Hello everyone,I set up my Payoneer account and I send a first transfer from Adobe to Payoneer. Everything worked fine. Now I have sent the money again from Adobe stock but I didnt do anything in my payoneer account. How can I receive the money in the payoneer acccount? It doesnt show up even as pending.Do I need to "request a payment" in Payoneer  to Adobe? If so, how can I should complete the information about the payer? (Name, last name, etc)Should I just only wait until I receive the transfer from Adobe?Any idea?

I waited two months for the photos to be assessed and then I received this opinion after the rejection: During the review process, it was determined that the work contains copyrighted elements and therefore cannot be accepted for the collection. Copyrighted elements may appear in the image or in its description, title, or keywords.

HI,In the attachment you can see a screenshot of my "In Review" page; These works (vectors) remained behind of two groups of vectors with which they were uploaded a month ago, (reviewed and accepted part of them). But they were left behind as if they are not seen by you (reviewers). Can you solve this problem? Regards.

I have a question regarding the use of AI-generated images that I have already submitted in my portfolio. Am I allowed to use those images for AI video creation? The video I am working on is not just a simple slideshow or slight movements but a lot of movement, you can see in the attached sample file. If these AI video are OK, can I submit both the AI image and AI video to my portfolio without spam or similar? Previously, I tried to find information through the Adobe Stock Discord, where the staff mentioned that it is allowed. However, there were conflicting opinions in the community, suggesting otherwise. Therefore, I would like to seek your advice and clarification on this matter.

So hello everyone how are you all, so i am here for a issue so i am new in here and i want to know what is the main deference between jpg and jpeg format? So the issue is in every upscaler website or app there's no option for jpeg. So i wanna know does adobe stock accepts jpg files or not. Do you all know any upscale software where i can choose jpeg format before exporting my files?? (Or i am wrong here)

Hello everyone,  I'm just curiouse, I love toshoot macro but recent submissions have me questioning what im shooting.  The below were rejected twice due to quality issues. My question is why? most macro shots are detailed section of an image with soft surround and background. I'm open to critisim just want to see what im doling wrong.

Any advice on why these cheetah photos were rejected?  Some suggestion that I used AI which I did not.  I had previously posted three of them on Instagram so not sure if that rules them out?

Hola, to make it clear, it's going to be a long message. I will start with: have sollution to my problem, can't get answer from a d o b e t a x @ for 2 week so I'm trying here. I am a Polish citizen, I live in Poland and here I run a business as a freelancer, it means I issue invoices for services/sales. My country requires sales origination dates for taxes purpose. It must be periodic, for example monthly or quarterly. Dates will give me possibility to invoice Adobe monthly or quarterly. My PNG files with transparent backgrounds were rejected (AI image). Could you please assist me in understanding the reason and how I can correct them?(The website doesn't allow to attach files larger than 9.79MB, so I compressed them once. Before compression, the file sizes were around 20-30MB.)Thank you in advance for your guidance.

 But i do nothing wrong last month i upload so many files i think that's why my download increase. Now how to get back my account. I have working here more then 1 years. Nothing wrong i have done. There is an internet blockage issue in Pakistan, and I was also out of the city and away from my laptop. Adobe CS responded to my email regarding the request made after my account was blocked. I couldn’t reply, so Adobe CS closed my case without my response. I have appealed again; will they reopen my case? Also, I received a response after 6 months.

I would like to express my concern regarding the deactivation of my account, along with many others in Pakistan, without prior notification. To the best of my knowledge, I have adhered to all guidelines, and no violations have occurred. If there is any content on my account that does not comply with Adobe Stock's guidelines, I would appreciate receiving a notification so that I can address the issue promptly. I am committed to working with Adobe Stock to resolve any concerns and ensure that my content aligns with the platform's standards.  

If we submit a handfull of pictures and at a later time submit additional picture, do the new ones bump us to the back of the queue. In other words, if I submit pics at week one and then submit more at week 7 would that start the clock back to 8 weeks ? Thanks

I read Quality and technical issues in the Guidelines but I couldn't find exact reason why this picture isn't good enough.For inforamtion: there is no editing, I only changed image size (is that considered as artifacting?). I need to find reasons so I can fix it on that picture and work on those issues for other images.

I'm not sure its not is not allowed for headlines and keywords or also for promts?   For reference: I don’t copy the products, it’s just more convenient to express my thoughts, I don’t copy directly and I don’t even mean “in the style of such brand.”.
