Cant download mp3/WAV files

Ive cleared cache and cookies. Used a diffrent brower. logged in and out. 

 

I keep getting the same error message when trying to download my file. Its been 3 days. I logged a complaint with adobe and they closed it down regardless of no resolution. Screenshot 2025-11-28 164747.png
