I would like to bring some problems to the attention of a real and not virtual assistant. But the first problem is how to have a chat with the real assistant. Then there are other problems (in the plural) and they are these: 1 - cancel the plan; 2 - recover the credits; 3 - know and see where the credits are that I still have (by credits I mean the photos to download because in the plan there are 10 photos per month to download, but I want to see them written) ; 4 - how to delete the account; 5 - if instead I delete the plan and do not delete the account what do I risk? For a couple few days , I keep adding more assets & approved and the total numbers of assets keeps increasing , but when I sorted by date, there are no new assets, the last asset I can preview by sorting by date , is probably assets that's already approved 4 days ago, the number of the pages also doesn't increase Is this a bug ? anyone have the same problem ? are there any solution?  Thanks in advance

Adobe support, YOU BETTER #$#$#@$% contact me immediately, I am beyond pissed. Why was I charged for a 30 day free trial to Adobe stock, and why does this same topic appear a million times on your boards? I signed up for a free trial and downloaded no more than 3 assets to TRY OUT, as per the free trial. Never touched Adobe Stock after that first trial day. Now, not only was I fraudunlantly charged as a result of what must be intentionally misleading links, my account also says that I need to pay over $300 to cancel.  This is unreal and absolutely unacceptable. You don't even have a customer support line to contact - simply BS FAQ pages.  I'm charging back my credit card and most likely pulling all of my Adobe services. 

Hello. Below you can see the prompt I entered into an AI and the result it produced. If you look closely at the image that was produced, you will see a watermark from a site that is a competitor to Adobe Stock. Seeing this made me think about AI and copyrights in many disturbing ways. What are your thoughts? 

This AdobeStock_917971553.ai is opening flat in Illustrator.  I've never had this problem before, it gave the option to download as vector file vs jpg and saves as .ai file, but is flat like a jpg.  Any insight is appreciated.  

Hi,I can't seem to find the answer to this specific case.I have an adobe creative cloud educational license, including various software, and unlimited stock images licensed as "Educational License".Can I use these resources (software + stock) to create content for my personal social media projects (personal brand, and faceless theme page) that are not directly linked to my student life, and could end up generating money? Or do I need to get another kind of license to do so?Are the rules the same for the software use and for the stock images?If someone could help me it would be highly appreciated, since I can't seem to find a proper mention of what I can or cannot do with an Educational License. I just seem to find documentation about the "perpetual, worldwide license" and I don't know if an educational license is considered as such or is a different type of license.

I have licensed a 10 second video clip which I have paid for and is in my downloads library. When I hit download though, nothing happens. The video also still has the Adobe Stock watermark through the middle. Its incredibly infuriating. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am a student, and I decided to buy adobe photo stock for a project some time ago. I ended up using some photos but realized this wasn't for me, so I went to cancel, and adobe offered me a good deal to stay.... later I noticed that I accepted to join a one-year subscription as the deal... at the time I didn't realize ..... not sure what happened there but once I noticed I requested to cancel the subscription again, but I was told I couldn't cancel unless I pay about $60 because its a 1-year commitment... if I canceled, I would lose my credits Aswell even though I already pay for them... I didn't want to waste that money, so I decided to stay because I didn't want to pay the $60. and I thought I could just use that money to keep paying for the subscription... but I really didn't have any need to get anymore photos and didn't know what to get photos of... also I didn't want to waste the credits I already pay for on some random i

I'm using a sony a6400, I try to upload photos that could work as stock assets. I enjoy taking pictures of things that can be useful like flowers, books as a book background. None are accepted, can anyone please help me figure out how I can take photos/edit ones that could be accepted. ThanksNote-I also attacted my photos with water mark for this thread

I have found Adobe's implemention of purchasing Adobe Stock video clips inside of Premiere frustrating. For example, today I purchased 3 clips within Premiere and no matter what I have done the clips still have watermarks. In the bin where the clips reside the shopping cart icons in front of the clips are gone. I have deleted render files many times over. Quit and restarted etc. Clips still have the watermark when I preview the timeline.   Mod note: Edited for content. Rants are not allowed here. Please avoid doing so.

It doesn't make sense that we can be force-fed features we didn't ask for but don't get a report feature for Adobe Stock Images. I hate AI in my search results and filter it every time when looking for stock footage. I've now run into a problem where I clearly see an AI image amongst my filtered results despite SPECIFICALLY clicking "Exclude Generative AI"How do I report this violation of mislabelling?

I'm so tired of this happening. I pay almost $60 a month for Creative Cloud. This has happened before though. It stopped but now it's happening again.I'm using the software. I downloaded free stock to use. I have one of the apps open. So I then go and get more free stock. My account is loaded into the browser [you'll see my email address proving I'm connected to my account].I type in a search for stock, images come up, I switch to video, find what I need and click on the license for download but then it acts like I'm a guest and to "sign up for a free trial." How do I fix this? It's incredibly annoying when I'm in the middle of working on something.The video below shows this. I wanted to use a couple of stock images in a book with print run of only 200.  Am I right in assuming that I can use this under Standard licence terms.

So, I'm new to this adobe stock because someone asked me to. I bought credit plans of 5 photos and the plans purchase was successfull.  But, I can't licensed any photo. What's wrong with my account? Can someone point what's wrong with this issue?Thanks!

I unknowingly clicked on Adobe Stock. Now I have to pay 36 euro per month. You cannot unsubscribe without having to pay euro 184. How do I get rid of this scam? I have been a photoshop member for over 20 years 

A while back I chose the free 10 images option trial which I cancelled and nothing is currently showing in my subscriptions but for the last 8 months £23.99 has been going put of my account. I would like a full refund for each month this has been happening please as if it was, showing in my subscriptions I would of canceled it but its hidden which is sneaky it has been happening for the last 8 months and total £191.92. I would like this actioned ASAP.
