I doubt that, but technicaly it is possible. If you check history of AE or any other piece of software from any developer - most of the time during lifespan of that software you et nev features with updates. But from time to time some features can dissapear (will be removed) and that can happen by many reasons. Plugin/function can become obsolete (we can say that Color Finesse as underused and underrated tool become obsolete when Lumetri Color came on board of AE), function is not being used any more by most of users (so developing it and adapting to new versions is not wort the time and money for developers to spend), third party plugins can disspaear because od just contract between companies just finished or there are some other issues that make further cooperation impossible. Plugin/function can also dissapear due to obsolete technology (f.eg. raytracing in AE). So as you see - there can be many reasons and we as a users can only accept those decisions and live with them. no matter if the result for us will be accepting those changes by adapting to new tools/new technics, or changing main tool. Just ask about specs of files that they need (with codec and format information). As for 3 separate videos you have to create your main comp (3x screen resolution) and prepare all animations inside of it. Then jus splitt (precomp) your main comp into 3 compositions with exact dimmensions for separate screens and fit/position your main comp in them accordingly. And then render those separate comps. ... It is comming as a composition because that is how AE do things. In PS you have folders - in AE you have compositions. So all of your layers and other folders (comps) are inside of your main comp +Tyler. So justy double LMB on that composition and it should open it and there you will find (acording your screenshot form PS): compositios: Mouth, Left Eye etc. and inside of them rest of the layers or PS folders (in AE as comps). So AE should and will (if everything was made and prepared in PS as it should) show your PS file in exactly the same structure as in PS but for PS folders you wil have AE compositions. ... View more

Do you have any color correction. levels, brightness and contrast etc. applied to your footage that you try to CAF? If that is the  case - just remove any of those color corrections from yoiur original footage and appy them onto adjustment Layer above your generated by CAF image sequence - that way it will correct both (original layer and generated sexuence). ... As Rick Gerard​said - there is dozens things that can be the reason from PC volume (you can have one app with volume 100% but another 5% so you can hear audio from one bot not from other), input files issue, payback settings etc. and without knowing any specs there is no way to help you. ... Ok. So you are not actually exporting something from Pr or AE using AME but just converting one movie clip into another (that what I see on your screenshot) and as we can see - your source video has no audio track. So: a) there is no way to hear audio from output video converted by AME if source video that you provided for convertion has no audio track b) yes there is a way to change the source - just change source without audio track to source with audio track (use anioother clip/video file that have audio track) To be more specific: 1. check if your source video (RECOVER_Untitled-1_20194662150.mov have any audio - just try to playback it in any player and check if you hear any audio - if you can't hear - there is nothing that you can do - you just have a video without audio - if you can hear sound in any other media player but AME say that there is no audio track - then we can try to figure out why AME can't read your audio track correctly ... You have to give us some more information to make any guess what is happening: - is that just video file that you cnoverting or that is export from AE/PPro - if that is just conversion - tell us from what format/codec to what format/codec - if that is composition from AE: what format/codec is your video footage, is your audio file is mp3 (or other compressed ones) or wave? - what preset - if any - you are using for export  in AME - are you sure that you have audio export checked on - are you sure that your video player have volume turned on ... No one can tell you that because no one but you have and know specs of your computer and how it behaves during render. Please give us more specs on your computer. And if you are on PC just before you start your render open Task manager and start render. Then you will see what part of your PC is working the hardest - that will be what is slowing you down. Every each media payer can use different algorythms to playback footage so simpe question is: Are you sure that what you were paying back in your player was the correct way that your footage was recorded? I'm guessing - not. You can also try to playback your footage in several other payers and it can have different"tint" different color temperature, saturation, exposure or contrast. So if you ask how to remove what is happening in AE is not a good question. Question should be - how to make fotage in AE similar in color as in my player. And answer would be: color correcting But I can already tell you that if you color correct your footage in AE to look as that in your media player, render and then payback in your player - it will be different than original one played back in your player and different that you set in AE because your player will use his "settings" to playback. ... It is hard to say what is going on when we can't see what is going on. AE behaviour that you described can be something really weird and wrong in some projects but it can also be just ok in other. All depend on what kind of project you try to open, how complicated and how built. And without knowing anything about project it is hard to tell you if you are doing somethiong wrong, or maby AE is glitching or maby that is just how that project was built. ... View more

That is not enough information to tell you exactly what can be the issue but most often it would be: - rendering with ame straight to mp4 - using to large images in smal composition - using to much expressions - here converting expressions to keyframes should help So my advice would be: a) everywhere where you have expressions use Learn expression basics to link animations in Adobe After Effects b) render your composition using AE Render Queue not AME queue c) convert to image sequence or decent intermediate codec (animation/mov, prores, cineform, DNxHD) and then that file using AME convert to mp4 d) if you overclock your workstation - overclock single core higher and add AE rendering as a priority to that core (in AE most of effects are single thread so it is much better to have cpu with less cores and higher clock speed than bunch of cores with lower clocks. Reasons can be two: 1. you have corrupted original file (dropped frames etc. in your screen grab) - if that is the case - there is not to much to do than record your original screengrab one more time 2. that is because of issues with mp4 compression - and if that is the case - just rerener your original file into intermediate codec and use that in AE.
