Questa foto mi è stata rifiutata perché non rispetta gli standard di qualità: qual’è il problema che ha causato il rifiuto?
I visit the site every day in the search section. And today I noticed that suddenly by default "Exclude Generative AI" is now set when searching! This is a serious loss for the creators of AI content, because from now on AI content will sell even worse, several times worse. Even if the user does not find a relevant image among regular photos and illustrations, Adobe Stock will not suggest options from AI content when setting "Exclude Generative AI"! This is a terrible innovation for AI creators, about which the creators of AI content were not informed in any way. How long will it last? Or forever? Is there any information about this anywhere? News? I have not received any letter from Adobe.

Since the new year I’ve been getting assets rejection almost 100% of the time. Before all of this I used to get at least half through. I don’t know if I’ve triggered some kind of algorithm or something similar. I don’t know if other people are also experiencing this problem but can anybody tell me why maybe my assets were rejected? I’m trying to grow my portfolio and this is very disheartening to me getting my assets rejected all the time now and I would also like to learn as to how I can fix the “Quality Issues”. I use nano banana to generate the images which I later to generate videos from. Also I use topaz to upscale all my images and videos. If anybody can tell me how I would be really grateful.
Hello, This is the second time Adobe Stock has deactivated my account, for no reason. After the first deactivation, sales never recovered and they deactivated again, two weeks ago, like that time, there was a large purchase (a deliberate fraudulent attack on the account)I can't do anything against such fraudulent attacks on my account, because of which Adobe blocks my account.I don't understand Adobe's actions, because they see who is buying and from where. Solved: Account deactivated due to suspicious activity. - Adobe Product Community - 15233377 Best regards, homeworlds.
Subject: Seeking Advice: Unusual Spike in Downloads and No Response from SupportMessage: Hi everyone,I’ve been a contributor to Adobe Stock for over 6 years and have always maintained a clean track record. However, for the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a very unusual and suspicious surge in downloads that doesn't match my typical performance.I am concerned that this might be bot activity or irregular downloads beyond my control. I’ve already sent multiple emails to the support team to report this, as I want to ensure my account remains compliant with the Terms of Service. I even requested them to forfeit any earnings from these suspicious downloads if necessary, but I haven't received any response yet.Has anyone else experienced this lately? What is the best way to get a response from the support team in such cases? I really value my account and don't want it to be flagged for something I'm not responsible for.Any advice or guidance from the community or moderators would be greatly appr
Hi,For the past two days, I’ve been completely unable to upload any video files to Adobe Stock, while image uploads work with no problem. Here’s a summary of the issue: Any video file I try to upload (using the same workflow as always) just gets stuck at “Uploading” and never completes, or eventually fails with an error after about 10 minutes. Yesterday, after a long wait, some videos suddenly appeared all at once, but today every upload attempt just ends in an error. I’ve tried changing the file names, using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Brave), —none of these made any difference. This is not a connection issue—my internet is stable, and images upload instantly. There are no clear error details except that every video upload fails after a long delay. Is anyone else experiencing this?I don’t see any recent reports in the forums, which seems strange for such a major problem. This is seriously impacting my work and wasting a lot of time. Can Adobe please urgently investigate if ther
So I'm doing a project for school telling a story involving a child growing up and was looking for stock footage of kids to use. I typed in "young kid" to start with and the results were a bit off putting. You have a few normal photos but then there are a bunch that emphasize kids feet, kids with their mouth gapping open, and some with little girls showering. I mean if it was maybe one or two I wouldn't think anything of it but its A LOT.The first page alone had 26 pictures of little girls feet for instance and 13 of their mouths gaping open. I checked the second page and it was more of the same but I didn't want to count it.Of course, a image by itself of a little girl's feet means nothing but when its a lot like that its incredibly fucking gross. I organized it by "relevance" and "exclude AI" so they're real videos. My question is why so many? What gives? Its really gross.
