Guten Tag, ich haber vor kurzem bei Adobe Stock eine Standardlizenz eines Fotos gekauft und zu spät bemerkt, dass es das falsche Bild war. Ist es möglich diese Lizensierung rückgängig zu machen? Es geht um das Bild mit der Nummer 580092427. Schonmal danke im Voraus.

Adobe Stock: I downloaded an AI generated image (image no 654778581). The image quality is shocking!!! One could not see the bad detail in the low res version. How can you offer such images? Please credit my account as I cannot use!   [Moderator cured the topics.]  

Hi, I purchased an Adobe stock image and the quality was totally unacceptable. It looked great as a lowres preview, however it was generated using AI and the highres image was wobbly to say the least: AdobeStock_658373229 Not usable as a commercial image! It also caused me and my client major timing issues. Not impressed Adobe, neither was my client. I also purchased an additional image and although not a AI generated, the image still had imperfections – Although I had to use it anyway.

I used a fotolia credit for a photo image on January 8, 2016.   Two weeks agom some company called Copytrack came after me about the image.   I have the invoice for using one credit for the image which is on the cover of my book.  To date we have only sold 200 copies of the book.  Should/would Adobe "still" honor my purchase and use of that one image. - Here is my book: http://ow.ly/Wy4rq 

Hi,I recently came across some videos and images that I think are inappropriate to have available on Stock.Examples:FILE #: 128089500FILE #: 128246404FILE #: 168177994The videos and images are fake mock ups of many boats travelling across the sea and are in the category "Illegal Immigration". I don't see what use these fake videos and images have other than fearmongering. The still images aren't as clearly mocked up as the videos and people might think they're real. Is there an official way to report these images?Many thanks.

I had been trying to download assets from Adobe Stock for more than a week with no success: I tried different browsers, different devices, allowing pop-ups, etc.. and nothing worked. Until I tried downloading the Extended License version, and it worked! The issue is I only need the standard license, and the extended license is 8 credits instead of one.  Is there a way to fix this issue? Or a reason I would only be able to download the extended license version?

I had some Dollar Club images back from 2015 and they have been on a blog post on my website. A couple of months ago I got a copyright infringement claim. Given the time passed and that dollar club no longer exists what can I do to prove I've used this image correctly?

I wanted to put a post here so that folks are aware and perhaps I could help someone avoid what I went through. I have used Adobe Stock periodically since its inception. I have a credit stored up of 86 images. Recently, I discovered that those credits expire. The way I noticed was when I logged in and tried to download an image and it asked me to pay. I chatted with support and image credits expire and you will not receive notification of that expiration. So be certain to use your credits up before you lose them.

It been few month i Paid for adobe stock and didtnt not notice now i want to get rip of it and they charging me a big FEE !!! over 200usd !!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein paar Mockups für 1 Credit mit der Pluslizent heruntergeladen. Darf ich die jetzt auch für einen Onlineshop also Produktbild verwenden? Würde da gerne meine Designs draufmachen, da ich keine realen Fotos verwenden möchte. Verkauft wird dann sozusagen das Design auf dem Mockup. Aus den Lizenzbestimmungen werde ich nicht ganz schlau. Hier steht "Stockmedium darf für Handelsartikel, Vorlagen oder andere Produkte für den Verkauf verwendet werden.*", aber das Shirt oder der Hoodie verkauft sich ja nicht wegen dem Mockup, sondern wegen meinem Design. Könnt ihr mir hier weiterhelfen? Möchte einfach auf Nummer sicher gehen 🙂 Liebe GrüßeSusi

May  i buy the music at Adobe stock  for my live event to use?

I've been working on a project and saving stock images to a library for consideration. I discovered that a lot of what I tried to save wasn't saved. Where I had downloaded a preview I was OK and could go back and located an image, but even then when I tried to save it would save. I tried to delete images I was no longer considering and that didn't work. They came back. I cleared the cache and history on all three browsers I tried and then rebooted the computer. Still the same problems. Please fix this. It's creating a lot of extra work and some hours that I can't legitimately bill the client for.

Hallo ZusammenAls Stock Neuling ist mir nicht ganz klar, welches Stock Abo ich verwenden muss, damit wir Bilder für unsere Schulungsunterlagen und für Social Media als GmbH verwenden dürfen. Erschwerend kommt noch dazu, das ich sehr schlecht Englisch verstehe... Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hi! I've bought a interior picture (#/240846604) which is bad quality. There are blured items (eg. whole kitchen table) which should be sharp. It looks like AI generated. What can I do to get my credit back?

I'm creating a child's coloring book that will incorporate clipart from Adobe Stock from the category of "License for free." Are there any license restrictions? Of course, I will not share original vector files, but I just want to make sure there are no other restrictions. Thanks!

Hola. He cancelado mi suscripción pero aún dispongo de casi 100 créditos sin utilizar. Hoy he intentado bajar una imagen y mi cuenta aparece bloqueada. ¿Cómo puedo usar los créditos que me quedan? Me parece un robo que se queden con algo que he pagado. ¿Qué puedo hacer?

I did the free trial for adobe stock and I remember cancelling my account the same day, only to find, by suprise, 4 months later, that I was being charged for it !!! then I went to cancel and I discovered I had to pay a fee of 160 euros in orther to do so !!!!!!! what is this ? there is no indication along the way that this might be the case and since when this is even a legal practice ? I gave no consent to this. I'm a student and adobe stock is super expensive, anually is even more than my abonment for the suite !!!! there is no way I can afford to pay a fee for cancelling a service I was already paying, I payd already more than 100 euros and now I should pay another 160, for which reason ????  I would like to have this fee cancelled and the money reimbursed !
