I have unused photo credits from Adobe Stock. If I cancel my plan, can I still use the credits I've already paid for?

I was working on a project for school, and I must have used a free trial to use an asset and then accidentally signed up for a plan for Adobe Stock. I haven't used it at all besides the initial free trial, and now I have been billed twice for $32.33 per month. I tried to cancel, but it is saying that I will have an over $100 cancellation fee if I do so. Please help me, I have less than $100 in my bank account right now and I can't afford this!

Last evening, I purchased a premium image for a project, and the client changed their mind this morning. I want to return the licenses and not use the image. AI help was not at all helpful, and I can't find any other place to actually contact a customer service rep.  Does anyone have a secret way to get a hold of a human to get a refund?   

Hello, unfortunately I licensed a 3D model in error - the model in question is https://stock.adobe.com/3d-assets/circus-tent/273950028  The license cost me 60 credits as it's a Premium model, which I hadn't noticed at the time. For context, I usually only license standard license models which cost far less.  Can you please refund the credits used. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you

I was deeply shocked when I saw that my subscription to Adobe Stock continued, even though I distinctly remember cancelling it right before my free trial ended. Now, I am demanding a full refund. However, when I tried to cancel it, Adobe wants to charge me a large fee, despite not using the subscription for the entire two months. Does anyone know how to resolve my problem?

Hi,    I have a few questions regarding transferring a license for assets to clients. I have read in another post that in order to transfer the (standard) license to a client I have to share the additional terms with them and get their written agreement to respect those terms. And if I want to license the same asset to another client, I have to buy the asset again (and of course share the terms and let them agree as well).   However, I do have a couple of additional questions -    * As I have an Adobe subscription some standard license - assests are free of charge. I use those in design work - reports, brochures etc for clients. This way I don't need to transfer the license, correct? (They will make the report available or print the brochure, but only in this ' end product - form'  and not use the asset on its own for other purposes).    * As it is not possible to buy these free standard assets, can I still transfer the license for these assets t

I only see /  have "download with free trial" option but want to buy assets without a subscription. I don't see a way to buy assets with credits as shown in the documenation. - I am logged in.- I have tried multiple browsers and diferent computers with the same result.- I chatted with their support who had no clue. It seems Adobe is forcing a Stock subscription. Does anyone know a way aorund this? Thanks in advance.

Unknowingly, a new Team member licensed image #145415145, eating up 1,305 credits! The image was not used at all. We wish to unlicense this image. Another image has been chosen within the standard 1 credit. Is the unlicensing possible?Image # 178087245Thank You

Guten Tag, ich habe vor längerer Zeit mal mit dem kostenlosen Probe Abo 10 Bilder heruntergeladen und anschließend wieder gekündigt und den Account schon lange gelöscht. Die Dateien habe ich noch auf dem Computer, aber wo finde ich nun die dazugehörigen Lizenzen? Wie sieht eine solche Lizenz aus? Erhält man die als PDF-Zertifikat oder so? Wie kann ich mir das vorstellen? Wie kann ich nachweisen, dass ich eine gültige Lizenz besitze? Reicht die Bild-Datei alleine aus? Ich wäre sehr dankbar für ein paar Informationen wie dieses "System" funktioniert LG

I purchase a file from Fotolia in 2016. Is there a way to find proof of purchase for it? The file is still being used on an old website page, and I have a copyright tracker company asking to see proof of purchase.

Hi ABAMBO you seem to be a master of nacigating Adobe stock, I wonder if you can help me out with something, and that is I have a 16 pack credits pack, want to licence a couple of tracks but am constantly sent via Permiere Pro to the web page with the track eg. https://stock.adobe.com/au/search/audio?k=489864516 and when click on the shopping cart I get a quite for xx dollars and cant see a way of using my credits at all. Incredibly frustrating as it was an insane amount of credits (360!!) versus the usual 1. Can I get this reversed? It's asset: #439697363 Thanks for any help.

I was doing a search for "polo woman" , standard content, include people, isolated assets --- and a series of ai-generated images of a man beating and strangling a woman keeps popping up. Hi everyone, I have a question please,I want to purchase a licence which allowed me to have a legal business in france (i'm from france), with some football clubs logo, but only pictures i see are for "EDITORIAL ONLY" (for example for Inter milan, manchester city, real madrid logos...) - THE QUESTION IS :  I've find a profil on adobe stock who sells a picture of all theses logos of football club, and it doesn't write "editorial only", what it means ? is that legal ? Why all of others are editorial only and not this one ?Can i buy it and be protected by Adobe stock for my guarantee in france ? (to use logos for a commercial activity?) Thank's everyone !

Hi!My employer has a CSC (Faculty) license with unlimited picture downloads from Adobe Stock. We are currently running a research project with external counterparts outside our organization. Can we share the "official" picture (downloaded from Adobe Stock and used on our project website) with the external parties to use in their own project-related communications (on their own websites and possibly social media)?Thank you already in advance!
