I started a free trial paying with my personal card on my corporate account, now I'm trying to cancel it and I can't because there's always a mistake when asking to cancel. When I open the support page though the account is changed and the bot tells me I don't have any active subscriptions on my account (not even the corporate creative cloud). It's as if I had two accounts on the same email: one with corporate creative cloud and stock free trial, which doesn't work when I open the support center, and another account with no subscriptions that comes out only when I open the support center. As I supposedly don't have any active subscriptions, the bot won't let me write to a real person. I need to cancel this free trial ASAP.   [Moderator deleted private information. How can I stop the images from saving to cc library, and instead just download straight to my computer?

Mock up usage? Hello.I want to present designs on an online site to be printed and framed (I think buyers mostly buy them for this reason). During the process of placing these designs on poster mockups, I have some concerns about mockups and I would like to consult you about them. Should I definitely use mockups as a preview? Doesn't it make sense to put the design itself directly? Or, since the mockup is an artificial image, could it be misleading for the other person? This last statement confuses me a lot. In this regard, I am worried about the appearance of the design being pale or bright in different mockups. What should I think about this? I don't want a misleading situation to occur and I also want to be able to show the stance of the design. I don't have the ability to take a real photo. Can I use mockups with peace of mind? Hi guys, Does anyone know how to change the company information in the issued invoice? I input all of company information before making payment but there's no company name in the invoice after all. I have to make a claim to my company so the company name is compulsory.Also, Adobe customer support cannot be reached, is there any direct email? Chatbox and help center don't work anyway.

I remember once I tried to download Adobe for a free trial to see if I'd use it or not, but I ended up not using it and deleted it right there at the moment. Then I went to cancel my plan, I thought I did cancel it, but it turns out it didn't register the cancelation. Now I'm stuck paying $30 month for a year. I don't want to keep paying for shyt i don't have or use. And if I try to cancel it it says i need to pay $142 more to cancel my plan. Is there other ways to cancel it?

Good dayI am on the 10 stock assets per month plan. I assumed these are allocated on the 1st of every month, but it doesn't look as if mine has been added for May yet. Is it because I initially signed up on the 18th of the month? Will my new assets only be added then on the 18th of May?

Wo ist dieser Link "Transfer your account"…???  Hat jemand diesen Link gesehen? Ich finde ihn nicht. I have illustrator only on my iPad at the moment, and have successfully licensed and opened and used previous Stock images on illustrator for iPad, and can still open those files on illustrator for iPad. I last opened a newly licensed imaige that way maybe a month ago I would guess. However, now I can't open the images that I have newly licensed in the last week or so. I've downloaded them multiple times and tried multiple ways of opening them in illustrator for iPad, but it just says "can't open file". This is two different licensed images so far, but as mentioned I can open old licensed images. What could be the issue?

Hallo zusammen, ich habe eine Frage zur Nutzung von Adobe Stockfootage im Rahmen von politischen Postings.In den Nutzungsbedingungen habe ich Einschränkungen in Bezug auf politische Inhalte gefunden, diese scheinen sich aber auf die Einreichung von Fotografien zu beziehen (so ist es nicht gewünscht, dass Bilder von politischen Parteien etc. über Adobe Stock angeboten werden).Verstehe ich es richtig, dass aber z. B. für Social Media Content politischer Parteien natürlich Adobe Stockfootage genutzt werden kann? Also z. B. das Foto einer Landschaft, das Foto einer Skyline etc.? Viele Grüße

Downloaded vector image #528746888 and the font used in the main graphic (Calvous Spurs Stamp) is not one that I have installed. Moreover, this is not an Adobe font and the versions I see online for download are not for commercial use. Stock vector images should have all fonts converted to outlines  

Hey there!I didnt find the ability to download a proof of license so that i can show, that I bought an license for the specific image.How can I do that?

I have not taken or ever needed Adobe stock, I'm also sure I've never taken any free trials of it either. Trying to cancel the plan costs 130 euro cancellation fee, and I'm not able to get the already billed month back? Customer support keeps transfering me from person to person, until someone closes the chat out of nowhere 😄 I've contacted customer protection in Finland, but what else can I do? I can't believe I'm being scammed by a company of this scale.

How do I request a refund on an image that I accidentally bought?

Hi Adobe Community, My Adobe Stock library is getting full of unlicensed images, and I would like to remove them. At stock.adobe.com/library I am able to filter out unlicensed images, but I can't select all to remove them. At assets.adobe.com/library I can select images first, then remove them all at once; however, I don't see a way to filter out the unlicensed ones. What is the best way to do this? Thanks,Greg

I tried Adobe Stock for free, and I didn't want to subcribe, but a month later money were withdrawn. Can I cancel subscription and get my money back? There was no purchase.
