Hallo. ich haber gerade meine kosntenlose Monatsabo gekündigt. Da habe ich mir die 6 Videos geladen. Was passiert mit diesen Medien? kann man sie weiterhin benutzen? Danke
Recently downloaded a vector stock image and when I opened it, an error for missing linked .jpg file came up (in russian) and shows an un-expanded tracing result. When you expand the trace results it just turns white, due to the source file being missing. The file was supposed to be vector, but even so, it's unusable in its current state either way, so the file should be removed for improper file specs or something, right? Is this a common occurrence? I've never had this issue before in all my years of using adobe stock. FILE #: Head of crocodile in Santa Claus hat isolated on white, new year illustration Stock Vector | Adobe Stock
Hello,I found content on adobe stock videos that seems a bit innapropriate and I was wondering if there is a way to report said content to get it removed. Thank you in advance.
For 10 assets /month, an extended license costs 21 credits. If have for 720 assets /mo, why does it cost 240 Extended License Credits? I don't understand why there is such a difference. [moderator cured topics, do only select relevant topics]

I'd need either the ai/eps file fixed or the liscence back. Unless somehow its me but I havnt had this issue with any other asset liscences. [moderator deleted the original stock files. Please do not post the originals here]
Vielen Dank vorab. Viele Grüße!
Hello. I also accidentally downloaded an image #639590634 Please refund and make the unstructions more clear on your website. [moderator detached from older thread]

Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription to adobe. I would like to avoid paying early cancellation fee since it is very expensive for me. Is there any way to cancel without paying the additional amount. Please help!
I am from the UK but am apparently using the USA version of Adobe Stock. How do I change this??
I purchased image #14575915 and downloaded it as and AI/EPS file. When I open it, some of the gradient patterns in the leaves do not display properly. But when I open the same file in Photoshop everything is fine.
I accidently licensed image (576491256). Is there a way to get a credit back? I do not intend to use this image and did not download it. It's really bad that there is no confirmation prompt for licensing image, it's so easy to do and credits are expensive and can't afford to be wasted 😞
ADOBE system randomly deletes money from my account. It straight away debited money. I got the bill and it also says every month we will charge you with that for adibe stock plan when i have not chosen one. This is kinf of an negative waty of looting money. they put up all plans. make you buy some stock images and keeps reccuring plan payment. Also this is designed in such a way no one can sue them. I have licensed a short video from Adobe Stock and used it in an Instagram post. Now I want to create an ad from that post. Is that allowed? Thanks!
I bought Adobe Illustrator a month ago and I love it, but I was offered free ten images from Adobe Stock. Since the offer was free, I figured it wouldn't hurt, but I really don't need stock images for my business. I'm not going to be using it. I downloaded one free image a month ago just to play around with it. I didn't realize I would suddenly have a membership plan with Adobe Stock. Nothing against the program but it's not something I need at the moment.
I signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock offered when I signed up for Adobe Premiere, and found I never used it. When I went to go cancel, the notice said there was an "early cancellation fee" for $135. This is so predatory I can't even believe it. I'm trying to find a number to call to talk to a human person about this but haven't found anything. Until I can get in touch with someone I'll be taking to social media and also letting my network of editor friends and students know NOT to use Adobe services.
I had 100s of image credits in Adobe stock. Paid 870 USD over 3 years. Have not downloaded most of them. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to continue the subscription. When I asked in the chat if there is any way to redeem those for which I have already paid, they disconnected without answers. This is frustrating. Has anyone faced such an experience? How to solve it?
I'm logged into my Adobe account and trying to download non-premium stock photo assets but the system is not recognizing my account or Stock subscription. Click on an asset promps me to sign up for a plan, and clicking "Continue" pops up a "Error: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." despite having a record of paid invoices for the last year+.
If we buy a photo from Adobe Stock - are we allowed to change and edit this photograph?Like for example put our product in the photo and publish it? We are a bit unsure as their guidelines seem to read you are NOT allowed to.When we talk to some customer service from them in India they say we are allowed if we buy the extended license type.
How can I cancel the premium license of an image? I accidentally bought it but I can't afford the £220 and urgently need a refund of the 67 credits for my work project. Please can you help me? Eek!
How do I report a photographer for inappropriate photos of a girl who is clearly a teenager in positions wearing either nothing or almost nothing? She's dressed to look young too (schoolgirl, etc) in these positions. It's highly inappropriate. Link to his portfolio is here: <removed - check history for link - kglad> I made the mistake of looking up "teenage girl" when I was looking for an image for an advertising campaign I'm working on, and those images came up. Awful. Would never expect to see something like that in the Adobe Stock catalog that I'm searching on my work computer. [abuse removed by moderator]
Hello Adobe,I recently licensed image #582849278 Meditating Budha ( VirgoStudio) - the picture has a fault which I realized only after generating a full-size canvas print. The raised hand of Buddha has 7 fingers. I at a loss now, and not sure how I can proceed on this. Can Adobe allow and download to find alternate pictures for Buddha without any additional payments?ThxRithesh
During a search I came across a series of pictures of children in bathing suits, that I find highly inappropriate. Is this the place to report this, or is there an email, so I know that I am in contact with real people? Please look in to it and remove them: https://stock.adobe.com/dk/search/images?filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aphoto%5D=1&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aillustration%5D=1&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Azip_vector%5D=1&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Avideo%5D=0&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Atemplate%5D=0&filters%5Bcontent_type%3A3d%5D=0&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aaudio%5D=0&filters%5Bfree_collection%5D=0&filters%5Bcontent_type%3Aimage%5D=1&filters%5Binclude_stock_enterprise%5D=0&filters%5Bis_editorial%5D=0&order=relevance&safe_search=1&serie_id=276098562&search_page=1&search_type=see-more&get_facets=0
Hi there I have a few queries about applying Creative Commons license on a document that contains four images from Adobe Stock, please. Adobe's Standard License applies to the four images I have used, which I downloaded during a free trial period. I have used them in a document, adhering to the terms and conditions of the standard license. However, I would now like to apply a Creative Commons License to the document. My questions are: 1) Can I apply a Creative Commons license to the document if it contains images downloaded from Adobe Stock during a trial period?2) If I can, does it matter which Creative Commons license I use, or should I use the most restrictive (e.g. CC BY-NC-ND: allows people to copy and distribute the material in any medium or format in unadapted form only, for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator)? Any help would be much appreciated! I have asked Adobe staff on the chat, who have
