Hallo und guten Tag, auch ich habe gerade ungewollt ein Bild lizensiert. Die Suchfunktion bestätigte mir, dass es schon mehreren Usern passiert ist. Ich möchte den Kauf bitte umgehend stornieren, da ich nicht lizensieren, sondern weitere Infos zum Bild wollte. Download wurde bereits gelöscht. Bild-ID #608944255Danke vorab und liebe Grüße 

I feel like I'm losing my mind. I've been getting charged twice for the same products. I'm a relentlessly loyal Adobe customer, and regardless of the new apps and software coming out at a much better price, I pay the premium because of that loyalty. they have helped on my first issue, but I can't find an answer for my next: will I lose all my adobe stock credits if I upgrade to creative suite with adobe stock included? There's a promo price that is the same as what I'm paying right now for just the stock images-- thousands of which have expired over the years. So frustrating. And no pause feature or way to retain your credit is also infuriating. Anyone have answers?

En base a un usuario con la licencia edicionPro, si yo descargo imágenes con licencia mejorada para  usarlas en una serie de streaming, ¿tendría problemas legales? Hay 2 licencias en adobe stock; una llamada ampliada y otra llamada mejorada, pero quería saber si con la mejorada cubre para utilizarlas en una serie de streaming.   También si utilizo imágenes generadas por adobe firefly para esa misma serie de streaming ¿tendría problemas? . Una vez terminado el proyecto, ¿ podríamos eliminar el usuario sin problema? Un saludo.

Question, My subscription is unlimited images, before, when I choose an image, it had a blue button that was Licensed, however, now I only have a very few that is Licensed, and now the blue button is Buy. Why is this and does it mean my unlimited images no longer unlimited? I did a search for baseball and the majority of what came up was buy, even the NFL logo was buy, and I can download that from the web for free from seeklogo.com And yes, I have restarted, rebooted, logged out of creative cloud and back in, logged out of stock.adobe and back in and it is still buy, not license.

Hi all,I wanted to check if there is a way to do this kind of filter in Adobe Stock.In the License History page ( https://stock.adobe.com/Dashboard/LicenseHistory ), is there a way we can search to see all of the images in history that may no longer be available?I notice any images not available display a notice by the ID when coming up in search. We have run into an issue with a removed image and want to check if there are other images that have been removed to help prevent this issue from happening once more. If not, is there a possible workaround, or not at this time? Thank you

Does anyone else have as disappointing results as I do when I search for an image on Adobe Stock? I just wanted to comment on how much Search on Adobe Stock has deteriorated over the years. Today I searched for "Hebrew letters fire" and got mostly images of grilled fish! Searching for just "Hebrew letters" returned mostly candles in menorahs. Searching for any PARTICULAR Jewish holiday brings the same pics of all Jewish holidays. When I search for Purim, I shouldn't see pics for Rosh HaShanah or Hanukkah. Nor should I see pics of Easter, which I inevitably do. (I work for a synagogue.) It would really help if Adobe Stock Search was a little more discriminating. If contributors are creating their own search terms, maybe they should be checked at random to make sure the images really match the terms. Otherwise, a paying customer has to look through hundreds of images that are so clearly NOT what they are looking for to find the few images that are.

I downloaded a Newsletter template # AdobeStock_233290410. When I open the InDesign file the layout pages are repeated. Why is this? It seems to be the same on other templates as well. There are eight pages in the layout. It repeats these. Why?

I cant't belive this. Adobe have been charging me for stock at5 $76 a month for hte past 5 months despite the fact i cancelled the trial.. claer as day i havent used it .. i have a full subscription to the adobe suite but this is juts too much... over an hour any time i call to try and get this rectified. cant get through - dont get call backs.. i have spoken to the Ombudsman and fairtrading who suggest i speak to Adobe before lodging officisally  - but as i cant get through to anyone, i feel so taken advamtage of ... Mty account also sayts that i will be charged $250 to cancel.... i mean WTAF ?? and from what i read its a common problem...unles i hear from them today  i will lodge weith fairtrading as this just seems criminal... oes anyione else have this issue?

Je viens malheureusement de remarquer que j'ai été facturée deux fois pour cette formule le mois dernier ainsi que le mois de décembre.Je vous demande alors comment me faire rembourser pour un service non demandé et pour ne plus être souscrit à cette offre sans avoir à payer pour des frais d'annulation (puisque je ne voulais pas cette formule à l'origine).Merci et bonne journée. Bien cordialement, Noemy.

It is not clear from the answer - if you have downloaded photos that you are using and you cancel your membership do you loose the licence especially if it is the offer of 10 free stock pictures in the month that is free?

I have reported this issue a number of times already. Just letting you know that nothing has changed. French language it is. EVERYTHING is set to English in my OS (Win11pro), all of my apps, including the CC.

Hello, I licensed an Adobe Stock image (#422300805) and downloaded it as a vector image. I've tried putting into Illustrator and Photoshop, but it appears as only one layer so I cannot remove the transparency grid. I've tried looking at other posts here, but either the solution hasn't worked or isn't descriptive enough for me to understand. I am a beginner with these applications FYI! Thanks in advance!

Hello,Two problems; I would like for someone with Adobe to please help me out ASAP. I tried chatting (closed) and calling (also closed).(This, in and of itself, is frustrating that such a large enterprise appears to offer no weekend support hours whatsoever.)(1) I have the full Creative Cloud All Apps + Adobe Stock plan;In the past, whenever I've exceeded my monthly allotment for stock images, I have been given the option to pay as I go, $2.99 per image.Now, I am being prompted to purchase a new subscription, which for obvious reasons, I do not want to do. (I already have one.) Is this just a bug?(2) I would like to be able to rename a kit in Adobe Fonts, fka TypeKit. This used to be possible, but now I do not seem to be given the option to.Would someone with knowledge of a solution please comment here or feel free to email me or call me directly? Thank you!Chris

Bonsoir,J'ai découvert récemment la fonctionnalité adobe stock et en voulant telecharger certaines vidéos via l'essai gratuit de 30 jours je me retrouve facturé pour une d'entre elle (15sec) la modique somme de 20 euros. Je n'ai pas fais attention en cliquant (surtout que l'opération ne ma rien demandé comme coordonnées de carte bancaire et s'est fait instantanément après mon clique). En plus je n'en aurai aucune utilité edonc c'est rageant. Savez vous ç tout hasard comment faire remonter le problème et demander un remboursement ? Merci bcp pour votre aide

Just like the title says I am being sued for an image I purchased on Adobe Stock.  In the terms and conditions it says: " we will defend any thirdparty claim, action, or legal proceeding made against a person or entity during the term of the Terms that alleges that you or your Affiliate’s use of the Indemnified Stock Asset or Indemnified Firefly Output directly infringes the third-party’s copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or privacy rights (“Infringement Claim”). We will pay thedamages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities directly attributable to an Infringement Claim and which are either finally awarded by a court of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a written settlement agreement signed by us." The problem is I have been trying for a week to get in touch with Adobe's legal department and have had no luck.  I was wondering if anyone else has been in this spot and could point me in the right direction.
