Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

I subscribed with my adobe account this month, I had 24 unused points, after cancelling I see 0 points. bad service, it's not financially sustainable to use this service.

I upgraded my subscription to Adobe 3D Collection plan. I am able to download .sbsar, but whenever I try to download .fbx and .glb files, this error message pops up: Access denied! You don't have permission for this action!

This was posted by me in the Substance Stager discussion before I realized it would be better to post it here: When Adobe decided to do away with the old Substance accounts, Substance users were told repeatedly that we should cancel our Substance accounts, sign up for an Adobe Substance account, send the invoices to Adobe customer service, and our points would be transferred and the remainder of our Substance account payment would be refunded on a prorated basis. Today I found out none of this is true. I was informed by email of the following: "Any unused Substance 3D assets ( formerly Substance Source) points remain in your legacy Substance account until further notice. You will have credits to use via your Adobe account as well. We will communicate to eligible users in the future on the process to transfer your licensed assets and unused points to your Adobe account." So if I want to use my 700 plus points to purchase 3D assets, I will have to purchase another Legacy S

Hi, I recently subscribed to the "Substance 3D Texturing" plan. I did it to acces to the "Adobe Substance 3D Assets" as I already posses Substance Designer and Substance Painter. I used 3 of the 30 points the subscription give me access to and I was led to believe (reading the forums) that I could keep my points without any time limitation. But after cancelling the subscription so it doesn't renew next month I am now unable to download any new assets (it shows that I have 0 points). Did the terms of use change? Is it any kind of technical problem? Or did I sleep too less? 🙂 If the terms have changed why is it that I now have 0 points, knowing that I subscribed for a full month and that I have access to my plan till the 18.04.2021? (the "system" doesn't even allow me to pay once again because my plan is still active). Thank you 

Hi，My Adobe Substance 3D Texturing subscription has expired.I'm financially worried, so I'm thinking of purchasing a license for the Steam version.Can I use the assets downloaded in the subscription version with the Adbe Substance 3D Painter for Steam?Thank you.

When does the monthly quota of 30 downloads for Substance 3D assets reset? I'm in second month of my Substance subscription, but the download quota has not been reset to 30 (still at 0).

Hello, I was looking to upgrade to a perpetual license, but it looks like that's no longer possible, so I'd like to unsubscribe. I can use the sbs/sbsar files with other software though, so I was wondering what happens with the 600+ points I have for Source. Will they be lost or will they remain there to be used even without the subscription? Thank you.

Hi, I have an existing Adobe Account through my school, but was also on the free Substance Educational License. Looking at Substance's educational page it seems that this free educational license is still supported (https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/).However, Pt on startup doesn't seem to recognize my free license and asks me to begin the 30-day trial, or to purchase the product.How do I enable recognition of the educational license on Pt?

As the title says, if I don't renew my substance licence which runs out this year will I still keep my substance source points? I might want to get a license again later next year and don't want to lose all the points I have.

There are no gems such as diamonds, rubies, or emeralds. Do you have any further plans in the future?

I migrated my Substance account from Allegorithmic to the Adobe Substance 3D Texturing plan recently, and I am unable to use my points on 3D assets while on the Adobe Substance 3D Assets (Substance Source) page. I am logged in under my adobe account, and I see I have the 30 points available. I only have one option when I hover over the assets, to upgrade my plan. Is this correct?

I've wasted hours today trying to access my source.substance3d.com assets.  Please can you fix the login so it works with an existing account?

The big red adobe logo, which should point to "home", points to one subdomain up, which isn't assigned, so I just get an error. They explicitly ask for no bug reports, so I assume someone here will pick it up. Hope this helps.  

Hello.Tried to connect to my Substance Source account yesterday and wasn't able to get all my points and resouces back. Only working option is to suscribe to another subscription with adobe. Seriously?Yeah I know, I should connect with my Allegorithmic account, but when I do so I get this message:"Unauthorized : check your credentials and try again.We recently moved to adobe.com, make sure to update your password manager to reflect this change!" What password manager ? Over complicated ubuesque connecting messed up, spent almost an hour before giving up.  Would it be possible to get something userfriendly please ?

   Doesnt seem to post so try again.I signed up for the half price deal on the Substance 3d package. Basically $25 a month for a year. The first charge was correct. But now my acct shows it will be charging me full price next charge.Whats going on and how do I contact Adobe support?Thanks

Why are my 2000+ assets that I got from the original substance painter not showing on the https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/myassets web page inorder to get them in there I have to re-download them and use my download points. Is there a way to get them up there? If not, will there be? 

Adobe Substance 3D Assets (formerly Substance Source) includes options to discover assets via 2D images or 3D Player - the 3D Player does not include any 3d navigation controls, e.g. viewport tumble, light position, etc.  Why is the 3D Player indicated as a 3D viewer if the tool does not actually support 3D navigation?

Hi everyone. Would anyone know thw answer to this Question. I am contemplating buying the 1 yaer subscription of 3d Sunstance. It is the one that allows 50 assets per month. After I download mu assets can I still continue to Manipulate them I.E Change Lighting, texture, size ,etc.??? Thanks for any advice given 

Hi, I've downloaded the "Iridescent Velvet" material from Substance Source. How can I enable the iridescence in Unreal as the fabric after import looks flat anddoesn't have any iridescence out of the box.  I have tried importing as MDL - but it is awful to work with. Hope you can help, thanksJakub

This is surely a newbie question. Whem I'm selecting Substance assets on-line and hit the download button  the asset is opened up in the Sampler app. How do I stop this from happening and instead dowload directly to a local folder? Thanks in Advance. Ed

Hey so I have seen that I have been paying USD 20 to Allegorithmic since January this year, but since April I have not been credited with the monthly substances I am owed (which is a grand total of 90 of them now!). Just got a big project and only now noticed that I have not received them. I am not coming down on Adobe like a ton of bricks as I have accessed and paid this account from so many places its hardly surprising the account does not know up from down anymore. I don't want the cash back (which I have invoices for), that nonsense takes far too long and honestly is not necessary- but I need those substances now. This is not the first time I have had to do this and am posting here so we can give anyone who needs a similar solution a place to start. Right, so what do I do? ADOBE customer service and sales started playing hot potato with my case, so before I get annoyed I would love some inputs as to how to rectify this.

Hi,I have my Substance Indie subscription using the same email address that I use for my Adobe account, where I have a Ps subscription. How do I switch over? And, what about all the owned materials and the leftover credits I have on Substance Source? Is it simpler if I change the email address on the legacy Substance subscription? BTW, I have 23 days remaining on my subscription.

Hi we have bought Adobe Substance 3D for teams with enterprise subsciption from Taiwan last friday, and it showed that we could download 100 assets per month. However, we log in Substance 3D Assets today, and there is no point for us to download at all.... We had ask Taiwanese Adobe team this problem, and they have no idea how to deal with this issue, please give us some advice to solve this problem, thanks.
