Hi, I would like to purchase an Adobe Stock photo in the "Extended License" so that a Record Label can use it for a Digital Music Cover. It says that you have "Unlimited web, social, email and mobile access with it." My client is concerned that there is some limit to the photos after all. Does anyone have experience with this or can give me an Adobe contact way to inquire there directly ...? Thanks in advance - Sven

Every time I download an image, it is copied several times into the library. A problem never encountered before.

I don't know why I can't download the assets from Adobe Stock.I deleted the history and signed in/out but it didn't work.Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I am downloading stock images but a few of the files downloaded are blank. I've repeated download but still happens, please what do I do? 

The "Exclude AI Generated Content" filter is bugged and not showing up in my filter settings. I rely heavily on this filter to do much of the heavy lifting of excluding AI content. It is very difficult to find quality assets on the site without the filter.

Hello! I keep getting the message: "There was an error processing your request" when I try to download something from adobe stock images

I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy a a subscription for photoshop and different applications. When I noticed the charges months later, I am not sure what to do or how to cancel the subscription and get a refund. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid $30/month for 4 months on an annual plan for something that I have no clue what it is, I have never used adobe stock and do not plan to. Help?

Hey guys, I am on an Adobe Enterprise plan with my company which includes unlimited Adobe Stock Downloads. But when I have logged in this morning, it is now asking for payment. I have seen a couple of other forums describing the same thing where Adobe employees have resolved the issue for them.  Example below:Your plan includes unlimited adobe stock downloads... - Adobe Community - 14168302 Please could let me know how to resolve this? Many thanks in advnace

I unfortunately forgot to cancel my 7-day free trial and now I'm signed up to the yearly subscription with monthly pay. Also I have received a message "Your payment is due".I didn't intend to sign up for the yearly subscription to "Adobe Stock" and "Creative Cloud" as well as I have not used the product since the subscription. I'm currently not in a financial position to pay so I really hope to get both of my subscriptions cancelled with no fees.P.S. I'm looking to license a fireplace video, but the crackling sound is crucial. I have been using Adobe images for the past 2 years as a part of my job. I already have an Adobe Software subscription that is supposed to cover all applications. Just three days ago, I downloaded at least 5 free images on the same day. Then suddenly, Today, it says I've reached my limit at 3. This doesn't make sense. There has been no notification, and I'm already paying an Adobe subscription. Why are they suddenly limiting this? Is there a way to fix it? I need to finish a project today, but I can't because I can't download the neccesary image.

If you subscribe can you use / modify stock images or generate ai for print on demand ?all very confusing 

I've had a team member purchase 3 x premium images at 32 credits each, unaware that these weren't covered by our plan. To add injury to insult, none of the 3 images are now being used. Am wondering if there is a way to block premium image access from our account and if there is any way Adobe would restore these credits on the proviso that we delete all record of these images?

Hi there, I mistakenly licensed a stock photo today. I downloaded it to try to make the best of it and see if I could use it, but after viewing the large scale image, I realized it was created by AI. The gentleman's teeth do not look like normal human teeth, and the AI-generated face is not passable for what I'd need to use a photo for. Is there any way to return it, or get a replacement credit? I really want to make this image work, but I just can't. Thanks so much!

Hello, I accidentaly bought asset #202074070 thinking it was a part of my 10 credits 30-day trial. I'd like a refund. I've never used the image and I'm trying to return it from the moment it was charged in my credit card. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.

HI, I have subscribed for a free trial of AI but when I've ended my trial, Adobe is still charging me for something I didn't signed up for. Adobe Stock - 10 assets a month. It's bothering me I have to pay for something I didn't even use. please send help, I can't even cancel this subscription since it says it's already due.

I just noticed that I have been charged $29.99 for Adobe Stock for three months. I did not buy this nor the free trial I keep reading about.  I want this cancelled.. when I log into adobe there is no record of my card or an account.
