Hello, I have the creative cloud but I only ever wanted to buy after effects and photoshop. so I do not recall ever buying or needing the use of stock images so this extra charge along w the subscritions to aftereffects and photoshop is a little upsetting. I need help on if someone from adobe can tell me when I made a purchase to adobe stock and explain to me if the plans I subscribed to is what caused this??

I have noticed a bug that happens when a customer sorts search results... Here is an example   - Search the following keywords "beach destination dune face fun funny happy nature portrait relax sand"   - The result is 3 images.   - Change the 'Sort by' from relevance to 'most recent' or 'downloads' and the Premium images disappear from the results leaving only one image.   Looks like a bug to me, any ideas?    

I needed more Adobe Stock credits for a big project I have.  I went from the $29.99/10 credits a month to the $49.99/25.  My credit card has been charged but I still have the same amount of credits.  Am I supposed to wait for the next billing cycle to see all of these credits?

Hey,we bought a on-demand artwork on adobe stock and paid it with credit card. We got a invoice without VAT (situated in Germany), but paid the price with VAT. We contacted the support 2 month ago and they told us, that payment is being done by a subcontractor and that they reimburse the VAT asap. Nothing happend since. Support chat does not seam to understand the problem.Maybe nice to know: The AMEX/Credit Card used is not the same Payment we handle our other adobe payments. Furthermore the AMEX/Credit Card is from a different person than the adobe-account it was bought from. All of this due to companys internal invoicing structure.

I've downloaded the image #605087106 from Adobe Stock twice and both times the image failed. Half of it came with stripes as if it hasn't downloaded correctly. Now, if I try again, the time for download is 4 hours so I believe something is wrong with the image itself. 

Hello I would like to get support as I just noticed that I have being charge for 3 months in a row on my card for a service I didnt request and havent use. Even you can check your platform and only today i assigned a password to the account in order to be allowed to raise this claim. There is no place in the web to find how to raise the refund request or to raise the claim by email. What can i do because now is even harder if i cancell the plan will be charged with mote than 120 dollars for something i didnt request and i havent use. Who do i need to contact to solve this and to get the money back?

Im trying to get a simple explanation if my Youtube channel can be copyright striked if I were to use the subscription service, post videos with Adobe Stock in them, and I cancel the service after an extended amount of time from when that video was posted? If I were to just purchase the video stock instead would that license only last so long or forever use?

I am personally trying to buy a single image from Stock, not through my company which pays for the license I use. I have spoken with support specialists in India three times now, and no one can help me. I asked to please be connected to someone in the United States who could better understand what I was asking for, and I got hung up on. What should I do?   I was also asked to provide my complete billing information on one of those phone conversations to "look up" what it would cost. I only gave them my state name and that I live in the USA. I was quoted $50 USD. That seems a bit sketchy. What should I do about that?   And my inital problem... Does anyone know how I can personally buy a single Adobe Stock image?

Hi there. Since a couple of days I can not choose anymore to by standrad licence picture but only extended (much more expensive and not required for my usage). Is anybody able to help me here, I assume it has to do with settings but couldn't find where to act ... Thank you.

When I drag the Lens distortion transition over the two clips, it shows Media 1 and Media 2.I don't want to browse and select a file, I want the transtion to work on just the two clips.What am I doing wrong? 

So I'm planning on buying some illustrations and making some posters to afterwards sell themI will add background elements, some textures and text but the main illustration will still be in the middle and main oneMy question is will the extended license be enough?I kind of lean towards yes because in the licensing info it mentions that the work is derivative (see screenshot)which it definitely will but the main character will still be there as the main attractionjust want to make sure everything is right 🙂Best RegardsVik 

I have a standard license to buy vectors and photos, and I understand that purchased items can't be used for commercial. However, I wonder if I use those purchased vectors/photos to print on a t-shirt (which only me to wear, not intentionally to make lots of them and sell), is that possible? Please advise. Thanks!

Hi, Im looking for some advice please... I have recently purchased a credit pack to download images with the extended licence. I plan to edit/re-design the images and print onto t shirts, or embroider by a third party for sale. I am a registered limited company in the UK, I am the only employee (director/founder) of the company, I will be the only person to access to the original file. Is the extended licence which i believe to be 'individual' be suitable for my need without incurring any legal issues by creators? or do i require to go the enterprise route due to being a registered company, albeit with only 1 employee (myself)? Many thanks for your help.  

One of the users on our team downloaded a Premium image which we do not need (ever). Is there anyone I can contact about this? Is there a way (aside from changing the filter each time you go into Adobe Stock) to limit users ability to download premium or enhanced images?

Hello,  one of my clients wants to have all the Adobe Stocks I have bought for him. I did see one Chat about transferring the adobe license to a client which is allowed if the client is willing to sign contract saying he will respect the terms of Adobe. My question is now is a license and the adobe stock file the same? I do see that the terms of use says that a sharing of a standalone file is not permitted. Does this also include transferring to a client? Am I allowed to give a client the adobe file or not? Thank you if someone knows the correct answer!

Hello, I clicked license on an image to see how many credits it would cost thinking that it would show a confirm page like it does for music and video instead I licensed an unwanted image and am now out 1 credit. I would much prefer to have my credit and not the image is there anyway to reverse this?   Regards, V

@kajolbhola, Kajol Bhola helped me a lot with my concerns to Adobe stock service. They helped me come to a resoluton after an informative conversation. If anyone has concerns with their membership, I highly suggest contacting a service desk agent because it was very helpful. It shows how motivated adobe workers are to improve in their field, best of luck!

I purchased an extended license, but it is not showing up in my License History.  The credits were deducted & I received the AI file, however I have no proof of my purchase.  I need to provide proof that the extended license was purchased.

I Accidentally licensed FILE #:  387197733 while scrolling through my phone. (Touchscreen, mistaken click) is there any way you unlicense this and get my credit back? Never used or downloaded it since it wasn't what I wanted.
