@Marni34988765zv2v whitelisting does not cost anything and your IT knows this. Whitelisting simply means that your IT is allowing access to the firefly IP addresses to communicate. If the students do have individual accounts and not shared licensing - then your IT Admin (with access to the Adobe Admin portal) will have to make sure Firefly services are enabled on the profiles used for the student accounts.

I have been recieving these emails as well. When I log into my account I am up to date and there are no issues or warnings in my account. In today's envoriment with all the phishing emials and concerns with hyperlinks I am shocked that Adobe would condect bussines this way. If I need to comply with something or update terms and conditions this should be completed when I log into my account not by a third party company I am not expecting emails from.

@devs_5005 "Rubik's cube" is trademarked so it cannot be used for a prompt. You can describe a puzzle cube with square tiles, etc. etc. - the more specficity you give the better the results. You could also upload a reference image to assist with results. Here is a rough example with no mods:

@ugur25998786jb10 Firefly does not recognize names, celebrities, etc. Try describing the person you are trying to show not just the name of the person.

Same probleme for me on a mac, with sequoia version 15.1, and illustrator 29.3.1 (2025). This is very annoying for me, as I often use this option to export .dxf or .dwg files for my 3D projects. Could you help here please ?

If you are looking to save your images or other images, my suggestion is this. 1) Create a document: Google doc, Pages, Word... 2) Save the link and take a screenshot of the image(s) 3) Paste the links and screenshots into the "document" You can organize, have multiple documents, and have shareable document(s). Thanks for your patience on this. But on my copy of Photoshop CS6 I have neither Glyphs in Type or Window. I have since used a PNG icon, which as you can see is perfectly adequate.

Hi @alidep, The storage of the images is not what is expensive, it is the compute power expended to generate them. That compute power is expended whether you decide to save them or not. In fact, if they made the change you suggest, it is likely even more power would be expended because people will generate even more images before downloading. It is also likely, that if this was implented, the number of credits received would be much lower, to compensate for the need to recover the cost of the compute resources. droopy

Hi @mayak57245189, I have merged your message into this thread where others have asked for the same thing. When Firefly was initially released, it did have 9:16, but it was later removed. At the time, Adobe said few people used it. I agree, it probably should come back. droopy
