Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise." This was their comment.

Hi there!I’m interested in becoming a contributor here, but I’m finding the instructions a bit unclear. I’m fairly new to the Adobe Community and am having trouble figuring out how to become a seller.I have over 300 products listed for sale on another platform, including patterns, PSD templates, and backgrounds. I’m confident that some of them would be a great fit for this marketplace. Also, I haven’t used AI in any of my creations so far. Could anyone kindly guide me through the process or point me in the right direction? Thanks so much for your help!

Hey everyone, I’m feeling a bit anxious and could really use your advice. I’ve been working hard on my Adobe Stock portfolio, but after reading some posts about other contributors’ accounts being banned for unknown reasons, I’m starting to feel uncertain about my own account’s standing.I have 25 days left until I can request a withdrawal, and I’m not sure if I should keep uploading or hold off. Has anyone here experienced something similar, or do you have any suggestions for ensuring my account is in good shape? If you’re open to reviewing my portfolio, I’d really appreciate any feedback on how I can improve or avoid any potential issues. I want to make sure I’m following all the guidelines properly and keep everything on track.Feel free to comment below or DM me if you'd like to review my portfolio. I can send you the link privately. Thanks so much for any advice you can offer!
Hello everyone.. I withdrew last week's profits on PayPal and it said "Payment done" two hours ago, but I did not receive anything on PayPal. This is the first time this has happened to me. What is the reason? I am sure that I wrote the email correctly. What do I do to get my profits and is there hope that they will reach me today?
I have read the guide that has been provided but I still don't understand and am confused about the rules for checking the box (people and property are fictional), please explain and describe the 3 images that I have sent, explain to me whether these 3 images must be checked (people and property are fictional) or not, and give reasons, please answer clearly, so that I understand and can comply.
Can someone explain what qualifies as 'Illustrative Editorial content'? I want to ensure I'm selecting this option correctly when uploading my work. Are there specific guidelines or examples to determine when this applies? Any help would be appreciated!
I’m posting here in the hope that someone can help me understand what to do next. I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for 6 years, and I’m a top seller with a large portfolio of videos, photos, animations, illustrations, and AI-generated content. My account has been blocked since October 17, 2024—almost two months now. During this time, I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve the issue: Sent around 10 emails. Used the “Contact Us” link 3 times. Filled out the appeal form once. Despite all this, I’ve received no meaningful updates about my account status or even the reason for the block—just total silence. I’ve also had several live chats with customer support through the virtual assistant, and each time I was assured that the Contributor Support Team would contact me shortly. However, the only email I’ve received contained no information about my status or a timeline for reactivation. I’ve reached out via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and while I was told that t
I don't get the "Intelectual Property" rejection. I had buildings I took pics of in South and Central America rejected for this. Some had artwork on them (I'll understand those rejections) some didn't. A couple were churches. Some of my best sellers are the same type of pic. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!!!!!
Can someone point me out where is the quality issue in this picture that got rejected.
Hey everyone! 👋I recently submitted some assets to Adobe Stock, but they got rejected due to "quality issues." I'm trying to understand where I might be going wrong and how I can improve my work to meet Adobe's standards.I'm sharing a few of these rejected assets below (images/vectors). I'd really appreciate any constructive feedback or tips from this amazing community! Are there technical issues like noise, sharpness, or color balance I should fix?Any advice on composition, design, or commercial appeal?Your insights would mean a lot and help me refine my submissions. Thanks in advance for your support! 🙏
Hi adobe team,In Adobe Stock I upload files created by AI technology like this (picture1). For that I want to give AI tick mark. But if I click No after ticking the recognizable people or property below, what will be the harm? As you can see in the picture, if I always give a tick mark, will it be block or will the account be deleted?
Is it normal for the approval process of the stock videos I uploaded to take more than one month? If there is anything I might be doing wrong that's causing the delay, could you please let me know? This prolonged process is very discouraging. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hey everyone, I just got a photo asset that I uploaded to Adobe Stock rejected for quality reasons. I’m trying to figure out where I went wrong and how I can improve my photo to meet Adobe’s standards. Could you please provide some feedback on the photo I’m about to submit, what’s wrong with it? I would really appreciate any constructive feedback or tips from this amazing community!
I have no idea when it was placed there, and I have a different profile on Behance, so I don't want them to be connected.I couldn't find anything about this button in my Adobe stock contributor page settings.Need help!
Try something different........................Often, the advice has been given, to edit your assets as little as possible and to submit assets that reflect realistic environments. That Adobe is not interested in artistic submissions. I have a different view of this.As many have commented here in this forum, Adobe has hundreds of partners that sell our assets. Most of these are companies that sell prints in form from posters and wall murals. What do you think their customers are looking for to hang up in their living room? I assume they want something artistic. At least half of my total sold assets are assets that have an artistic touch. This is one way to reduce the competition. Here an example of one asset that has been sold many times.Adobe accepts heavily altered images but, the editing has to be good and without noticable retouching.Give it a try.
Gracias
I appreciate any input/feedback on possible reasons why the following images were rejected by Adobe Stock.....thanks for your help
Hi everyone,I am currently photographing street scenes, culture, and daily life in Africa and would like to sell these images as stock photos. However, many of these photos feature large crowds of people, and obtaining written consent from each individual in these groups is nearly impossible. The images are documentary-style, capturing general aspects of everyday life, rather than focusing on specific individuals. Given these circumstances, what are the essential conditions I need to follow when submitting these types of photos without explicit consent from the people in them?Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thank you in advance.
HelloIs anyone else running into this lately? I uploaded several images of produce from a farmers market and several images were rejected due to "Intellectual property" no release. Hello ... I don't think a pile of zuccini needs a release! There were no labels/logos anywhere, simply vegetables. This is not the first time I have run into this issue and it is so frustrating when my time is wasted like this. Shooting, editing, keywording, uploading and then filling out Adobe info to submit only for AI or some newbie to reject images incorrectly. Sorry for the rant but.... do better Adobe.
Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue and could use some advice. This morning at 11 AM, I withdrew $30 from my Adobe Stock account to my Payoneer account. However, later in the evening, around 10 PM, I received an email from Payoneer notifying me that my account has been blocked.I’m now concerned about what will happen to my payment. Will it be returned to my Adobe Stock balance, or is there another process I need to follow to recover it?If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how to handle this, I’d really appreciate your guidance.Thank you so much for your help!
