Hola, me dieron una version gratuita de prueba de adobe stock el cual no uso, se vencio el tiempo de esta version y me generaron un cobro por un año de este producto, el cual realmente no utilizo, que debo hacer para que me cancelen este producto y me reenbolsen el dinero?Gracias

Olvidé cancelar la prueba gratuita y hoy mismo se hizo el pago, como lo puedo cancelar y tener reembolso? Cuándo me voy a la página para cancelar plan no me sale nada de reembolso 

I keep getting this error when I try to buy an image I generated. This has never happened before. I logged out and signed back in and tried to contact chat help but they just left the chat.

I mistakenly subscribed to an annual plan and paid for one month in Adobe stock. I have to cancel my plan because I lost my bank card. But when I go to manage the plan, it says "Your plan has been suspended. Please update your payment details." At this moment, I need to purchase another product from this account. I would like to know if I will be charged for the previous annual plan once I add my payment details again.

It looks like they find a prompt and just upload every variation of that it outputs. Definitely quantity over quality approach  - all of it is untagged AI images 

Getting the error " We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries." when trying to access stock libraries on the website.  It's not a sync issue, all my libraries are up accessible on the desktop apps, but I cannot access the libraries or add photos from the website.Chrome on a PC tried a couple of other browsers and got the same error message.

Hi,I've been a loyal Adobe user for over 10+ years and typically don't post on community forums. However, I feel compelled to address a significant issue I've encountered recently with Adobe Stock.The quality of the stock images has declined noticeably. It seems that the majority of available images are AI-generated, with very few genuine, high-quality photos or stock compositions. Searching for suitable images is already time-consuming, and the added challenge of sorting through AI-generated content is frustrating.I'm concerned because the current quality doesn't meet the standards I expect for commercial use, especially when dealing with brand logos or our flagship brand. This issue has seriously impacted our design workflow and content creation. The images are blurry images with unformed line work that cannot be used.I hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made to ensure the quality of Adobe Stock meets the expectations of long-time users like myself.

I wanted to use Adobe Stock and it suggested the free trial version. Once I clicked on that button, it showed me the different subscription versions and I selected the monthly subscription - thinking that I would sign up for the free trial. But then only after the checkout I realized that there is no free trial and I had to pay on the same day? I would not have subscribed if I knew that was the case.  Has anyone else had this issue and how can I get refunded for this??

Hello! I am a newbie and I can't figure it out, please explain. My portfolio has stopped growing.I upload works daily. The works accepted by Adobe in the last week are not displayed in the public profile. At the same time, some previously uploaded works are displayed there twice.So, the public profile does not display all the information about my works. Hello. My image below made its second sale about an hour ago today. While looking at the preview of the image, I noticed something strange, but when I looked at the original image, I saw that there were some really bad errors: - The paw of the lion's right front leg is drawn as a human hand, not a lion's paw.- The lion's left front leg is in the wrong place- The gladiator's left hand holding a sword does not resemble a human hand- The hilt of the gladiator's sword is strangely elongated, etc.... I created this image on April 25, 2024, that is, in the early days of starting Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I couldn't see these mistakes in those days, as time went by, I learned to see the mistakes (I'm still learning), and again, unfortunately, these (and many more) went unnoticed by the reviewing moderator. What I should do now is probably to delete this image from my account immediately. I just downloaded a vector graphic that states the lines are editable, but when I opened the file, the strokes are expanded. Hello I accidently ended up purchasing a license for an image today when I was trying to see how the license feature works. I clicked license thinking it would show me the 2 options so I could see the pricing but it automatically licensed the image. Is there anyway to reverse it and remove it since I did not want it and did not realize it was a one click checkout without any options?

Hello. No matter how hard I try, I cannot achieve the quality I want in visual production with artificial intelligence. For example, the image I added below turned out to be quite nice, but I cannot send it to Adobe Stock due to symmetry errors on the white wall that resembles the monument in the middle. Another one of the tons of images that go to waste. Waste of time. Even though I describe features such as "very well focused, sharp focus, very vivid colors, highly detailed, realistic, error-free drawing, highest quality, accurate drawing, correct symmetry, studio quality rendering" in the request, these are not very useful. I wonder if there are any tips, methods, etc. that you know and can share to get the artificial intelligence to draw "correctly"? is there?
