Bonjour,   Que se passe-t-il depuis quelques semaines ?  La plupart des photos que je soumets sont refusées.  Le motif ? " Problèmes techniques ". La dernière fois que j'ai eu des photos acceptées remonte à une semaine au moins, il n'y en a eu que 3...  Pour 17 autres refusées.  Pour quel motif ?  " Problèmes techniques "   Alors j'ignore si, par miracle, je suis devenu, en l'espace de 2-3 semaines, un photographe extrêmement mauvais, incapable d'exposer correctement ses photos, de bien faire la mise au point, de bien cadrer son sujet.   Mais les faits sont là : toutes, TOUTES mes photos ont été refusées pour " Problèmes techniques ".  Elles ne sont quasiment jamais refusées pour " Image floue ", " Artefacts ", ou " Problèmes d'exposition ".  Non.  " Problèmes techniques ".     Le souci, c'est qu'il n'y a pas moyen de savoir ce qui ne va pas sur mes photos.  J'ignore si c'est parce que l'image n'est pas sat

Hey together i have a bunch of illustrations made with generative AI that have been rejected i think mainly for the same reason but what could it be? What do i have to correct to pass?

i was working on contributor and i upload almost 2000 images when images start making payment they blocked my acccount without any reason message display account validation issue when i contact with support they said "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice." and now they are not replying of my email can any one tell me what should i do now ?

In 2023, I have had a couple of images that upload upside down. Even if I rotate the image and then upload, it still shows up as upside down.  I never had this issue before.  Can you help me?  I attached one of the images.

Hi! I uploaded one image approximately 14 days ago, and they weren't approved. However, it was rejected. Could someone provide insights or guidance on the problem with this pictures? I'd like to understand and correct any mistake. Also, if there is a way to rectify then can someone please also guide me with the process to re-submit the rectified image and delete this one from the "Not Accepted" section.  Thank you in advance for your assistance and time.

I uploaded an image for sale on AdobeStock.   It said it would take up to four weeks to review, but four weeks have passed now.   I want to know when the review will be completed.   Also, I would like to know if there is a way to get a quick review.   -----------------------------------------   Also, I uploaded images of the same specification, but many images were not reviewed due to quality problems.   I got a reply saying it was a quality issue, but I wonder why some images of the same specification were approved and some were not.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I've mentioned a couple of times the importance of using facial restoration software to improve AI generated images of people. But I also want to clarify that is does not fix everything and a careful review of the results is still necessary. In the attached example, note that the eyes and ears of the facial restored image of the young girl remain as uneven as they were in the original AI generated image. I used two techniques (copying and pasting and Liqufy) to correct the issues. Hope this helps!

I am trying to reconfigure Filezilla so I can upload files via sftp. I continue to get error messages and I think it is because I do not understand the instructions. 1. In the instructions there is an ID field yet Filezilla has no such field. Do I put the ID in the User field? 2. In the instructions there is a button to generate a password. Do I use a password that is generated or do I use my Adobe password? 3. I have the Protocol set to SFTP which I assume is the correct setting. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I have a very slow connection and drag and drop is painful to use! Thank you in advance.

Hey there, i did lots of vector uploads some years ago. Now i want to get back into the contributors business 😉and i see, there are some things different about uploading vectors. When i uploaded my last files a few years ago, the defaults were:- .eps10- convert fonts to paths- additionally JPG preview image- all together as a zip fileIf I have understood correctly, I can now upload .ai and i no longer have to create an additional preview image? The fonts also no longer have to be converted into paths? So just save .ai and ready?Thanks for your help.

Hello, community!I encountered a problem that was confusing for me and unexpected - I can't reach Adobe support. The situation is - last week I received a rejection of 26 vector files, quality issues, technical issues. I have double, triple, quadruple checked these files and found none of the technical issues mentioned in the rejection. Accordingly, I am forced to contact support to understand exactly what technical problems they found there and how to prevent this in the future. But - support has been ignoring request submitted through the online form since Friday, just no response at all. When trying to reach support via chat, it's almost the same - the agent forwards the question to a "specialist" who doesn't answer at all and quietly closes the chat after an hour. (or chat is simply empty more than hour).The question is - how can I get any contact to an adequate person in this "support" and, finally, solve this technical issue?
