Hello everyone,I have a question regarding Adobe Stock contributor accounts.If a contributor receives a very large number of file rejections, can Adobe Stock block, suspend, or permanently close the account because of the high rejection rate?I understand that rejections are a normal part of the review process, but I am curious whether there is any specific limit or threshold that could put an account at risk.Has anyone experienced this personally or received any official information from Adobe about it?I would appreciate hearing about your experiences and insights.Thank you!

Hi everyone. This AI-generated image (properly flagged as AI) was rejected for "quality issues". It was generated at 1.6MP and upscaled 4x to 25MP with Real-ESRGAN before submission. At 100% zoom I can now see the distant bamboo and light rays look slightly "painterly". Is this the likely rejection reason? Would submitting at 2x upscale (6MP) instead solve it? Any other issues you can spot? Thanks for your feedback!

I successfully filled out and submitted the official appeal form, but I never received a Case ID or any automated reply from the system.​Since my account is still deactivated after two months of waiting, I kindly request any Adobe staff member or moderator to help me escalate this issue to the relevant team.​Thank you for your assistance.

I said on many places online and found out to get the withdrawal within 7 days after application even after 7 days so far I didn't get my withdrawal

Hello,I am an Adobe Stock Contributor from Indonesia and my sales have drop to 0 since last May until now (although I’ve never had 0 download this year at all before them) recently I noticed that all of my files, even the older ones that were already live, suddenly show a 404 error when I try to preview them. I also tried searching with keywords and even with the file ID for example #1574852996 and #1508589156, but none of my files appear in the public search results.Could you please confirm if this is a known bug or if my files are under review? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, because right now I think my portfolio is not visible to buyers.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently deactivated due to alleged violations of the Generative AI submission requirements.I had over 900 vector files in my portfolio (both AI-generated and manually created vectors). While some files had previously received rejections for similar content, quality issues, and occasional intellectual property concerns, I never received any account warning before the deactivation.My account had approximately $197 in earned royalties at the time of deactivation. I have already submitted an appeal and requested both an account review and clarification regarding my earned balance.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Hello Adobe Stock Community and Admin team, I am an Adobe Stock Contributor, but I am currently completely locked out of my contributor dashboard. My registered Gmail address was permanently deleted by Google, meaning I can no longer receive the 2-step verification codes to log in. I have tried contacting Contributor Support directly via email (Case ID: 00519061), but the automated system keeps rejecting it because it is classified as an Adobe ID credential issue. The live chat bot also blocks me because my new email doesn't have an active paid subscription plan. I desperately need an Adobe Moderator or Community Manager here to manually escalate this case to the Global Accounts Security Team so they can update my old Adobe ID to my new active email address [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] I am fully prepared to provide my official Government ID and payout history to verify my identity.
