Stock Contributors

My account de-activeted for contributor legal rule violation about 3 months ago. But there is something interesting point. First, Adobe review team accept my content that causing de-activation. Then, 2 hours later they de-activated my account for that content. I confused about this situation, immediately contact with support team. They contact with me and they sent me a case survey about de-activation problem. I filled that survey and sent them back. They said "they will contact me later, don't spam tickets Otherwise solving the problem may be delayed."   Then i wait until Feb it is meaning i waited for 2 month. i didn't get any response about my case. I got impatient and sent a ticket to them. They say send me that same message at above. I said okay but they didn't contact me about my case in no way. 2 weeks ago i sent them another ticket about my case and unanswered ticket. But this didn't even catch their attention. Again I was left unanswered and received no response.   H

Hi Dear, By mistake I withdrew dollars to skrill while having payoneer add to adobe stock. Due to which my payment is showing error. Now how do I get the dollars back to Adobe? Please help me.

What happen with the approval time again went up to 8 weeks? Before 10th of Jan was taking just few days now back to the 2 month waiting list. I have pictures relating incoming celebrations etc and by the time pictures get approved it would be past date of event. Why dont they make the AI Spammers wait and keep most of the work on actual photographs. Sorry its just annoying that we have to wait 8 weeks we need to upload probably half a year ahead of some important event so our pictures to be actualy with the trends...

Hi everyone!Yesterday my account was suspended and I received an email saying that my account may have violated Adobe Stock's terms and conditions. I am very confused and have no idea how to appeal successfully. So I wanted to create this topic to find someone who has successfully appealed in the past to guide me through the appeal process. I would really appreciate it. Another thing is that whenever my shop is doing well, I get suspended right after. Is there a coincidence here?

At one point, I had a balance of $1, but I didn't see any updates from photo sales. This year, I joined an open mission, was accepted, and received some payment. However, when I try to initiate a payout, the button doesn't turn blue even I have all the tax and thing. Do I need to wait for a download and the 45-day period, or is there another way? Thanks!

Hi,yesterday i got this email.Your account has been blocked for violating the requirements for generative AI content, on the basis of internal review of your content. The content was found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms because it violates our requirements for Generative AI submissions, which includes restrictions against content that is spam (excessive submissions of similar content), content that is not labeled, tagged or titled correctly, content that is not submitted with model or property releases where needed, and other restrictions.what should i do now?

Hello! I would love some insights on why some of my images were accepted and others were not. I have a lot of images that are use motion blur, 2 of these were accepted and  2 were not, I can not tell the difference! Looking forward to your insights. Thanks!

Hi there, I can't tell if anyone's posted on here yet, but it came to my attention via LinkedIn that contributors are unable to opt out of ML/AI training for Firefly. How is this okay and/or legal?  #1 - Adobe Stock Contributors were never asked before their content was trained. Contributors have spent countless hours tagging their content to make it easier for buyers to purchase. These text-image pairs are the very thing that makes ML/AI training able to even occur. #2 - Firefly competes directly against its source material in the market, and could not have existed without it in the first place. Generative AI now completely drowns out the source material it was trained on. For example in the Illustration Category alone, Generative AI accounts for  161,879,215 images of a total 196,553,835 images. Thats 82.4% Generative AI, and 17.6% actual contributors. Can somebody at Adobe please explain WHY contributors are not allowed to

Hello!Today I received an email from Adobe that some of my files that I offer for sale as a contributor here will be removed after March 4th because they are duplicates.What are the criteria for dubbing, for example, a video file? If the name of two different videos is the same, is this dubbing?I have files with longer names that differ by a number at the end of the title. Unfortunately, when the title is longer, this number is not visible and the files automatically have the same titles.Please help?Thank you! 🙂
