Augenrichtung in SmartPresets arbeitet nicht korrekt

Hallo zusammen,

ich nutze Photoshop in der neustes Version unter Windows (alles geupdatet). Die Creative Cloud ist auf dem neusten Stand und ich habe mich bereits mehrfach komplett neu angemeldet und auch alles neu gestartet mit dem gleichen Problem.

Ich möchte auf einem Foto die Augenrichtung drehen. Es ging immer problemlos via Smart Portrait und dann Augenrichtung. Nun bricht er die Bearbeitung nach ca. 30 Prozent ab mit dem Hinweis "dieser Filter wurde aufgrund eines Fehlers vorübergehend deaktiviert".

Passe ich dann danach die Position der Augenrichtung an, dann macht er nur absoluten [cursing removed] der nicht zu gebrauchen ist.

Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand einen Rat geben, wie ich das Problem lösen kann?

Ich habe auch das Premium KI Upgrade. Anpassungen via Banana2.0 sehen teilweise auch nicht mehr aus wie noch zu Beginn aber das ist ein anderes Thema.

Thanks for the detailed description. This does sound similar to a couple of recently reported Neural Filters issues, where filters stop partway and display “This filter has been temporarily disabled due to an error.”

To confirm whether you’re hitting the same underlying issue, could you please check these threads and let us know if the behavior matches what you’re seeing with Eye Direction?

To move this forward, we’ll need a bit more info so we can loop in the product team:

- Photoshop > Help > System Info
- Click Copy and paste it directly here
A screenshot of the error message and the Eye Direction result when it becomes unusable.

Once we have that, we can confirm whether this is the same Neural Filters regression and escalate it appropriately.
