Issue with my Lightroom signed in with correct account Apple ID but one year subscription and it always says no subscription how can I fix this. Apple support said all is good on their side

I confirm that you have an active annual prepaid subscription for Adobe Lightroom. Could sign out and sign back in to your Adobe account and then check the subscription details as suggested by the expert above?
