Hola, estoy intentando crear mi cuenta como colaborador en Adobe Stock desde Argentina, pero me aparece el siguiente error al validar mi número de teléfono: “Se ha producido un error al realizar esta acción. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde.” Ya he probado con distintos navegadores, conexiones y formatos de número, pero el error persiste. Mi número incluye el código internacional (+54). ¿Hay algún problema actual con la validación desde Argentina o una solución alternativa que me puedan brindar?     [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]  

Hi everyone! I'm new in this community.I've uploaded this image, but I cannot seem to find where the issue is.Could somebody help me out?

It's been more than 15 days that I got my last sale total of two in two months even though my account has reached to 500+ assets. I was assuming to get some more but it's not the case untill now. I am aiming to increase my assets to 1000+. Can anyone give me some other suggestions. 

I m tired of this similar content thingnone of my photos are able to be uploadeda few of them are just so beautiful pics but i can't do anything...why?....because these guys are just rejecting and rejecting and rejecting..... comeon adobe, it's real bad

I'm very disappointed because I used it to support my family and it had a mix of my own work and AI generated files. Hello Adobe Team,I am a new contributor and I have uploaded my first 10 files. I have added proper titles, keywords, and categories. However, I am seeing a message saying “Submission Disabled” and I cannot submit my files.The message says: “Please set up your payout information before submitting content.”I was under the impression that payout setup was only needed before receiving payment, not before submitting content.Could you please confirm if this is a new policy for new contributors? And is there any official documentation or link regarding this update?I want to make sure I follow all the guidelines correctly.Thank you for your support!

I immediately reached out to Adobe Contributor Support and submitted an appeal explaining my situation and promising full compliance with the AI content guidelines going forward. I received a case number 00376608 and confirmation that my message had been received, but I have not heard back from the support team regarding the outcome of my appeal, despite following up. I deeply value the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock and am committed to correcting any past mistakes and aligning fully with Adobe's guidelines. I kindly request an update on the status of my case or guidance on the next steps. Hello, these emblems were created between 11 to 12 century, thus the intellectual property rights have been expired. Also the building at the bottom is built in the middle age and far older than 200 years ago. Therefore I believe your reviews are not valid. I request you to accept the images in the red boxes. Thank you.

My work was rejected based on quality standards and I wanted to get your feedback on why. Nothing specific was mentioned about my image, only general examples like exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.no matter how slight.Can you give me your opinion? Thanks so much,

Hi everyone,I'm creating a set of vector icons with gradient fills, and I plan to upload them to Adobe Stock. I know EPS 10 is the required format, but I'm unsure whether I should expand the gradients before saving.When I expand them, the result often doesn't look clean - sometimes it creates many unwanted shapes or ruins the simplicity of the design. On the other hand, keeping them unexpanded preserves the look but I'm concerned about compatibility or rejection.My questions:Is it acceptable to upload EPS 10 files with unexpanded gradients?Will Adobe Stock render them properly in previews?Could unexpanded gradients lead to rejection or rendering issues?I’d appreciate any guidance from experienced contributors. Hi Adobe Community, All of my work was rejected based on quality standards and I wanted to get your feedback on why. I did use PS compositing on some and that includes spotting for dust and artifacts, anywhere pixels were moved, no matter how slight. Several images were straight out of the camera with just exposure and dusting.  I'm disappointed because I thought it would be cool to see how other artists could use these fine art landscape and bird photos, and I anticipated this happening a lot! I love the open source feel to contributing art to stock houses and thought I'd try it on a temporary basis. I was even fixated about how to cancel my contributions to control the demand! I was mistaken.  I do have a lot of stock snapshots that I planned on up

Hi people, I have submissions in my stock photography account that have been sitting there for 6 months, unreviewed. Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that when I upload EPS files (like icon sets) to Adobe Stock, the auto-generated JPEG preview sometimes looks too “tight,” with no empty space around the icons. I understand this happens because the preview is cropped to the bounding box of the artwork rather than the artboard.I see two possible solutions:Adding an invisible rectangle (no fill, no stroke) around the artwork to create padding.Using the artboard option and arranging the icons within a larger artboard with built-in spacing.My question is:Which method is better or preferred for stock submissions?Does adding an invisible rectangle cause any issues with buyers or search previews?Or is it safer to rely on artboard spacing and not add extra objects?Would love to hear what experienced contributors recommend!Thanks in advance!

Hello, I would like to add more formats options for some assets that I already published, for example, I published some icons/vectors but only as .svg, i'd like to add .ai/eps to them.Is that possible and if so, how?Thanks
