Can't access free Adobe Stock templates for Premiere

Need some help.

We're trying to access the free Premiere templates and possibly buy some down the road in Adobe Stock. The problem is we can't get the free templates in Stock to download from the Essential Graphics panel. We get this error below.

If I launch Stock from the CC desktop app, go the the Stock webpage, I get this message:

I've contacted our IT Administrator and they're telling me that we have to purchase a plan. But, right now we just want to access the free templates and maybe purchase credits down the road. We don't really need a plan. Our IT Dept says that they'll need to get a quote to add Stock to our plan. Why would be need to purchase access to Stock to access the free templates or even try out templates before purchasing for license?????? Doesn't make sense.

I've seen there was a known issue with Enterprise and the work around suggested by Adobe Staff was to create a personal Adobe ID and download the free templates to use in our regular accounts. REALLY?!?????

I'm not sure if we are Enterprise or Teams, but either way there has to be a better solution for this. We are on a deadline and really need access ASAP.
Please help. Thanks!

Maybe you can help EvilBugQueen1

Hi,

If you are using a federated ID without stock entitlement, you won't be able to download a Free template, you will see this modal message: Modal-Free-Asset-No-Stock.png

It's an expected behavior.

Thanks,

Houda

It may be expected behavior for these accounts, but not if the expectation is that we have to pay to just have access to the Adobe Stock feature.

My question for Adobe would be then, "Do we have to pay a fee/price in order to just have access to the Adobe Stock platform? Regardless of whether we are looking to download free templates or buy templates?"

Would appreciate clarification from staff.

Thanks!

So you're saying we have to pay in order to have "stock entitlement?"

Appreciate the response, but are you an Adobe staff member?

I just clarified my previous answer which looks not to be clear concerning the type 2/3 accounts about downloading Free templates.

The modal you see is the expected behavior. Sorry if It was not enough clear.

The type 1 (Adobe ID) does not need to pay a fee to download a FREE Template.

You are welcome.

You can create a personal account and you'll have access to FREE templates without paying any fees to access to AdobeStock.
