send in confirmation email.)Do I think right when I feel tricked?

I tried following this:  Cancel your Adobe Stock membership  however there is no option to cancel my plan under Plan Details:I used one photo of the 10 free stock images but was unable to cancel in time because I don't see a clear way to cancel or contact support and I've been charged $30. Is there any way to cancel this plan and be refunded? Thank you.

Hello,I just cancelled my subscription of Adobe Stock, a cancellation that cost me more than €100, and I had 37 images I had already paid for still left to use on the site, which, as it appears, I lost the access to. I do understand that companies can probably get away with all sorts of tricks even much worse by carefully choosing their words in terms of services, but I didn't quite expect I would fall for one, much less by the company Adobe, whose products and services have quite wowed me since I started using them about half a year ago. It appears I have fallen though. Same issue for me. I subscribed the free membership and did cancellation soon after that. But to my shock, I was charged monthly membership the next month. Immediately I contact them, to my shock, adobe cannot find any my subscription there. But they promised to resolve this and contact me soon. This was in mid May 2017. Nobody contacted me actually after that. I though the problem was resolved. But again in June 2017 I was charged again!! Very disappointed, I had the live chat with Adobe rep (Aaruni) June 27, again I was promised to get problem resolved within a few hours. I believed them again. I was wrong, until today the problem is still not resolved. Today the rep (KandalamAnil) gave me different excuses, e.g., I'm in different time zone so convenient to contact me. OMG, they never tried to do anything actually. If adobe is sincere, you should proactively contact me since your business open globally. It's a shame that Adobe is doing such a scam to cheat customer's money.Please ref

I am new to this forum. I have familiarity with adobe cc lightroom and photoshop not Illustrator. I bought a single license for a logo that I like. It opens in AI just fine but I don't know how to edit it. I see no layers or obvious fonts used in the logo. Can somebody give me some direction? Thank you.

I signed up for the free trial (10) pics and chose 4. But, I cannot download them for use because of lettering on the front of the pictures.How do I access pics without words plastered on them?It took me 15 to find this forum.  Customer service, get email, please!!!

Adobe has done recent changes to Adobe Stock and with that I lost all my stock credits which was above 80, can I please get them back.

I am interested in posting some Images that I've taken.  However, it tells me that I must have a valid ID with name, etc.  What happens if I post this?  Anyone can read it?  Don't want to give out sensitive information such as address and where I live.  Is this info kept confidential?Les (Corker2)
