반갑습니다. 한달치 Creative Cloud 사용권을 엔비디아를 통해서 선물 받았는데 더이상 사용하지 않아 구독을 취소하려고 플랜관리를 확인하려 했더니 결제 방법을 등록하지 않아서 확인할 수 없다고 하더군요. 그래서 사용하지 않는 계좌로 임시 등록을 해두고 취소하려고 했더니 수수료를 11만원 이상이나 내라고 하더군요. 장난합니까? 내돈 주고 결제 한것도 아니고 엔비디아에서 선물로 준걸 이제 사용하지 않으니까 취소하려고 한건데 11만원을 내라고? 말했다시피 계좌등록을 사용하지 않는 계좌로 해뒀기 때문에 계좌에 잔액은 0원입니다. 어짜피 결제가 안될텐데, 수수료 없이 취소 해주시면 안되는건가요?

you can't cancel a subscription unless there's a valid payment method. at this point, it's not clear what is occuring so check your account, https://account.adobe.com

I'll explain it again from the beginning. I've registered it as a valid payment method. However, it's not an account you're currently using, so the payment was blocked because the balance of the account is zero. I'm asking if I need to pay a penalty because I don't want to use it later after receiving a month's gift certificate

if you're past the free trial date and you have an annual subscription paid monthly, then early cancellation triggers a penalty.

Nice to meet you. I received a month's worth of Creative Cloud license as a gift through Nvidia, but I tried to check the plan management to cancel the subscription because I no longer used it, but they said I couldn't check it because I didn't register the payment method. So I temporarily registered with an unused account and tried to cancel it, but they told me to pay more than 110,000 won in fees. Are you kidding me? I didn't pay for it, and I was going to cancel it because I don't use it anymore. Do you want me to pay 110,000 won? As I said, I set it to an account that doesn't use account registration, so the balance is 0 won in the account. It's impossible to pay anyway, so can't you cancel it without a fee?

no, it will not be automatically cancelled later. you have to first fix the payment problem (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html) and then you can cancel.

you need to check the terms of what you're agreeing to. as far as i know, anything that says free usually has strings attached.
with adobe, it is free BUT you have to cancel before the free trial period ends or it automatically rolls into a paid subscription.
