My photo icon is missing from my tool bar? How do I add it?
Hi everyone,I'm encountering a persistent issue with Adobe Fresco. Here is the exact sequence of steps I follow:1. I open Adobe Fresco on my device(iPad pro).2. I click the "Sign In" button and enter my Adobe ID (email) and password.3. The app shows a message that login is successful, and then I wait for a moment.4. A small loading/processing window appears briefly and then disappears.5. Immediately after that window disappears, I get an error notification saying: "Your account does not have the required permissions" – and I cannot proceed to use the app.I have already tried restarting the app and rebooting my device, but the same error occurs every time.
Hello, yesterday I was for some reason logged out of my account on Adobe Fresco. (I hadn’t used it for 2 weeks max.) After I logged in almost all of my documents which I believed to be saved on the cloud were gone. I don’t get it since they always synchronised and they never just disappeared. Even after I had to create a new account they were still saved so I never believed that they were not properly saved. Is there any way to get them back or are they gone forever? :( I already tried logging in multiple times it always stayed the same… please help

I’m using free Fresco on my ipad pro 13 inch. I’m supposed to have 5gb cloud storage. I recently got told it was full but after some cleaning up, I realised the rest of my remaining files only amounted to less than 1gb storage. Still, Fresco says I’m using 4.7gb storage. So where is the other 4gb coming from?Things I tried that didn’t work:Deleting brushes Permanently deleting files on the cloud storage website Signing out then back into my accountHopefully someone solves my issue soon. I’m an art teacher and use this app to teach students due to its features and accessibility, so it’s kind of an important issue.

Where’s the the ruler now? And the toolbar was obviously much more accesible in the previous version, now you have to move the arm over the screen everytime you need to change tools.
Windows 11, Adobe Fresco 5.7.0. "Import and Open" no longer opens JPG, JPEG, or PNG files. The file picker closes immediately after selecting an image. Dragging images into an existing canvas works normally. Reinstalling Fresco, resetting permissions, changing file associations, and testing different images did not resolve the issue. The file picker does not show recent downloads, and the folders appear to be empty when clicked on. I was able to import properly only once upon installing Fresco and it has not worked yet, even when trying to import that same JPEG. It allows me to search up the name of the file, but when I press Open it simply exits out of the file picker back to the Hime page without doing anything.
I found a post from a year ago that said the Surface Pro doesn’t support the smudge or watercolor tools - are there any plans to support this in the future?Thank you for your help.
Apple Pencil Pro used to allow changing of color and size along with previous brushes with barrel squeeze. It doesn't anymore. Now it’s just last brushes. The feature I used least. Why was it taken away and is there a way of restoring it?
Hi,I see that some people have an icon for changing brushes while in full-screen mode on YouTube. However, I don't have any tools available in version 7.5 of Fresco for iPad. Was it removed?

