Hello All,I have account on fotolia and Adobe ID for long time , I just register for sell in Adobe stock and merged fotolia and adobe ID 2 week ago .I have completed upload Passport and Tax information After that I upload picture around 30 pics but all iupload pictures  have current status is "in review" around   14 day ago. example pic is File ID: 228718443 ,228718711 .Is it normal for review upload picture about 2 weeks  thank you.

why were these and my other banknote designs not accepted due to quality issues. in png format and 20mb in size. there is no way they are of poor quality. 

I recently submitted a payment request to withdraw from my Adobe Stock account to my PayPal account. After completing the steps, I received a confirmation that the request was successfully processed. However, when I check the Insights and Payout History sections, I see no record of a pending payment.I believe I have met all the required criteria for the payout. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is it normal for the payment to not immediately appear in the Payout History? I would appreciate any insights or advice on this matter. 

Hello, dear contributors, I follow this community and first of all I thank you for the time you dedicate and for the precious advice 🙂I have sometimes received the following rejection for "quality problems" when I upload AI generative illustrations, like this one that I attach, and I would like to know how to improve the quality of the Ai generative illustrations and photos to be able to publish them on Adobe Stock. I currently use Photoshop and in particular the "Neural" filter for "zoom" and for the removal of "artifacts". Maybe it's not enough? As far as you know, are there any valid tutorials or courses to be able to create AI generative illustrations and photos specifically to be able to publish them on Microstock agencies? Hello, I recentely joined adobe stock and I submitted many images , illustration, videos etc. I have a quesion about this specific image .Why is is is rejected?Pleaese help.Thanks

I had not uploaded any images to my Adobe account for about 6 months because the images I had uploaded were viewed within 2 months. I uploaded 3000 images 1 week ago. Approximately how many days does it take to review? Also, 6 months ago, an official in this group said that the images are now reviewed within 2 weeks, but this does not seem convincing to me.

I am grateful that Adobe is willing to give bonuses to its contributors, and a free year of an Adobe application. However I already subscribe to the full Creative Cloud option. So using a free year of an app would be pointless. Unless they deduct the cost of that single application choice from my cloud subscription, or give the option to choose from one of the new 3D applications (Substance, Stager, etc.). Otherwise, in my case or for any other CC subscriber, the "gesture" of a free year of an application is hollow. 

It says payment done but not received the payment to my paypal account 

I know the MAX file size for image is 45MB. What I can't find is the Minimum File Size for images. I looked on the site but can't find anything. I appreciate the help.

I want to ensure this practice aligns with Adobe Stock's guidelines and isn't considered spamming or artificially inflating diversity.Here's an example of my current workflow:1. I start with a base prompt like: "A happy person working in a radio station, making a talking gesture"2. Then I create variations such as:- A red-haired Caucasian woman- A bald African American woman- An Asian woman- A Caucasian man- An African American man- An Asian manAll of these would be in the same setting (radio station) with the same pose and expression.3. Once I've covered these variations, I move on to a new concept or setting and repeat the process

I couldn't create an Adobe Stock Contributor account because of "Sorry, your access has been denied" but I'm 26, almost 27 years old. Could anyone help me please?

Hello! Payments are marked as received, but in fact they were not received. What could be the problem?- It's been about three weeks since the withdrawal request- Yes, the amount is less than $25, but the withdrawal option was available.

My account was blocked for some unknown reason, I am not getting any feedback, this is disrespectful to the work, there are many rules that are violated and everyone can break them sometimes unknowingly, I still don't even know what I did about the closure of my account. Blocking the account directly without warning and giving you a chance is both disrespectful and a shame for the work and wages you have given for so many years. I filled out the form regarding the closure of my account but still no response, please allow me to open my account and delete the images that caused the closure. I have worked hard for more than a year, I pay a subscription fee to the artificial intelligence for this account every month, I have spent my nights after work and created images. Please do not waste my efforts by completely closing the account without warning, open the account and I will remove the images that break the rules.

Hello, fellow contributors! I’ve been creating AI-generated content for Adobe Stock, but I’ve noticed that sometimes the characters I generate using prompts resemble those submitted by other contributors. While I always create original prompts, I’m concerned about the possibility of my content being flagged for similarity or duplication. Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, what steps can I take to ensure my AI-generated characters are unique enough to avoid any potential account restrictions? I have stock photos -+ 200 pic, that have been submitted from 2 years ago. But haven't been reviewed yet. Is there a problem?      

Hello, I click on payout. follow up with options like (I am not us tax resident) then select paypal and continue then it shows payment is processing but nothing happens. After a while payout option is again available with same amount as before i kept for withdrawal. I even made skrill account and did all formalities to activate it still no use. basically, I am unable to take out my money from adobe stock contributor since a month now.

Could You Please Help Expedite the Review of My Submission?

I uploaded these photos only yesterday and today they were rejected, funnily enough it's a batch of 4 pictures, and only three have been rejected for some reason, they're all extremely similar with the one NOT rejected until now being almost identical.I've looked thouroughly through them again and I can't seem to find a reason why they're lacking in quality, maybe they should be more cropped?

Dear Adobe, I´ve been submitting multiple images of this series where the following ones (and more) were rejected due to "quality issues". I´d love to learn why. Others were accepted with little deviation.

I am contacting you to solve my problem.A few days ago I logged into my Contributor account and found out that for reasons I don't understand my profile was blocked.My account was suspended around 17 September 2024. As far as i can remember it contains > 20000 images and over 3000usd of unpaid earnings. Attempting to contact support by writing to them. I was given a generic link to information something like: blocked for failure to comply with accepted standards.How can I understand what exactly I have violated having thousands of images in my profile?In the body of the informing page I was shown a link leading to information on how to get out of the situation.I am in the Russia region, so the US site suggested to go to a localized one, but there I did not find a link to appeal form.
