There's your problem. in order to keep this printing as you designed, they should open in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader and print from there. Printing from an email window is a gamble at best.

If its still active text - you can still see the name of the missing font in brackets when you select the object or using the Type/Find Font menu. If you have outlined the text, I agree with the others, show a capture of the text using that font or use one of the sites listed above.

With Creative Cloud teams or Enterprise, you get access to the Admin dashboard which allows you to track licenses and usage deployments. You have to be under a teams account agreement to see this.

You mean Acrobat? That’s typical depending on your collection. Acrobat was always a separate SN and installer CD from the rest of the package.

The application does not access the web. It creates a local folder that syncs to a cloud instance. There is a web interface via the Adobe website from which you can upload and organize your files without ever having a local folder syncing.

You can turn off the Cloud sync feature in your Creative Cloud app. This will stop the local folder from syncing with your web interface.

Actually you have to set this up when exporting from InDesign. Acrobat will not honor double spreads, only single (2 up). Choose "Spreads" to export out as designed from InDesign.

You could also buy an external HD and point your Scratch Disk preference to that for additional storage needs. Scratch disk is temporary usage while in PS, so it releases when you quit properly.

Actually you can just change the extension to force ID to try and open based on the document code. You don't have to open to save as IDML. It's a dirty work around but it has recovered files for us in the past.

When you are linking - turn on your place options to make sure the Import Options dialog box is not set to Remove Styles and Formatting from Text and Tables. Set it to Preserve Styles.

When you updated your Mac - did you reinstall the apps? Updating OS changes folder directories needed by Adobe apps, especially CS6. Check out John T's post - that is the best option for you going forward with CS6 and new Mac OS.

You'll need to contact Adobe customer care with your licensing information. Not sure they will be able to help, but they may be able to point out why they stopped working. Best guess is duplicate license installs?
