My account has been removed from over 12000 videos with no explanation, all I get from support is that they are looking into what the problem is and no explanation

I just read about AI generated images and I came up with a tricky question. I discovered that the product of generative AI images cannot be copyrighted. Does this mean that people are really free to steal and use AI generated images from AS and elsewhere? 

Hello everyone. I just read the new adobe stock update about AI content. Its telling us that our image should not be similar with any other contributor in any instent. Every time I want to get unique image from AI to upload here. But there much more data which already uploaded here, I just notice that altough my image is unique and my prompts are different but still some images are little bit similar to already uploaded data. Please Note its not identical but little bit simlar or having smilar concept like some events like halloween. Does it effect to my account.

Hey guys! I sent these photos two weeks ago and today I saw that they were rejected due to quality issues. Can you help me to identify the problem?PS: I'm a beginner here.

Since ai generated images floods the micro stock markwt the moderators has been doing a terrible job, probably due to enourmous amount of stuff and hard to actually see quickly if the submissions are ai or not.   Ive submitted a few ai images but quickly stopped doing it because it loweres the overall portfolio. Anyways so now ive had a bunch of pure well made vector files rejected after that even tho they are perfectly fine because ive been doing this for years. Now im afraid theres some kinda warning filter on my account or something because its unusual for my stuff to be rejected. I had about 10 images in total rejected over 10 years. Now i have had 15 more this year and only 5 of them were ai made crap

My photo does not have soft focus or any other issue. Still, it got rejected. Why? 

Hello,I have AI images sized 4,096 px.x 4,096 as ,png files.(Animals)Can I save as ,jpg in Photoshop to submit?In the program I am using I can only dowload as .png files.Is the size large enough to submit? Thank you.

Hi,Let me explain better. I have been uploading all my still images to Adobe stock  ok. Now I am trying to upload animation videos. I have found an app called FTP manager. Instructions to upload videos to Adobe stock require we use FTP manager. Instructions say to enter my personal credentials? And upload my video files. Attachments below explaining adobe procedure. Please explain to me .Thank you 

Is there a free tool to measure an images MP. I know you can do the WxH/1000000 but that would be quite time-consuming for many images. I'm hoping there is a simple tool that you input several images, and it tells you the MP

Your account has a validation status issue. How to fix it

Hello, I have this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings. I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. What I should do next ? What is wrong ? How can I validate and what to validate ?Please URGENTLY help me release the account, I am willing to follow your instruction about the reason for blocking. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Kind regards !WING KUEN

I've been contributor quite a while, but now I learned how to filter images from my own page by using" &filters[content_type%3Aphoto]=1 "That made me understand that I have some files that I have actually submitted accidentally to photo category, even when they are 3d-renders.I guess that's not a huge issue, since the categories are filled with such problematic images, but it also is not what I wanted to do, so I would like to fix it if possible, but how?Should I just delete the files and start their story over?

I possess an account housing approximately 500 generated images. Meanwhile, you have achieved roughly 300 sales. Recently, I have received this message "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."  all of which have been generated by my person and are accompanied with an commercial license. In light of this situation, I am seeking guidance on the appropriate course of action to undertake.

I use to think that Shutterstock had a higher bar to get images accepted. Now I leaning toward Adobe Stock.  All 3 of these images were accepted by SS and rejected by Adobe Stock.  I would appreciate any insights you have so I can improve my postprocessing. Thanks, Rob

Hi, I have submitted files on my account but they are still in the review section. It is up to 26 days. Why it is taking so long to approve files? I have a lot of files for upcoming events but due to the long review time, I am not sure if my files will be approved before the events. Please reduce the review time to 1 to 2 days instead of 26 days or one month.

I submitted my logo 20 days ago but my logo has not been reviewed yet I really don't understand why it is taking so long   (moderator cured topics, use only the relevant ones)

I just attempted to add new images to Adobe Stock for review. I use Lightroom for this purpose. I select the Publish button and the images start going through the upload process and then I get the notice that says something along the lines of, "Would you like to begin selling?" I click yes, and when it takes me to the page where I would enter titles, keywords, etc., no images appear. I have 498 assets awaiting review, so I apparently have two open spots.Even then, yesterday, I was able to upload images that would have been in excess of my limit, but they were still there and I could check the proper boxes, enter keyword, etc., and at least prepare them for later submission. Only a couple were allowed to be accepted for review, having reached the limit, while the rest remained for later submission once some images were accepted and spots opened up again. Which happend this morning and I was able to upload the six images that I could not submit yesterday. But now, as mentioned, nothing a

Hello. I have the following problem. I want to submit a photo for editorial use. While uploading, window appear where it says that I have to confirmthat my content does not contain logos, trademarks, etc. This is illogical, because editorial content does. What do I do with it?

Hi! I just uploaded this 3 images and were rejected for Technical Issues. I don't know what it's wrong.I also uploaded a lot of images of a Fender Telecaster. The logo isn't visible at all but they were rejected and yes, I know is a recognizable model but I searched the available stocks and there were a lot of Telecasters, even with the logo in it. So what the hell?
