Premiere xml created for clips interpreted from 48fps to 24fps don't match.

I'm having issues with my conform. Clips that have been interpreted from 48fps to 24fps (via modify > interpret footage) don't translate correctly in the xml export. I know this because when I import the xml back into Premiere the clips don't match - they are now 48fps again. Clips left at 48fps do match however.

Interestingly... when I take the the re-imported problematic clip and interpret it to 24fps again, it then matches.

We are using Da Vinci Resolve for the conform. Any advice on how to get my xml working the first time around?

Could you supply a piece of representative media, and a .prproj which contains it?
