Bonjour à tous !Existe t-il une offre d'abonnement avec licence étendue ?Hello everyone ! Is there a subscription offer with extended license?
I'm having the same problem. I chose license and save to my library but the Adobe watermark is still on the photos. This has happened to me many times and half of my images in my library still have your watermark. It's frustrating. Please help.
I did the exact same thing when trying to view a larger image. Is there a way to return an image yet? It would be helpful to have a confirmation that you are purchasing an image to avoid accidentally licensing the image.
Hi,I have a general question, which is if there are animations to access in Adobe Stock?
I have just had the same problem - there was no way it was made clear that I was signing up to a whole year and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee - please cancel my stock account and waive the fee. It is very underhand of Adobe to behave like this. I am not a professional but do occasional design work for not for profit small charities for free. the rates you charge are just astronomical and now I cant even get out of it!!
I have a twelve month trial of creative cloud. I got a notification saying I would get ten free stock images so I used two. I just realized I've been charged for several months, and when I cancelled there was an $89 fee! I use this for a NON profit and am availed at the support experience. I was on chat for 30 minutes until the agent said he could resolve This. I requested your billing department telephone and was ignored. Then I got an email saying my case was resolved. I can't believe I paid $89 AND $180 for something I was told is free!! Then I tried chat again and the agent closed me out because it's not mobile responsive.what a mess!
Hi guys, I am trying to buy your 750 images per month plan and the stem not process the payment. I can call anyone or live chat and cant find the answer here. Can someone form adobe careteam help please !!!
Hello,I work for a magazine with a subscription of $650,000 which means all images we use would have to have an enhanced license? How does that work if we got a team subscription to your stock library (3 licenses @ 40 images/month)? Do we have to pay extra for each image used for the magazine to make it enhanced or is there some way to just have a subscription of only enhanced images?Second part: So once we use an image in the magazine, can we use it for say a brochure as well? Or not?Thank you!
I have accumulated 100+ images in my monthly plan. I was told that If I cancel my subscription I will not be able to download them, so I would lose roughly 10 months x $40 (aus dollars) and it seems unreasonable. if it is explained somewhere I would like to know where, I would not have accumulated so many images. Now I have to try to anticipate what I might need in the next few months (almost an impossible task) and get those pictures, then cancel. If it helps someone else here we go in a simple fashion: When you cancel you subscription you can not download any accumulated images according to the support operator who very professionally gave me the bad news.I hope it helps.Ric
Hello peeps!I am trying to share my stock gallery. But I cant find a URL to do this. I look on the web and could not find the answer, can some one please help me with this?Cheer!
Hello, I also accidentally purchased an image when looking to enable my promotion. The image number is #54491227.I appreciate all of your help!
I have AI account for a year now but never accessed any stock photos. I believe we get 10 free with subscription to Adobe. Recently downloaded an Adobe stock photo into my library but the watermark still appears on my document. How do I remove it?
Working on a project, and want to know if the default enhanced license for videos and premium images extends to Enterprise users?
If I am using an image that was taken from a stock video, and using that image on marketing material, would the standard or enhanced license apply? I think the enhanced license would apply: 1) default enhanced license applies to stock video/premium images and 2) both standard and enhanced license allow Work to be modified. Am I correct here?
This has happened before and is happening again. I get 10 images free with my subscription, and then I'm supposed to be able to buy single images at $2.99 each from this point. When I go to buy, I get this error:The card is good, though. In fact, it's the one my CC subscription is charged through. There is currently plenty of money on it. I also tried another payment method, and the same thing is happening. In fact, I took that screen shot with the new payment method. I called customer support, and they couldn't figure it out. I was sent to sales, who could only offer more expensive monthly plans, which I don't need (I usually go over my 10 credits, but not enough to bump up to an additional 20 credits a month, especially since a lot of my images have to come from iStock, Stocksy, or People Images. Anyhow, it puts me in a bind when I am supposed to have designs over to my client, and I can't get the needed images. So sales sent me back to support, who said they couldn't figure it out,
Hello everyone I have a problem with my Adobe Stock subscription. A while ago, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but as I was about to do it I received an offer to keep my subscription and get 60 free days. I accepted this offer and carried on with licensing images. At that time I had about 14 credits which have since all disappeared. In the past few weeks I haven't really used the platform so I was surprised to see my credits gone, as well as my subscription. I wanted to license an image today and I was forced to resubscribe, with no 60 days free, which were suppose to start at about this time. Where could the problem be and who could I contact in order to solve this? And more importantly how? I have failed to see a single e-mail address for customer support. Thanks in advance!Bogdan
I purchased AdobeStock_83125385_WM for a brochure.I cannot open it in photoshop.... I get the following error: This application does not support editing of banknote images....LOLHow am I supposed to use it if I can't open it???Message was edited by moderator to better describe issue.
Hi, I've purchased an Adobe stock picture. The image in my design (preview used) still has watermarks.Ash.
After reading the Stock Rules... and considering the stock is part of the Creative Cloud - (it appears, not just a personally owned downloadable file but you still have a hold onto it and a link too) if by chance I cancel my subscription in the future, will the stock I downloaded and paid for during my monthly subscription still be usable, say months later since I downloaded it - or does it disappear back into the cloud? Silly question, but it appears the stock is mine to use only and if I continue with the monthly subscription even after I download it and not cancel?
Good Afternoon,All of my Stock credits have disappeared. My membership is still active but the subscription had expired. I am part of an Adobe Team membership for my work. We had around 40 photo credits that we were about to use on a project, when they disappeared. Is there any way to get these back since we paid for them? Thanks so much!
I never thought a product as professional as Adobe would scam me as Adobe evidently has.My trial was scheduled to end June 6.June 4 I was no longer able to download an image.June 4 I was no longer able to view my account details.June 4 I was no longer able to cancel. After wasting 42 minutes in chat last night with "Emmanuel", and today wasting 25 minutes on phone with Nehid in India, it appears there is no one else with whom to discuss this matter?!?!?!?!?S.O.S.
Hi! I have a question that I cannot seem to find on the support page for "Adobe Stock." I need high-quality images to display on my website without the risk of getting copyrighted. My question is: What license should I buy if I'm only using the pictures for a visual of my description?Theoretical example, I'm an inspector. And on my website, I have multiple types of inspections like highways, bridges, telephone poles, etc. I would need a visual, for the description of those set categories. Not selling what's in the image, but my services to the subject(s) that are in the image.
Hi,I have found some images that I want to use. A standard license is enough. However, this is the first time I am trying Adobe Stock and I didnt know if some of the vector graphics were layered or not, so I decided to use the free trial to check. Since they are, I want to use these in my project, so I cancelled my trial (for now, I dont need 10 images/month for one year, I just need 3 images), however the images are still listed and licensed as standard license. This might be a silly question, but am I allowed to use these images now, or must I buy them again? Initially was going to buy.
I was familiarizing myself with your service and accidentally licensed a video #139285667I see from other forum posts with the same problem that you don't issue refunds only credits. After this mishap, I don't see myself using Stock in the future, so a credit is of little good to me.I have not downloaded the video and paying $200 + for something I purchased in error is going to not only ruin my day but it puts my initial experience using CC in a bad light.I will be away from the internet today and would appreciate speaking to a real human about this issue.Thank you
How do I cancel when I'm near the renewal period?