Hi two days ago i uploaded around 110 images not “Published For Review” and then deleted them because i thought they would get rejected so i deleted them from my dashboard “From the New Section ”and today i again encouraged myself and after filtering through the images i made the choice to submit around 80+ ish images but some werent uploaded and had canceled automaticaly and i got around 76+ ish in my dashboard so i thought why not delete all the batch and upload again : ) so after i deleted them the upload button got greyed -_- stating upload limit reached but i didnt even added the meta data or publish my assets now i have to wait a week but i didnt published 200 images they were just added and deleted right from my NEW section without any metadata is it a Glitch should i report to Contributor Support or is it a rule and i should wait, thanks
Hi, So i started in late 2024 and if i were to get rejection i would stop and re encourage to be in state and then submit some more but i over expected it and fast forward to 2026 i have 292 accepted Assets usually AI and 253 not accepted :) and 4 downloads means $5.79 in earnings but i am thinking to reconstruct my portfolio and leave only those 4 images and delete all my portfolio *_* i know yall say quality over quantity so i am trying it and i had observed my hand drawn or basically manually vector software made vector(s) got accepted but i didnt knew if i would get sales from emm so i just tried new way , this is my new concept images i just liked their visuals or woody texture so i thought if i submit this i know i may get 1 or 2 sales from this niche images and by the way these are the new images which i just random texture generated this is not my style will upload will try uploading them are they good what do you say about it or feel
What is the time required for images to start selling after being accepted on Adobe Stock?
Hello. I generally create background designs. Previously, my vector background designs were rejected due to 'Quality Issues'. I'm creating a new collection related to fabrics and my first submitted work was also rejected for the same reason. Usually, I understand the reasons for rejections and make corrections, but I can't understand why this background was rejected. (I got a screenshot because the file size limit is 5 mb. The original file is 13 mb.) I would appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.
Hello everyone, I am new to Adobe Stock. For my first ever design, I created the attached design, but it got rejected, and I don't know the exact reason for the rejection. Can anybody check the design and tell me the possible reason for rejection?Any help and suggestions would be a greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance
Hello everyone,I’m an active contributor with a large and regularly updated portfolio. I invest serious time and effort into producing diverse, commercially relevant content for Adobe Stock.Recently, however, I’ve experienced a significant drop in sales and earnings. The decline is noticeable enough to raise real concerns. I’m trying to understand why.Has the algorithm changed?Has buyer behavior shifted? Is increased competition affecting visibility? It feels like there should be a clear reason for this level of decline — especially given that my portfolio keeps growing — but I haven’t been able to identify one.At the same time, I’m seeing a high number of rejections. Many files are declined with very general reasons like “quality issues” or “similar content,” which makes it difficult to understand what exactly needs to be improved. Without clearer guidance, it feels like we’re working blindly.I’m not posting to complain — I’m genuinely seeking clarity. Are other contributors experiencin
Hey everyone, I uploaded a SVG and it was given the error uploading the image.Made in Illustrator: no AI tools used.no hidden layersno locked layers Not sure is it the banding that is causing the problem?A bit of feedback would be helpful.Thank-you in advance
I still encounter deviations in my work for the stock. I know they are not perfect, and I am not a professional, I am not particularly striving for anything, but still, I became interested in what key technical errors there are here.
I recently uploaded a series of vector illustrations, but the files were rejected with the reason “Similar content in our collection.” I checked Adobe Stock and other platforms to see if there was any similar content, but I couldn’t find anything that closely matches my work.Could anyone please explain why this might have happened?
I am a new contributor and need some help regarding issues with the images. I attached two images with this post, both of them are flat designs containing icons representing workflow on bright background, the issue is that after upscaling strange type of structure or structures appears around the icons now what is this? Actually one image from them is uploaded on adobe and passed moderation and also got one sale ( the image containing the search icon and shield icon ). Is this ethical to sell such type of images, I have lot of others images like that but the same issue with all.

Hi everyone! Is it necessary to work on one niche in Adobe Stock to ensure success, or is diversity better (Photos and Illustrations)? My Portfolio BEN HDAhttps://stock.adobe.com/ma/contributor/212496785/BEN%20HDA
I need advice regarding the Adobe Creative Cloud Bonus Code Program. In April 2025, I received my 2024 bonus code. My subscription was still active until Feb 2026, and Adobe Contributor Support told me not to redeem the code yet and to wait until my subscription ended. However, when I tried to redeem it in Feb 2026, Adobe told me the code had already expired in Jan 2026. Because I followed their instruction, my bonus code was wasted. Now I am stuck with a subscription decision. Paying monthly is much more expensive, but if I subscribe annually, I worry that a new 2025 bonus code may be released later and I will face the same issue again. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to escalate this properly or request a replacement or extension?
