I can't understand why Adobe hasn't fixed this issue of having Arabic, Japanese and Chinese fonts included in English versions of their software.It's the most annoyting thing about Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.And it's been like this for decades!It takes forever to scroll through them when you're trying to find the font you waant.And it get's worse when you are looking for a font in the Adobe font library!They don't offer French and German options so why just Arabic, Japanese and Chinese!Surely in this day and age you could have an option of what language you want your font book to be in.Come on Adobe please fix this problem!
I'm trying to implement the preload technique here:https://blog.typekit.com/2017/09/05/improving-your-web-font-performance/ But Chrome's browser console is showing this error:"The resource https://use.typekit.net/xxxxx.css was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate `as` value and it is preloaded intentionally." This is what is in my <head>:<link rel="preload" href="https://use.typekit.net/xxxxx.css " as="font" crossorigin><link rel="stylesheet" href="https://use.typekit.net/xxxxxx.css "> (obviously the typekit ID is not shown here) Any ideas? I tried the preload with "as='style'" but that didn't work.
Having trouble with Hindi characters using Helvetica Neue World. Any insights out there?
I have a full, legal version of the Helvetica Neue LT Pro family installed on my Mac.In all software, except the Adobe suite, the font appears correctly, as one family. In all my Adobe apps, it is split into two fonts families (with the same name). What is up with that and how do I fix it?
While trying to use Sweet-Sans-Pro on a website I used https://use.typekit.net/jfa0afd.css as the call to get the code. Hi Adobe Staff,I am working for TriMet, a public transportation company in Portland, Oregon. I am designing the electronic instructional screens for the fare ticket machines and the package for the fare card, using Myriad Pro fonts in my CC software. Do I have to buy the license for using Myriad Pro for those? Please let me know. Thank you.
Hello everyone, I meet problems due to one font in Indesign: this font causes a "mistake" (=red dot) and it is written this font is not available. But this font is a part of our branding, how can I be sure I can use it as long as I would like? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Regards, A.L.
Does anyone know of a standalone font viewer for Windows that shows all of the selected font's glyphs? I'd like to be able to preview a font file in Windows to see, for example, if it has both lining and oldstyle figures. I'd also like to avoid spending much or any money on it. I've found several font viewers, but they typically only show Unicode and not alternate glyphs. Even the previews in many font managers only show Unicode. The only thing I've found so far is DTL OTMaster Light, but it seems like overkill for just previewing fonts. I was just wondering if anyone has run accross anything I've missed. Thanks.

Creative Cloud lists a number of fonts as having Cyrillic characters, as well as fonts that are presumably Cyrillic themselves. The former have no apparent Cyrillic version. The latter appear as Sans Serif Roman fonts on their pages and in programs. How does we access actual Cyrillic characters?
Hello, I wanted to let someone know about an error with Dunhill Script. When I type "Happy" in photoshop it comes out as "Hapry". I'm using the regional American English language on my PC if that helps. For now I think I can just fix it using a space between the two "P" then adjusting the kerning.
I installed Lindsey Signature on a client's website but it's not displaying on all devices. Pics attached of how it looks on my computer vs hers. Help??
I do not know if i should ask adobe this or figma, but i am trying to use the brandon grotesque font in Figma. I know this is a common issue and i have read all the posts about it and am still having problems. I have gone into the Creative Cloud desktop app and made sure the fonts are active, there was no cloud icon just the activate toggles which are all on. I have also reset my computer and tried figma on both desktop and web versions and i still cant use this font. please help, this should not be this difficult.
Will these fonts still be available for use if creative cloud subscription is no longer active? This is for a website. Thank you
Hello everyone!I am using the adobe font "Soleil" for my company branding, but I am not able to use this font for different programs or documents, for example Google G Suite. Has anyone here been through the same situation, or can someone help me solve this issue?Here I can't find any Adobe Fonts, for instance Google docs.Cheers

I recently subscribed to Photoshop and hope to use it extensively in creating a book of comic strips. How do you create a font from hand lettering--I do NOT want to create one in Illustrator. I want the rough appearance of a hand lettered font. Is there a way to scan in hand lettering?

We are in a situation where we must start using Open Type Fonts. We started by using the 'Find font' feature of InDesign to basically replace the Postscript font with the Open type equivalent. We have one that does not come as Open Type; Formata. This raises two questions - 1 - If we were to convert the Postscript version to Open Type using Conversion Software, would we be breaking Font Laws by doing something illegal? I ask because we would not be the only ones having to use this font. This is a fairly common font used by our customer. 2 - If we were to convert this font to Open Type, what problems could we possibly experience later down the road with Rips when trying to print the job?

I'm trying to connect a Typekit web project to my Wordpress site using a plugin. The code has already been inserted, but unfortunately the fonts are not displayed in the Divi Builder. Unfortunately, Divi doesn't know how to help me, so I'm hoping for support here.Thank you

Eu não usaria a fonte para os textos, mas a ideia é que apareça o logo do jogo (que possuirá a fonte) no menu inicial. Ainda será possível utilizar tal fonte?
Hello!I am trying to use several fonts in Adobe CC 2015 and while the selected font is showing up, specific characters are not. For eg.If I am trying to type: what's up?It displays like: what s up?Or it will just not display the ' : What s up?I have used the same fonts in other applications like Word and I do not have that problem at all. So far i have discovered, that if i change the font to a font that will show the missing character as rectangles THEN I add in the apostrophe (or other missing char) then it works just fine. It appears that the missing character has to appear as the rectangle though - I can't just change it to any font. Is it me?Confused.
Adobe has announced its intention to end support for Type 1 fonts in January 2023. The full announcement may be found at Type 1 Font Announcement. We strongly recommend that any user of Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as Adobe FrameMaker read this announcement and plan accordingly. While you can continue using Type 1 fonts until January 2023, we encourage you to explore alternative fonts in the interim so that you can make a smooth transition when support for these fonts is removed. Some further considerations and clarifications: (1) Adobe has already deprecated support for Type 1 fonts in Photoshop in 2021. Microsoft totally eliminated support for Type 1 fonts in Microsoft Office on Windows a number of years ago. (2) Type 1 fonts are an integral part of the PostScript and PDF specifications .
