It is frustrating when you're searching for a certain type of photo, and the results are littered with photos that have nothing to do with the search term. Example, I was looking for volunteering and these were just three of hundreds that don't match volunteering: 35902009, 118369947, and this 13179639.There needs to be a quick and easy way to report photos that are tagged incorrectly.
Are there any examples on how to properly credit a photo when using it for a book cover?
I migrated from Dollar Photo club and now that the deal is over I am being charged triple. I would like to cancel my stock subscription, I keep reading in these forums that Adobe will make me pay for the entire year if I cancel, is this true?
In the FAQ/ Usage and LicensingIn answer to the question: Do I need to add a photo credit?“We require a photo credit to be added only when using the image in an editorial article or for social media.” Elsewhere in this forum it implies that one has to use credits … I am confused. I am creating some posters for resale (purchasing the extended license) From the FAQ response it seems I don’t have to credit Adobe or the photographer … right?
I can't see my adobe stock credits anymore. I had credits from my ex account in one dollar photo but now I can't see it in my account.
I have downloaded a few AI files in the last few weeks that are way too small to use for anything. Why are these so small. Not happy with these graphics.Thank you,Sherie
I migrated over from DPC and my plan should be coming due to expire soon. I need to know when it will change to $29.99. Is there a way to find that?
I texture 3D models and sell those textures that other people use for making art in 3D programs. Does the Standard or Extended Licence allow for the use of modified stock to make textures? I'm really confused. Thank you in advance for your response. (If not allowed, that's fine. Better to be safe than sorry!)
Looking to purchase a watercolor background that is purple-blue-green. There are some backgrounds in the adobe collection that are close but not quite exact. Am I able to make a request to designers for this? Thank you!
A subscription doesn't work for me. I can't predict my usage.
Hi all,I just signed up for adobe stock, however when I've selected an image that I like and added it to my library, it still had the big adobe stock watermark all over it when I got to download it. Help! What am I missing here?Thank you!
I was wondering how the adobe stock trial worked. Will I get charged after 1 month is up or after I use up all 10 free assets? I do not think I will use the 10 assets in the month, and the plan it tells you to sign up for says "First month free" while the stock advertisement says "Get 10 free Adobe Stock images".
Why am I paying for Adobe stock now? I was downloading assets for free just last week (and for a long time) and it said I had many credits on my account. What happened?
Hi, I am looking to get a monthly subscription program that I can cancel when I want to. I see two plans that allow cancellation in first month. I have three questions:i) Can I cancel after first month?ii) What is the difference between Annual Commitment and Annual Subscription written in either one of these plans!?iii) Finally, will I be charged per month or annually? Please help! Thank you, Waqas
I have a blog that hosts editorial content. When I use an image here, I will add the standard Adobe image credit. I also have the main company website which has teasers that point to my blog post (on a different site.) The teasers consist of image + headline + 2 sentences explaining what the article is about. It clicks through to the main content on the blog site. The Adobe guidelines for photographer credit are: We require a photo credit to be added only when using the image in an editorial article or for social media. My company website is not an editorial article (it is a teaser that points to an editorial article) and it's not social media. Do I need to add an image credit, or will the image credit on the article itself suffice?
Hello,I intend to start a business where businesses can rent from me a big print images. Some of the pictures I'll have to buy from companies like yours.my questions are:1 Can I do so with Adobe Stock?2 Can I put your pictures on my Website, so that my clients can see the pictures and choose which ones they want to print.I am aware of the constitutional matter and therefore the images will be leased rather than sold.I want to emphasize that each image will be printed twice maximum.
My invitations will include stock images with the invitation wording? I have checked the forum and received different answers. One being that the image will be accompanied by text and therefor as long as I print <5000 000, a standard licence will do. The other that if it is for resale I have to purchase an extended licence.I would really appreciate clarification with specific links.
Hello,I would like to buy some photos from Adobe Stock for one my clients. My client is the Hellenic Post Office and they want to use some pictures for their upcoming stamp collection and its derivatives products. What kind of license should I buy?Thank you in advance,Helen
I'm an expat in Germany. I can kind of speak German, but just for everyday life- not for managing accounts. When I log into Adobe Stock photos online, everything is in German. There is no option on the page to change the language to English. So then I'll click on my profile (top right), and everything switches to English. Adobe has my main language saved as English in my profile. Then I go back to the Stock site, and it's in German again. Is there something that I'm missing? Can I fix this? Please help! Sidenote: I know I can use Google translate on the page. I don't like doing this, because 1.) I shouldn't have to- my main language is English, and 2.) If you hover over a word for .0012 seconds before clicking, Google will show the original translation, and then you can't click it. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it is frustrating. Will this happen when I go to Croatia and Greece in a couple of months? Because I can't read in those languages AT ALL.
Disclaimer: I've been using Adobe products for almost 20+ years and manage the team adobe CC account at my place of employment.I've been using the Photoshop CC subscription for years and been very happy with it. I like Adobe (for the most part, see below)I feel I was suckered into the Adobe Stock 'risk free' trial by a one month trial that became a surprise $300+ commitment. I'm used to ordering subscriptions online (videos game mmo, netflix, etc etc. ) I feel the disclaimers were not clear enough for honest business practices.I would like to have my Adobe stock subscription removed without the termination fee. (I feel this won't happen if try this on chat)I wish to keep my photoshop subscription. I thank you for your help.
Hello, I am considering buying a subscription to Adobe Stock. I am mostly interested in downloading videos for use in social media video projects. The SUBSCRIBE page offers a number of "Standard Assets" per month. I am unsure if most of the videos I have seen on your site would qualify as a "Standard Asset" so I am apprehensive to subscribe. Could you please clarify what exactly a "Standard Asset" is in regards to video content. For example, would it include a video with an "Extended License". What would I be restricted to downloading if I only have "Standard Assets" from which to choose?I use a Mac and have tried looking in forums for an answer to my question.Thank you in advance,-Ángel
Hi there! I had a free trial of adobe stock and accidentally downloaded a Video. To my horror, my credit card was instantly charged for 73,19€ for the video licence. I didn't want it, just clicked by mistake! How can I get a refund?
Hi, can I use the standard licence for a (selfpublished) cookbook? I need cover AND pictures for the inside of the book (right next to the recipes). I have a subscription with a standard license. Thank you!
Bought an image with a background that I assumed would have been very easy to unlock from the background and use in my project - but no. It's locked down hard, selecting all and unlocking doesn't work, unlock isn't even live when I select all. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING - not sure why any icon sold in stock would have a background in the first place - who would ever want that??[Moved from non-technical Lounge Forum to Stock forum... Hello,I am new to Adobe Stock. I was searching for photos in the last few nights and I keep accidentally click on the left bottom corner of the thumbnail photos. It wasn't even shown as a download icon. I thought I was only clicking to open the photo and before I know it, I have purchased the photos already. Can you pls remove these photos from my account #103511817, #131146365 and #68450865?May I suggest future improvement for Adobe to ask for confirmation before confirming the purchase of the image?ThanksWing
