1. Open the main picture file (A) 2. Open picture file B. Use one of the selection tools, e.g. lasso tool,  or magnetic lasso tool, to select the object/person. When the seletion is complete, press CTRL+C on the keyboard to place it on the clipboard. Go back to A, and press CTRL+V. You should see 2 layers in the layer palette: Background layer (A) and the layer with the selection above this. 3. Activate the move tool to position the selected object. 4. I don't understand the question completely, perhaps due to translation. The clone stamp tool fetches source pixels which can be deposited elsewhere on your picture. Thad, Do you have have sufficient "real estate" to accomodate the text? I just tried to type some text on a File>new>blank file and the default setting did not provide sufficient room. So I increased the size. After you activate the type tool, look on the tool's option bar, lower left, for "Tool Options." Here you can select the font, pt size, Horizontal or Vertical, etc. Finally commit by clicking on the checkmark. Make sure that you are on the Advanced tab for this drill. It would help if you post the aerial photo & the map so that we can provide hand-on advice. Absent that, here are some suggestions: 1. Make sure that the resolution of both the photo & map are the same value. The rule of thumb for work on the web is 72px/in and for printing in the 240-300 px/in range. 2. In addition to layer opacity determinant values, there is also the option to change the blending mode on layer1. "Normal" is default. In the drop-down click on the next option, and then you can cycle through the rest of the blending modes with the down-arrow key on the keyboard. 3. You might consider enhancing the trails on the map. Open a blank layer at the top of the stack of layers, and with a black, round or square brush,  trace over the trails to make them stand out.
