I get that message from time to time, too! Just got it now and grabbed the screenshot below. Note: my software is up-to-date. I made one small adjustment and want it to reflect on the reviewer’s side.

Great suggestions! Until implementation, I wanted to suggest a workaround for point number 1: After your file is reviewed and you receive updates, save a duplicate of it. Name it "filename_v1." Now, make changes to the file you shared and update the "share for review" link. You can repeat this as many times as necessary. That way, you still have your original version(s), but the link points to the revised and most up-to-date view.

In share for review, the previews allow the viewer to change the page view to “Fit Window Width” or “Fit Full Page” in the lower-right corner. We really need an “Actual Size” view setting. It would solve issues such as unwanted enlargement of small designs and checking details on very large designs. BONUS: The ability to select a default view in our Share For Review settings would be the icing on the cake!

No, this does not help. I always log into my admin account and use my company profile while at work. I only use my personal profile when at home.

I’m having this issue, too! 😕 I’ve tried several times. The pop-up connects once I log in. I give it permission for my three pages, and it says it connects, but once the pop-up box closes, Premiere Pro says, "Facebook Failure.” Your account has no pages and isn’t logged into Facebook at all. I’ve gone through this cycle about five times.

Same! I have all the apps and I keep getting this message as well. (In fact, I’m our company’s account admin. And yes, this happens when I’m logged in with the correct email/account.) I just figured it was a glitch and continue to ignore it, but I persistently get notifications through the Creative Cloud Desktop app asking me to purchase Acrobat. (See attached image showing two notifications from today.) I’ve been getting these for at least a year. It’s rather annoying, especially since I currently have the latest version of Acrobat installed on my system.

Is there any chance this was a mistake, and will it come back under the Share option in a future update? (Please say yes!) I use the “Publish Online” tool almost daily, and having it under the Share button was so convenient! I’ll use “Publish Online” more than the “Share for review” feature. Perhaps make this so we can change it in preferences? (Fingers crossed.)

This happened to me today! Unfortunately, moving the file did not help me. So weird. And frustrating. 😕 I've been using this file for a long time. And all of a sudden today, it's like... nope. Start over! 😞

Have whoever is creating the form (hopefully you) watch this video on how to create a reset button. They do a great job of walking you through all of the steps.

I would create a simple pattern using a few lines and spheres. Object > Pattern > Make I made one to show you how I'd handle this... Here's what mine looks like: Then, simply create a rectangle and fill it with the swatch of your pattern and use it as the background "grid". Note: It would help to lock this layer. Another note: You can adjust the size of the pattern to get it exactly how you'd like it! Select the rectangle filled with your pattern and then click Object > Transform and use the following settings: Here is an example of my result, but the size of the grid could be adjust as needed:

I understand your frustration, but you just can't expect anyone to keep software from 2006 up and running. They have done enormous (some of us would call "life-changing") updates to the Adobe software and it would greatly benefit you to update to the newest Photoshop. No laws were broken. You got your money's worth out of the 2006 version, right? As a fellow Photoshop user, I highly recommend subscribing to Creative Cloud. There is so much you're missing out on! To begin, when you subscribe, you always have the most up-to-date version, which allows them to constantly improve the software. (Rather than having to wait for a yearly update as we did in the early 2000's, we now get them as often as they can provide them.)

Can you provide more information on the steps you are taking to export your file? I suspect it's an export option we need to turn off.

Wow, that's definitely not normal. I use a Surface Pro (5th gen.) and have not had this problem. You might need to calibrate your tablet pen. Click your Start button and search for "calibrate pen". Next, tap Setup, and follow the on-screen instructions. After you've completed the Setup, I would choose to Calibrate and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration. (It will ask you to click on crosshairs on your screen several times.) However, if you're not having a similar issue in any other programs, perhaps you've found a bug and may want to contact Adobe support. The only other thing I can think to try is reducing the Smoothing settings on your brush. I've read of this causing a delay in the brush(es). Perhaps that is what you are experiencing?

You can both use a Wacom and/or draw directly on the screen of a Surface Pro. (I do both. At my desk, I use my Wacom Intous Pro with my large monitors. On the go, I use a pen and draw directly on the screen.)

But what about instances where you need specific clickable shapes like the "old school" image maps. For example, a USA map where you want each state to have a separate link. Slicing doesn't work for our varying shaped state outlines. There is still a need for image mapping in some situations. What's the best way create one using today's Adobe software and implement it onto a website?

Adobe has in fact been known to create "Archive" folders on our local PCs. So, your statement isn't entirely correct. I've had this happen at least four times (today included) since the bug was first introduced. Adobe renames my current folder "Archived" and then begins to re-sync my files to the new/empty "Creative Cloud Files" folder (creating duplicates of EVERY single file.) I typically pause the sync, move all of the files from the folder now labeled "Archive" to the new folder and then unpause the sync - now it's basically just making sure everything is there at this point. It's easy to fix, but it IS annoying... and it IS also an "archive" on our local computer.

It's probably easier to do now than in was in 2012. I just ran across this post and had to give your image a try. Steps taken: First, I used the ruler tool to level the photo - using the horizon line (where the sky and water meet) as a level. Then, I cropped it so that the horizon line meets the vertically "one-third" from the top and the couple is centered horizontally. Next, I created a new layer and hand-painted the brown shirt over the "faded" section due to the lens flare. I selected a brown color from the bottom section of the shirt. (This can be done with an even cleaner transition, I was trying to do this quickly.) I set this layer to "overlay". Use a layer mask to keep this effect where you want it. I added an adjustment layer and played with the levels until I was happy with the results. (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels...) My result looks a bit posterized, so you'd have to play with it some more if you don't like that effect. Finally, I used the clone stamp tool to paint the "faded" water, using [Alt] and clicking where I wanted to paint from (the darker blue water.) There are a large variety of ways to make corrections such as these, but here's my stab at it: Was a fun picture to tackle! I'm surprised you didn't get more interested in trying to manipulate it.

I'm getting this same error code. 😕 I'm still looking for a solution. I know I've had a problem installing the Creative Cloud update in the past (on my old computer) but I can't remember if it was the same error code - or what I found the solution to be.
