El 10 de Abril se vence mi contrato anual de Adobe Stock y al querer cancelarlo me informa que debo de pagar una penalización por hacerlo antes de tiempo.¿Hasta que día tengo oportunidad de cancelarlo sin pagar esa penalización y que no me hagan el cobro del siguiente año?

found a nice picture that was generated by AI but did not have credit so i downloaded preview version with AdobeStock watermark on it. after that paid to Adobe bought credit to buy royalty free version of the same picture. but now can't find same picture searching by ID that says there is no such image on website. tried all different ways to search by image , search by id etc can't find it... help please

Hi, does Adobe Stock API support the Server-to-Server Authentication. If not, will it have the support? The issue is that I want to connect to Adobe Stock API using my application's backend, so user does not have to log in using his credentials. E.g. to use the License API I need the access token, which I can not generate now.  Or is there any way to generate one?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I'v got licensed Adobe Stock music asset and downloaded it and used it as a YouTube intro song. I recieved a Content ID claim from Artlist Ltd, so I put in the license number I received from Adobe Stock and filed an appeal, but it was rejected. When I went to the artlist site, it was confirmed that only the artists were different with the same music. The song in question is called "Get That Feeling" , and the links are belowed. https://stock.adobe.com/kr/search/audio?k=709714670https://artlist.io/royalty-free-music/song/get-that-feeling/119836

Can anyone please point me to information describing the differences between these two? I always thought they were the same, but only a few folders exist in both and I don't know how to discern if the contents within them is the same or different. Outside of those few, I have many in my apps window that aren't in https://stock.adobe.com/Libraries and vice versa.Is either one of these affected by the discontinuation of synced clouds next month? Thank you in advance.

Hey all, is it possible to get a version of an Adobe Stock video with a transparent background. I want to purchase the license for this video: Oleh photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock  but we want to drop it onto a differnet colour backdrop? Screenshot of video attached. We have a brand gradient colour that we'd like to put in the background without effecting the appearance of the multicolour animated brain in the video, so we were hoping to purchase a version with no background colour.

Hi, I have a question about Adobe Stock user licenses. I wanted to know if by subscribing to the monthly plan of 29.99€, we would have a limited time to download the resources (in our case they are audios) and if the licenses are for life or if the subscription expires, the license to use publicly expires too. 

I cannot open Adobe Stock on internet. It says:"403 Forbidden - Error 54113Details: cache-hkg17921-HKG 1711517098 3988775980Varnish cache server".I'm not sure to understand. Do I need to install a varnish cache? It seems quite complicated though.Thank you for your answers  

Ich habe zusätzlich zu meinem Credits-Abo ein Credit-Pack gekauft. Sobald ich wieder Credits aus dem Abo habe, werden die Credits aus dem Abo automatisch verwendet bei einem Bilderkauf. Sofern man die Credits aus dem Abo nicht alle verwendet, bleiben die Credits aus einem Pack also immer auf dem gleichen Stand. Da sie nach einem Jahr verfallen, habe ich also keine Chance, die Credits aus dem Pack zu verbrauchen, bevor nicht alle Abo-Credits benutzt sind.Wieso kann man nicht selber wählen, welche Credits man zuerst verwenden will, wenn die schon nicht in einem Konto geführt werden??Ich kann die Lösungen, die bisher gefunden wurden (oder auch nicht) leider nicht nachvollziehen bzw. sie funktionieren nicht bei mir.

I have an account that allows me to use Adobe Stock. The account has 1000 monthly generated credits remaining. However, when I attempt to download the generative image, I receive a message stating, 'Your team does not have enough credits for this asset.' Despite having 1000 credits, I am unable to download the image. How can I solve this problem?

Hallo Zusammen,ich habe schon alle Nutzungsbedingungen mehrfach gelesen, komme aber leider auf keine nützliche Erkenntnis. Ich habe die Standardlizenz für ein Bild erworben und es als Deckblatt in einer Präsentation für einen Vortrag verwendet. Nun soll ein Artikel in einer Zeitschrift (unter 500.000) über meinen Vortrag erscheinen und es wurde angefragt, ob das Foto bzw. Titelbild meiner Präsentation für den Artikel verwendet werden darf.Das Bild darf ich lt. Nutzungsbedingungen eigenständig ja nicht weitergeben. Darf ich es in irgendeiner Form für die Nutzung in diesem Artikel weitergeben? Und falls ja, wie und unter welchen Bedingungen? Ich würde auch eine andere Lizenz kaufen wenn das hilft, da der Artikel für mich gleichzeitig hilfreiche Werbung ist.In der Präsentation hatte ich das Thema des Vortrages und mein Logo mit auf dem Bild bzw. der Titelfolie stehen. Dürfte ich es so weitergeben? Vielen Dank im Voraus!

Be warned this is not a happy post ...I'm so dissappointed in Adobe RN, I too signed up with free subscription to adobe stock and ended up on a seemingly un-cancelable subscription. I have been trying to cancel since Dec 2022 and always get told there will be a massive cancellation fee for something I have NEVER used and get offered all sorts of deals which I ended up agreeing to because it was the only option otyher than pay an exorbitant amount.Finally again I see the monthy instalments come out of my bank account I'm done and I cancel the unused subscription. I am charged a fee of $158.00!! can you believe how much I have already paid well over $1000 since Nov2022 and still I am being charged some more.On april 4th 2023 I was charged $153.97? what was this for? was this not a cancellation fee? Can I speak to a real person please

Se stampo una vostra foto e la vendo e non rinnovo la licenza potrà comunque essere esposta dal mio cliente?4. HelloI am trying to determine if I am free and clear. I downloaded a clip I want to use for my video production LLC; think branding for video clips, business cards, possibly merch as well. It seems like if I pay for the extended license I should be good to go? I am the owner and will be using it mostly for advertising, do I need to mention the artist for credit? I have an Adobe team account with two users (including me). Currently, when the other team member needs an enhanced license for a stock asset, I purchase the asset on her behalf because she is unable to make the purchase from her account. I want the team member to be able to purchase enhanced stock licenses directly using the team account's billing. How do I set that up?

My small business pays hundreds of pounds a year to Adobe, I have used Adobe products for the past fifteen years. Three months ago I decided to trial Adobe Stock, having been persuaded to take out a subscription by an Adobe salesman. I have decided to cancel the Stock subscription. Only now do I find my business is suddenly faced with a £90 bill for the privilege of cancelling. The salesman assured me I could cancel the subscription after three months, he never mentioned any cancellation fee. If I’d known, I wouldn't have signed up. Now I find there is no way to talk about this with any Adobe employee, not even a chat robot. Only a forum, on which my plaintive post may just be ignored. I feel like I have been mugged…  Please can someone from Adobe contact me to discuss, or post a phone number, or an email address so I can discuss this. Today is 21 March. The next Stock payment is due on 27th March, so I only have a few days to sort this out. Regards, Mark Green

I signed up for a free trial and downloaded 10 images. I know that I can "keep" the images even if I cancel the free trial. However, what is not clear to me is if I can remove/delete my Adobe Stock account and still have the license to use those images that I downloaded.  To be clear, I understand that if I delete my account, I will no longer have access to my file history. What I want to double-check is that I am good to still use the images I downloaded to my computer. I have screenshotted the page showing my asset numbers and kept invoices. Thanks!

hallo seit einigen Tagen kommt nach jeder Suche bei adobe stock die Fehlermeldung: Seite nicht gefunden Diese Seite ist leider nicht vorhanden. Suche wiederholen - woran kann das liegen ? Danke für eure hilfe!
