Dear Adobe Team,I hope you're doing well. I want to request that all of my products be added to the free collection, as I am not currently working on this platform. I want to sell all my products at once.I appreciate your assistance with this request. Looking forward to your response. Best Regards,Musab Farooq!
Hello All,Everytime I try to upload videos, it just spins endlessly. No matter how long I wait, I never even get an error uploading. I've tried dragging and dropping as well as clicking and going to the file. The files are around 400mb and I've tried 100mbs. They're video in H.246 format, 60fps, 4K.I uploaded my other content a few years ago using SFTP but now that option has disappeared for me and it seems I'm unable to upload videos at all. Quite frustrating, do I have any options?
Hello Adobe Stock Support Team, I recently had multiple video submissions rejected with the reason stated as “Quality Issues.” However, the rejection notes did not specify the exact problem. Could you please provide more detailed feedback on what specific quality issues were detected (e.g., noise, compression, resolution, stability, or other technical aspects)? This will help me improve my workflow and avoid repeating the same mistakes in future submissions. Thank you very much for your support and guidance.

I had opened a few Adobe Stock Contributor accounts a long time ago, but later deleted them. Now I checked all my Gmails, currently there is no Adobe Stock account active. But I am sure that I had opened account before and later deleted it.Now I want to know, can I open a new Contributor account again with my information/email? Since I am under 18, I would like to use my mother’s National Identity Card for verification. Is this allowed? Should I proceed with creating a new account using my mother’s ID? I am very interested in working with Adobe Stock.Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your reply.
some of my uploaded items got rejected by quality issue. the reason are Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file. but file format that i uploaded was Ai from Adobe illustrator, it's vector only no JPEG, and also i don't include image preview. is there anything that i can improve? can i re-upload the files? what can i do to resolve this? thanks!
I was uploaded some videos of a hindu funeral ceremony of an person ( woman) but those videos were not approved, because I uploaded all the model releases senn in those videos except of that dead person. But rite now I could not make the model release of that dead person ( woman) becoz she was already nomore. so I uploaded the property release of that dead body and that property release was signed by the son of the dead person and I took that dead persons husband as a witness. But that also not approved, now what can I do to approve those videos.File ID: 1652154148File ID: 1652098978File ID: 1651994914File ID: 1651055347File ID: 1649629710File ID: 1648928594File ID: 1648865195File ID: 1648741404File ID: 1648714218File ID: 1648618026File ID: 1648611781File ID: 1648578123File ID: 1648552097File ID: 1648514291File ID: 1648427260File ID: 1648413762File ID: 1648401635File ID: 1648324475File ID: 1648324475File ID: 1648270317File ID: 1648206755File ID: 1648213926File ID: 1647784035File ID: 16
Hello everyone,I need some guidance. I’ve been an Adobe Stock contributor for a while, and until about 9 weeks ago, I was receiving downloads almost daily on my images. However, for the past 9 weeks, I haven’t received even a single download.I haven’t changed my upload style much, and my portfolio was performing consistently before this sudden drop. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue recently? Could it be related to Adobe Stock’s algorithm, visibility, keywords, or maybe just seasonal demand?Any advice, tips, or experiences would be really helpful. I’d love to know if this is just temporary or if I need to rethink my strategy. Thanks in advance!
I submitted a fully unique design made in Illustrator, yet Adobe Stock rejected it citing "Similar Content." The artwork was 100% original. Can anyone explain what triggers this rejection and how to avoid it in future submissions? Some clarification would really help. Thanks in advance!
This content was approved once on Adobe Stock. But after approval, I saw that the headline text was messed up. i deleted the approved content, fixed only the headline , and uploaded it again, keeping the designas before. Now Adobe Stock is rejecting this Content . It has given the reason for rejection as similar content. How does this happen, how is it possible?

Hello, if I have an AI-generated image that resembles a real photograph, as if it were taken with a camera, should I categorize it as an illustration or as a photo? What's the best approach for it to be accepted? I also have a few already uploaded under review that are categorized as photographs even though they're AI-generated. Should I delete them? How should I proceed? I have seen old pictures generated with AI categorized under the photos category.
Hello, I'm a vector contributor and have been uploading a bunch of vector files before, but this is the first time my vector got rejected again and again, even after I re-check and re-ensure that I have been following the requirement, and even after being rejected, I follow and check the reason lists that Adobe gives. Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file." 1. I've checked the file that was rejected, and it has no raster/bitmap image2. I open my file in Photoshop, and it doesn't look compressed3. I used to be used to 3000x2250 resolution, but to follow this rejection reason i
Hello everyone, may I know why it feels like the rejection rate for both (quality issues) and (similar content) has recently increased? Also, how can I find out about the latest trending and less popular trends on Adobe Stock? Thanks for your help. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hi! I created a Japanese Katakana syllabary in the Gothic style, but Adobe rejected this work as similar. I can't find anything similar even on the Internet. Adobe, what's wrong with you....
Hello, Last night I noticed that more than 120 files were downloaded in a short time. I know that my account is in danger since that moment. I read many posts about Suspicious/illegal/fraud downloads and saw many contributor accounts was blocked after that. Of course, I don't have single a clue about who made the download. This is the first time my account was bombed with suspiciuos downloads. If you have experienced the case like this, I am going to send a message to Adobe Stock through Contact Us. Please recommend me what to write!
Most of my pictures and being rejected for "quality issues." How can I improve? Any recommendations going forward?
I got rejected because of quality issues. Please explain to me where the problem is from the attached photo. Thank you.

I sometimes come across businesses which are permamently closed. Should I avoid taking photo of them or take the shot and uplaod them as editorial images? Thanks for replying! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I submit AI images.Until now, I've had some success by limiting my submissions to just one image rather than uploading a large number of variations of the same thing, and by using creative metadata and composition to create unique images.Although some images have been rejected as being too similar,my overall approval rate has been around 30% to 50%.However, over the past few days, all of my images have been rejected, dropping to 0%.Has Adobe made any official announcements recently about changes to their review criteria? Does anyone know?(I used Google Translate, sorry if it's hard to understand.)
Hi everyone,I recently submitted an illustration to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected due to "similar content." I want to clarify that this is an original piece that I hand-drew myself. I’ve never uploaded any other version of it to Adobe Stock—not even the version with text. The character and design are completely original and not AI-generated. I’m trying to understand what existing content Adobe thinks it’s similar to, but I haven’t been able to find anything that matches. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to get more details from Adobe about these kinds of rejections, I’d really appreciate your insight. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I'm a texture artist, and I wanted to upload my works on Adobe Stock, but after posting like 50 images, Adobe is telling me, that my other works are Similar, when i basically went through this similar content, and not only didn't find any textures like mine, but also found 100+ images that look exactly alike, and that are right now in the stock. Here i provide the example of "similar content" that are hand made seamless 4k textures in arctic style. But there are many others. Not event mentioning providing camouflage in colours/patterns that are not event avaliable on stock. My question is simple: how it is even determined, what is similar, and what is not. Is it some kind of dumb bot, or some adobe employee, that doesn't really care.
