I didn't realise the 1 free month offer meant I was agreeing to AU$350 contract or something. Now they want $180 for me to cancel a service i dont use!Has anyone gotten out of this without having to pay? I've not used one stock image and don't need to. I didn't realise Adobe was so scammy, I thought the brand had more integrity.

I was wondering if Adobe offers a service to help with researching for images/videos in the stock app?   For instance, certain stock companies fix you up with a representative, you give them a few keywords/description and they do some hunting to find the right clips for you.Does this service exist via Adobe Stock?  If so, how do I contact them to ask for help?Thanks!

Hi!Is it allowed for my to showcase my product with a mock-up photo in my Etsy shop (I have a tiny shop)? I will not sell the stock photo, just the product I merge in the Stock photo. The Stock photo is for showcasing my product. The customer will per say not buy the stock photo. Is it ok to use the Stock photo to show my designs (I make posters) in social media as Insta and FB (with credits to Adobe)?

I have an Etsy shop and I am making a header. Can I use the Stock pictures in my header?

The problem I have here in Malaysia is that I can't subscribe except as part of an Adobe Team subscription. I don't have or want an Adobe Team subscription. Hence my Adobe Stock credits were doomed from the outset.

Hi, I've seen the discussions on missing Dollar Photo Club credits, but they aren't helping me. I've been using these credits for about 11 months now, and as I understand the agreement, they expire in a year. I logged in to my account (as I always do) and over 100 credits are not showing, instead I get a "subscribe" option. Help!

I purchased Image #110697179.  The image details say AI/EPS format.  I selected the option to license and open in Photoshop, however, when the image opens in Photoshop it is very distorted and totally unusable.As you can see the laptop is missing a section, the pictures, camera, cd, and usb cable are blocky and grainy, and the overall image does not appear nearly as crisp as in the image preview.Thanks,Ryan

Hello Abode Stock, I need to access the credits i had on my account and now the page says that i cant due to the licenses not being able in my region? This concerns me because 1. i was counting on those credits (which i bought before this was even adobe stock, aka dollarphoto) and now they are just gone? 2. i dont see a problem with me gathering photos i was rightfully able to download and now its not possible due to adobe cloud. On my business credit card (Chase Ink), Adobe Stock purchases are listed as "Recreation" for the expense category.  That is a terrible category for a legitimate and regular business expense.  It sounds like it is purchasing a movie or some leisure content. I don't want to ever have an issue justifying this as a legitimate business expense for business tax reporting OR for client reimbursement purposes.  Please update the category in the credit reporting to be "Photography", "Stock Imagery" or something applicable for tax reporting purposes.  "Recreation" is not acceptable.

We a have a team subscription of 750 images per month. We are a marketing agency, and we usually download many images as a daily basis. Looking directly form photoshop libraries is a great tool, but this is a second time we hit a premium image by mistake and licensed it. The only way to realize about doing such an action, is paying attention to the dialog before saying "ok". Something that in a rush becomes a potential error.It would be a great UI/UX improvement if that dialog with tiny texts make a different approach to premium images. Maybe different colors, maybe the button might read "Buy" instead of "OK". And I'd rather prefer to think this is something that is not intentional for misleading the user, than just some kind of poor studying of possible interactions.But the most difficult task of all is reaching the right person to communicate the problem. We have 499.99 dollars in expenses for something nobody wants.Please could someone help us to undo this purchase?
