Hi,I’m getting several rejections due to quality issues, and I’d like to better understand what reviewers usually flag under this category. Below, I’ve attached a sample image that was rejected due to quality issues. Are there specific technical details (noise patterns, upscaling artifacts, texture consistency, or maybe blur when zoom 200% etc.) that are commonly overlooked by contributors? Any advice would be appreciated. Hello Adobe Team, My Adobe Stock contributor account has been deactivated. I have 2600+ files and over 400 sales, and this account is very important for my work. I want to request a review and understand the reason for the deactivation. However, when I click on Contact Us, the page shows an error and I am unable to reach support through the dashboard. I have attached screenshots for reference. I always try to follow Adobe Stock guidelines, and if any of my content has an issue, I’m willing to correct it. Is the submission limit for each contributor fair? My assets are only 50, waiting for a long review, 10 submissions get a limit again, what about your limit experience?

Hello admins and community,I have a question regarding the Terms of Service.If a contributor account was terminated about 1 years ago due to content violations (issues with 'similar content' and quality, not fraud), is there any way for this person to rejoin Adobe Stock today?Does the ban have an expiration date, or is the individual permanently prohibited from creating a new account forever?I want to understand if registering a new account now would be considered a violation of the rules.

Hello,I am looking for assistance regarding a synchronization issue on my Adobe Stock Contributor Account. Although I have 15 approved assets and an active AI Bonus balance, my public portfolio continues to show "No results found." I believe this happened because I mistakenly clicked the "Link my Adobe ID" button, which seems to have triggered a classic synchronization loop. My account identity is fully verified and I already contacted support on November 28th but haven't received a resolution yet. Could a staff member please manually re-sync my account? Thank you for your time and help. 

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community Members, I am from Bangladesh trying to set up a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. Issue Details:- During phone verification, Bangladesh (+880) is not available in the country dropdown, OR- I get the error "An error occurred while performing this action", OR- Verification code is not received. I have tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, different devices, and waited several days. I already have an open support case (via contributor-support@adobe.com), but no response yet after several days. Request:Please manually verify my account or provide an alternative method so I can complete setup and start contributing. Hi, I've been a successful photography stock contributor for many years creating historical costume images predominantly used by authors on their book covers. My shoots involve a lot of work and expense and so I thought I'd play with AI to generate a wider variety of images using my existing photos as the reference images. While it's been somewhat hit and miss I've produced some interesting images that I think will appeal to my customer base. As I'm used to a 45mp camera and the resulting ultra sharp, high resolution images, I was disappointed with the resolution and sharpness of the AI images. I'm experienced with Photoshop so used the generative resolution upgrade, increasing both  the pixel dimensions and dpi, and the sharpening tools in an attempt to improve the resolution and sharpness. Thr results were ok, but not great.  The AI engines I used were Adobe partners nano banana 3 and GPT through the Firefly portal as these two provided the results I was visually most happy  with. I

I requested a payout to PayPal a few weeks ago.The dashboard says "Payment done", but nothing arrived in my PayPal wallet yet.My PayPal account is verified.Is there a known issue with PayPal payouts to Ukraine currently?If the payment failed, will it automatically return to my Adobe Stock balance?Thanks.

I uploaded several videos that only show fireworks, and in some of the videos the number “2026” appears at most. All videos were rejected due to “Rejection to protect intellectual property.” I don’t understand what intellectual property could be in these videos. Sometimes I feel like images and videos are rejected randomly. Could you please help me understand what the issue might be, and what I can do in this case?

On 18 December 2025, my Adobe Stock contributor account was disabled without any clear explanation and was marked as suspicious activity. I contacted support through the Contact Us option, but more than 7 days have passed and I have not received any reply.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for 6 years and have always followed Adobe guidelines. All of my content is original and created by me. I am confused and concerned about why my account was disabled and why I have not received any response.Will I receive any response regarding my case?
