Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Hello, I wanted to ask about the 3D asset library of "Substance 3D Assets", is there any way to get the 3D assets with materials? I see all 3D assets are in grey, so if we can get any asset with materials and textures.

It seems like the Substance Material library has completely disappeared, and all 500 material points have also vanished. I had an Indie subscription and an older version of the Steam permanent license. Everything has disappeared, and I kindly request a restoration.

Dear Adobe Community, I used to have a substance Abo in the time it belonged to Allegorithmic. Maybe 3years ago I decided to cancel the abo, because I had to change my 3D profession. but that time I had collected a lot of materials within the abo, like today adobe does with the points. Is there a way to get these old access/points to the collected materials again? Would be great.And is there a way to just buy an abo for the asset library? Dont need painter and other software. Just want to use these nice materials within my 3d software. Thank you for any help. Best regardsHilmar

I wanted to better understand how the copyright issue of material assets in Abode 3D Assets works.I wanted to know if it is possible to use adobe textures in an element of a larger texture of a 3D asset, for example, I have a UV divided into 3 types of materials such as wood, metal and rubber, and the wood material came from Adobe 3D Assets, the asset has all the materials together in a single texture. Could I sell this asset on other marketplaces like Unreal and Unity? Knowing that adobe texture is just the base of wood part of the asset and has all the other elements on top of it like dirt and wear and tear.

I inflated some text and made it 3D with the polished steel asset. It looks as though it is in a black box and I set the light source to come from the front so that it gave the most contrast but I'm unsatisfied. Please help!

I would like to offer the Substance Painter file for download along with my bus model to provide more flexibility. I purchased and downloaded some materials using Steam credits in the past. We are looking to use sunstance materials for our rendering machine. For this we started a substance test license. A few as "cost free" marked substance materials are apparently free for download within the license. We woul dlike to inquire whether the whole library will be disposable within one of the substance license packages or whether this sutuation will remain and other substance matrials will have to be purchased seperately for download?  

I have signed up for Substance 3D Collection trial which is supposed to give me downloads for 3D assets but my credit says 0 and the it takes me to subscribtion page. Any idea how I can fix this?

Hello, I have a subscription to Substance 3D Collection for teams (but I'm not the account's admin) but I can't download any assets/materials from the substance 3D asset library. I have enough credits and the button to download the ressources is available but when I click on it, it gives me an error message. Could you help me solve the problem so I can use my points to buy assets? Thank you

Hello  i have a question, can i use materials/textures from Substance 3D Assests library for Commercial Use?

Hey I am using 3dsmax 2021 and Corona Render. I use substance materials, and they work just fine, but when I archive my 3d max file and put it in another pc for the final render, the substance materials preview fine in the viewport but render as gray materials. I have to setup the material from scratch or load a preset for it to work. This workflow has been hectic for me and my team, I need your help, is this happening to anyone with the same case? are we doing anything wrong here? kindly advice.

Hi,Hope someone can help.I've been uploading 16-bit pngs to Adobe Assets but cant figure out how to make the system renditions of the png to be 16-bit as well – the system keeps converting them to 8-bit.I'm sure I'm missing something obvious in the setup but I can't see where. Cheers

Hi, I log in to my account but I have 0 points and no materials. I had an old Substance Source account and passed to Adobe, I remember downloading materials from the new source but now I don´t see anything there. My e-mail is the same, I am wondering if it is an account problem.   

I'm trying to use the asset sold on your homepage,but if I buy the asset sources, can we use them for commercial purposes?If we can, is there a difference from the price on the homepage?And also, if we buy it and use it, should we use it the way we bought it?Or is it okay to use it after changing it a bit?

Hi!The substances I'm trying to download are some listed in this very page: https://substance3d.adobe.com/magazine/substance-3d-assets-in-automotive/This page is showing some exterior automotive car paint, and I was trying to find these assets in the library as I usually do as I have the paid plan and everything, problem is, when I type the name of the substance, they do not appear to be listed in the library.
