Wie kann man Lesezeichen höherrücken

New Here ,
Dec 08, 2025 Dec 08, 2025

Hallo,

Hi @Franz5C1D,

Yes, you can change the hierarchy (indentation) of bookmarks in Acrobat. If a new bookmark is inserted indented and dragging doesn’t work, try these easy steps:

1. Widen the Bookmarks panel

If the panel is narrow, Acrobat will not allow you to change the indent.

Drag the left edge of the panel to make it wider → then try dragging the bookmark again.

2. Use Cut and Paste

Right-click the bookmark → Cut

Select the position you want → Paste

This resets the hierarchy cleanly.

These steps usually fix the issue when dragging alone doesn’t work.

Feel free to share a screenshot or record a short video if the bookmark still won’t move. And let us know how it works for you.
