I just purchased 2 files from Stock (glowing Christmas bulbs) that indicated they had transparent backgrounds. The images are listed as Illustrator and .png.When I use them in Illustrator or try to place them in Word, the background shoes with the little gray squares and is not transparent at all.What am I missing?!?Does anybody know of any Stock images that are of a strand of old fashioned Christmas lights that are glowing?Any suggstions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you.

I have unexplained charges from Adobe Stock with the code 044-207-3650 and I have no idea where they came from?! The phone numbers to contact Adobe are available and other the FAQ's don't help! If you could please contact me as soon as possible please so I can understand where these charges are from. Thank you

Over the past couple of days I've purchased several files that state they have a Transparent background.  When I open them in photoshop they have the grey grid under the image, and there is no way to remove this in PS.  This has not been the case for most of of the other images I've downloaded with transparent background (even images downloaded in Illustrator format).  Specifically images 226845351, 300217158, and 300217201.  Is there a way to fix this without an illustrator licence.  If not I'm very concerned with how these files are labeled and would like credits posted to my account.   

I would like to license an image on behalf of a customer. Can I somehow assign the license to this customer or company or purchase the license for the company? How can I transfer the licence?

Hi! It's my first time using adobe stock and although I purchased my license, the website denies my request whenever I try to download something. I don't know what to do and I'm hoping for any advice or support 😞

Hello, I downloaded a Comic Photo Effect Mockup (image below) and when I drag the photo I want to use into the layer that's labeled [YOUR IMAGE HERE], the image looks the same. I've messed around with hiding the layers and moved the image between each layer and nothing is changing.

Bonjour je n'ai pas acheter de photos depuis l'année 2020 et j'ai un abonnement a 10 images par mois? Depuis trois ans je devrais avoir 330 credits hors je vois que je n'ai que 120 credits. Pourriez vous me donner la raison

Hola, buenas tardes, tengo un problema y es que llevo semanas intentando cancelar la suscripcion de adobe stock, pero desde el día uno me quiere cobrar una tasa de cancelacion la cual se me hace injusto, ya que lei que si la cancelabas desde antes de los 15 días no se me iba cobrar y ahora se me quiere coibrar si o si la tasa de cancelación, aparte no me puedo comunicar con ADOBE por que su telefono no sirve y su asistente virtual no me da información de ellos. 

Hi, I would like to purchase an Adobe Stock photo in the "Extended License" so that a Record Label can use it for a Digital Music Cover. It says that you have "Unlimited web, social, email and mobile access with it." My client is concerned that there is some limit to the photos after all. I don't know why I can't download the assets from Adobe Stock.I deleted the history and signed in/out but it didn't work.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am downloading stock images but a few of the files downloaded are blank. I've repeated download but still happens, please what do I do?

I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy a a subscription for photoshop and different applications. When I noticed the charges months later, I am not sure what to do or how to cancel the subscription and get a refund. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid $30/month for 4 months on an annual plan for something that I have no clue what it is, I have never used adobe stock and do not plan to. Help?

Hi Adobe,I downloaded some images.I'm noticing that some of them are no longer available on adobe stock website when I search for image IDsIf the image I download today have a ID, will that ID remain unique to the image or can it get changed in future?Can the old ID of one image be assigned as ID to newer image? These are the downloaded image IDs I can no longer search forEg.542118034542118699542118791542118930

Hey guys, I am on an Adobe Enterprise plan with my company which includes unlimited Adobe Stock Downloads. But when I have logged in this morning, it is now asking for payment. I have seen a couple of other forums describing the same thing where Adobe employees have resolved the issue for them.  Example below:Your plan includes unlimited adobe stock downloads... - Adobe Community - 14168302 Please could let me know how to resolve this? Many thanks in advnace

I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 7-day free trial and now I'm signed up to the yearly subscription with monthly pay. Also I have received a message "Your payment is due".I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription to "Adobe Stock" and "Creative Cloud" as well as I have not used the product since the subscription. I'm currently not in a financial position to pay so I really hope to get both of my subscriptions cancelled with no fees.P.S. I'm looking to license a fireplace video, but the crackling sound is crucial. I have been using Adobe images for the past 2 years as a part of my job. I already have an Adobe Software subscription that is supposed to cover all applications. Just three days ago, I downloaded at least 5 free images on the same day. Then suddenly, Today, it says I've reached my limit at 3. This doesn't make sense. There has been no notification, and I'm already paying an Adobe subscription. Why are they suddenly limiting this? Is there a way to fix it? I need to finish a project today, but I can't because I can't download the neccesary image.

If you subscribe can you use / modify stock images or generate ai for print on demand ?all very confusing 

HI, I have subscribed for a free trial of AI but when I've ended my trial, Adobe is still charging me for something I didn't signed up for. Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month. It's bothering me I have to pay for something I didn't even use. please send help, I can't even cancel this subscription since it says it's already due.
