Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Hello, I have a subscription to Substance 3D Collection for teams (but I'm not the account's admin) but I can't download any assets/materials from the substance 3D asset library. I have enough credits and the button to download the ressources is available but when I click on it, it gives me an error message. Could you help me solve the problem so I can use my points to buy assets? Thank you

Hello  i have a question, can i use materials/textures from Substance 3D Assests library for Commercial Use?

Hey I am using 3dsmax 2021 and Corona Render. I use substance materials, and they work just fine, but when I archive my 3d max file and put it in another pc for the final render, the substance materials preview fine in the viewport but render as gray materials. I have to setup the material from scratch or load a preset for it to work. This workflow has been hectic for me and my team, I need your help, is this happening to anyone with the same case? are we doing anything wrong here? kindly advice.

Hi,Hope someone can help.I've been uploading 16-bit pngs to Adobe Assets but cant figure out how to make the system renditions of the png to be 16-bit as well – the system keeps converting them to 8-bit.I'm sure I'm missing something obvious in the setup but I can't see where. Cheers

Hi, I log in to my account but I have 0 points and no materials. I had an old Substance Source account and passed to Adobe, I remember downloading materials from the new source but now I don´t see anything there. My e-mail is the same, I am wondering if it is an account problem.   

I'm trying to use the asset sold on your homepage,but if I buy the asset sources, can we use them for commercial purposes?If we can, is there a difference from the price on the homepage?And also, if we buy it and use it, should we use it the way we bought it?Or is it okay to use it after changing it a bit?

Hi!The substances I'm trying to download are some listed in this very page: https://substance3d.adobe.com/magazine/substance-3d-assets-in-automotive/This page is showing some exterior automotive car paint, and I was trying to find these assets in the library as I usually do as I have the paid plan and everything, problem is, when I type the name of the substance, they do not appear to be listed in the library. I was wondering if anyone knew of a fix for this, knew what the issue might be, or might be able to give me an idea on how long requests usually take to get follow-ups. I am an ongoing student at Purdue that has been using Substance Painter's student license, but my current license is from the previous now discontinued license system that does not update beyond 8.1.3, and I need to upgrade my license so I can have access to 8.3 for file sharing with another student in our team. The issue I've run into, however, is that when I go through the student request/free trial education version pages (substance3d.adobe.com/education) I go through putting my email and get the confirmation the request went through but then never get a followup email confirming eligibility or asking for further details if they're needed. Nothing in my Junk either, and I also know adobe emails go through without issue because several have for other reasons. Is there a different method to have the requ

Hi all, I was browsing the Substance 3D Assets materials library and when I selected one material I wanted to download, the button says "Subscribe" and when I click on it it redirect me on the subscription page :  So I choose the first option (because it has the materials I want to use in it), then because I already own it it says : So I'm kind of stuck in a loop to acces those materials... If someone can help; thanks in advance ! Best Antoine

Hi,  I tried to download some of the free assets available from the adobe sustance 3d assets website, and this error message keeps appearing telling me to contact the account adinistrator, but i am the account adinistrator... What is the issue ? What can i do ?  

OK so after 1 year I needed to texture something again and seems like the old subtance material libary is gone for good and also all of my 800 material points. I had a Indie subscription and also a Steam perpetual licence from an older version.   Just to get this straight as far as I read some threads all my old 800+ Substance material points are now gone and I can't use them with the adobe assets right? So once again Adobe totally [Profanity removed by moderator] me over, right?   Just want to confirm this because as soon as Adobe bought Substance I know we are all screwed and I guess I should go back to MARI :S  [Removed by moderator], can't remeber the last time when I was so pissed I guess another Adobe genius strike.    Thnaks ADOBE for robbing me again !!

Hi there, I've downloaded a material, for example this one from the 3D assets page. When I open it in Substance Designer, I can't get any previews to show up, it's locked in the explorer and when I attempt to export it as bitmaps, it never actually does anything. It says it is, but nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Can no longer download my 3d assets . Have been using the same account for over a year now and suddenly telling me i dont have authorization.

Hello,I don´t know if this is a bug or just me not being able to find the solution. When using this Substance:https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/allassets/f2e7ab95ef0f2bcbbf569cbfe56c28bd59221a94?q=Iridescent&u=IridescentIt doesn´t display properly. I´ve tried both in Adobe Sampler and Autodesk VRED, nothing is working (see screenshot attached), it doesn´t show the flakes and iridescence correctly. No matter which settings, environment or parameters, i coulnd´t achieve a look similar to the preview of the substance.Does anyone have an idea? I´m running the latest versions and drivers for everything.

Even though my Adobe subscription account is active, I'm getting an error message saying that my Substance Assets account is inactive. Has anyone else had this issue? I recently purchased the Substance 3D Texturing plan (in addition to my Adobe for Enterprise plan), but can't seem to download any of the Substance 3D Assets following purchase. I am able to download all of the 3D apps, but when I launch the Substance 3D Assets it still asks me to Subscribe and not loading my 30 monthly downloads. Has anyone else had this issue and what was the fix?

I went to login with the email i had with substance source and it said it couldn't find any email assoicated with that account. Tried to logging in with google sign in and yet all my assets are gone....what the flying lion is going on!?

Hello,I have a Substance account, with 600 credits, and I subscribed to an Adobe Texturation 3d Substance, to transfer my credits. But I can't seem to link the account, as it is shown in the documentation. I tried to reach Adobe customer service, but they couldn't help me and send me to Substance 3D as the only assistance able to solve my problem.Can someone help me synchronise my account and assets ?Thanks a lot for your answer.

Saw that the substance suite is free to students and instructors (I'm an instructor).  Followed the directions (https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/#faq) but I never received the email.  I wanted a while and tried to resubmit my Adobe ID again (in order to generate the email with the link and redemption code), but the system is saying that my "UniqueID already exists."  I assume that is because it generated a code for my account...but I never received the code.  Any thoughts on how to resolve?  Does Adobe EDU have a direct contat email (I couldn't find one).