Hi,I’m using a 13-inch iPad Pro (M5) with an Apple Pencil Pro, running iPadOS 27 Beta. After updating to iPadOS 27 Beta, my Apple Pencil Pro randomly disconnects while drawing in Adobe Fresco. It happens in every file with the default brushes. The Pencil works perfectly in other apps like Procreate. I’ve already restarted my iPad, re-paired the Apple Pencil, and reinstalled Fresco, but the issue persists.P.s I’ve already checked all the settings, restarted my iPad, re-paired the Apple Pencil, and reinstalled Fresco, but the issue still persists.
Adobe Fresco 7.4.2 on iPad Pro M4 - 26.5 - Local files missing after updateI’m using an iPad Pro M4 with Adobe Fresco 7.4.2. Immediately after updating a few days ago, my document library became disorganized and files appeared to be missing.Symptoms:Several folders that previously contained artwork now appear empty. Many documents have been renamed “Untitled” and open as blank canvases. The Home and Recent views contain lots of blank “Untitled” documents and are missing recent artwork. Documents are out of order. After force quitting and restarting Fresco, some missing files reappeared, and some folders repopulated with the correct artwork and thumbnails when I pulled down to refresh them. However, around lots of documents still appear to be missing.Additional information:Adobe Fresco is still using 22.1 GB of storage on my iPad. My Creative Cloud storage is full (0 GB remaining), but it has been full for many months and everything worked normally until this update. I have not uninstal
I recently updated my adobe fresco app on the ipad. I then realized I had still been working under the old login/business account. To prevent cloud migration issues, I stored everything local on the ipad (cloud is wiped by my enterprise). In the meanwhile there has been a new enterprise agreement. Not realizing this will affect locally stored data, I updated the app. Since then, I can only access the new account. Of course, without local data. My admin has been able to temporarily switch my licence back to the old account. However, Fresco has identified this as a “new” account and the locally stored data is not visible. There is nothing in assets, there is nothing locally in the ipad/files/fresco data (except my personal account data) Any chance I can retrieve the data?
Just like the title says. My workflow used to be create art in Fresco, then go to Publish and Export, then to Capture Pattern, and when I opened Capture I could use the art to make patterns. All of a sudden after the most recent update, both of those links are gone, there’s an Export to Illustrator and Behance, but no way to “capture pattern” anymore.Did it move or get renamed? This is the one thing I really need to make my workflow operate.iPad Pro 12.9 up to date.help!
I download the ios 27 beta for my ipad air 13” so i notice that i cant draw with apple pencilpro in this adobe fresco app please help me
All of a sudden it is not possible anymore to rearrange/move layers. When I press the layer with either my finger or the Apple Pencil and try to move the layer it shows the open space where the layer is supposed to go but doesn’t move there. I even tried to reinstall Fresco but no change.
I logged on to the adobe fresco app after some time of inactivity. During previous use all files and folders had synced fine and I had no notifications of running out of space. I logged on again recently and all of my project folders and most files have disappeared in the app. I logged into adobe and creative cloud separately and they are not showing up there either.
For some reason as of a few days ago all my most recently opened files keep disappearing on my ipad after I open them in adobe fresco. For example I started a new project yesterday, saved it and when I was going to start working on it today it was neither in the recent files nor under the tab under your files. Every time I open a file, even old ones if I save it, it disappears when I go in to use the app the next time. I have tried as many other boards suggested to log in and out of my account but it did not change anything. The problem still is happening. I can however see the files for example in adobe express or photoshop. But not in the fresco app. How to I open and see them in the app again so I can keep working on both new and old projects without them disappearing from fresco.Device: Ipad air ver 26.5.2.Fresco version 7.4.2Files do show up on: https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documentsImages of my fresco: Here we see my most recent projects that I worked on that are now missin
Is there a way to expand your selection in Fresco? When I select my pencil layer with the magic wand, in PS, I usually expand the selection so the colour on the layer beneath it goes right under the pencil line but I can't seem to do this in Fresco which makes life harder! I know you can transform/scale it but it doesn't work the same way as expanding outwards.Am I missing something as I'm new to Fresco or is it not possible? Thanks in advance!
I created an artwork in Adobe Fresco on my iPhone while signed out. When I tried to export it, Fresco prompted me to sign in. Immediately after signing in, the artwork disappeared from the canvas and is no longer in my gallery. I did not uninstall the app, switch devices, or clear any data. Is there any way to recover the local document or access diagnostic logs? Please answer ASAP I worked on this for 3 hours didn’t know I had to sign in…
Hi, I'm experiencing a 100% reproducible crash in Adobe Fresco when starting the app. It closes before I can interact with the interface at all (I can't even open Preferences or send the crash report from within the app itself).Fresco version: 5.7.0.1447 (also reproduced on previous versions)OS: Windows 10.0.26200.8655Troubleshooting already performed (no success):Clean reinstall of Fresco, tried on 3 different versions. Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool ("CC Apps" option). sfc /scannow — found and repaired corrupted system files. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth — completed successfully. Verified .NET Runtime (CoreCLR 6.0.28) — already up to date. Fully uninstalled Wacom tablet driver, confirmed removed in Device Manager and Windows Services. The crash persists identically, even with the tablet unplugged for months and no third-party pen/touch drivers installed. The crash doesn't seem related to RAM/VRAM, GPU, system corruption, leftover install files, or pen/tablet input dev
