Two general community bugs/concept failures:1. When posting a reply to any thread, the checkmark "Email me when someone replies" is activated by default. This only makes sense when I'm posting a new thread, seeking help. Else it should not be activated, so I can still set it when needed or, if I overlook, I will get mails over mails because I cannot unset the checkmark afterwards.2. With the checkmark being set while I post a reply in a thread I didn't start I will get an email just because I posted my own reply. The header then basically says "You just commented in a thread you follow" - huh, what?
Hveing trouble exporting images.
Since yesterday, InDesign forum started sending email notifications for a user's own posts. I know I'm not the only one, as some other users also reported this yesterday on the forum. Hope it's fixed soon!
Good morning, last week I unwisly posted documents that should not have been released on this platform. I have requested removal from the comunity threw the moderator link 3 times but the post is still up. it is located here.Re: Problem with acrobat loosing text - Adobe Community - 15197525our team members have contactus us after discovering this breach just this morning. Please expadite this request. Thank you.
I recently made a post in the community and wanted to edit it, but I didn't see the option and ended up replying to my original post instead. I saw an old thread that said that ability unlocks at a certain level. What level is that? I've been a contributor since 2019 with around 60 posts and have a "top commenter" badge. Thanks! Two days ago, I posted my first ever post here in Premiere Bugs category. On the same day I got a comment which I replied to without an issue. When I tried to reply back the following day, I couldn't because it would scroll all the way to the top, on another Bugs post instead of my own post. The same thing happens when I try to access my post through my notifications. I can see my post but it's part of a specific Bugs thread called "P: Unable to freely move clips and audio around on my timeline. Glitch, bug or setting?" (not mine)I'm guessing this a bug.How can I get it fixed? Or should I make a new post? Let me know if you need more details for clarity.
What happened to the "My Follows" list? How can I stop following a discussion? The forum user manual is WAY out of date, and its instructions for this are no longer valid. Thanks,Russell Using Safari on Mac.
Adobe forums do not work properly on Iphone (12promax) Think it started after last phone update.
Hi, I'm trying to create a mask from the text converted into curves and groupped. It doesn't work. Do you know how to change this group of paths that thay could be a clipping mask?
Hey all, I created a question the other day (and I am so sorry if this is a silly question) but I can't reply to replies to my question, so I can't update people. The example is as followsThis reply button actually directs me to this windowWhich, when I post, creates thisInstead of replying to the reply, I create a whole new reply to, my own question. Is this a case of visual bugs where I have actually replied to the reply? Or is this broken, because from what I've seen in other forums, replies are indented and bordered almost, so it seems as if it is not replying to the reply, but replying to the original question.Thank you for your amazing support - here is the link to the forum post https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/changing-effects-using-effect-controls-messes-with-playback-window/idc-p/15062922

I noticed a strange thing: Sometimes I receive an email notification regarding a message in a thread I'm participating in. However, the thread itself doesn't appear on the InDesign forum anymore. That is, it doesn't appear here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/ct-p/ct-indesign?page=1&sort=latest_replies&lang=all&tabid=all For example, this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/changing-linked-color-photos-to-grayscale-or-duotone-in-new-ai-powered-indesign/m-p/15083973#M605309 It's nowhere on the list of forum's threads anymore. At least not among January 11 posts. Obviously, the thread was there at some point as I did post replies to this thread. It doesn't happen too often. But I do notice this couple times a month maybe. If this bug only affects threads I'm already participating in, then it's not a big deal as I do receive notifications. However, if some threads simply never appear on the forum for some users
I don't know if this is the right forum, but for about 2 weeks I was unable to access the forums here at Adobe Community. I had to call the company and after first saying there was no reason for me to be banned, and trying to tell me that I wasn't (even though I couldn't access the forums at all, on any browser/device/etc), eventually I got a message that said I was banned for posting spam. I've attached a screenshot below. I really value this community. I'm an editor and animator. I use Premiere and After Effects and Photoshop in my daily work. And sometimes Audition and Lightroom and Bridge and Illustrator. I've been a loyal Adobe customer for over 10 years. I'd never think of posting spam here. But there was no indication what the offending post was. My access has been restored, but with a warning. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue happen to them. And apologies if this is the wrong forum.
my accoount cannot post or reply on any questions can anyone help me?thanks
HiI've just posted a video showing an issue i'm having but the quality/lighting is over exposed (isn't on my phone/original file). Please can you delete so I can reupload? Thanks
HiWhy can't I post anything on the post I posted myself? I'm trying to reply to comments and they seem to post, but as soon as I reload the page my reply disappears. I also can't post additional information on the thread. What's going on?Here's the post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/the-export-dialog-box-doesn-t-appear/td-p/15070183
Hola, cuando hago el cambio en una imagen , y pongo mantener dónde se guarda ? Como la recupero ? Gracias
After the recent forum update, it's not possible to open user profiles in a separate tab. I'm referring the user profile link and popover located above the post. Cmd-click opens the profile in the same tab (instead of opening in a separate tab); the contextual menu for the user name link doesn't have an option to open in a separate tab; and the user name in the popover isn't clickable at all anymore. I hope that @Jeffrey_A_Wright can also help restore this functionality.
Hello,I need to edit or delete a post. Need to redact some information urgently. Can a Mod please help? First time posting. Thanks
HOW DO I STOP GETTING NOTIFICATIONS FROM THIS SINGLE THREAD?? I don't care anymore about it - and getting tired of all the comments etc...
How can I save my Adobe Creative Cloud email and password to avoid retyping it every time I sign myself out from another computer? I don't want to have to type my login credentials ever again and want it to be saved into my computer's keychain. Mac and/or PC please.
Everywhere around Adobe Community I see users get a label of some sorts. Some are obvious what they are for, some aren't:Mentor - ?Legend - ? Beginner (whats the difference between this and Community Beginner, or New Here?)Explorer - ?Community ExpertCommunity Beginner - See BeginnerNew Here - See BeginnerEngaged - ?Adobe Employee - obvious Just curious as to the meaning of each of these? Is there a pecking order? What does each one represent? Does it have a practical meaning to users of the site? Are some better then others? etc... Just be cool to know what the point of them is. EDIT: wanted to update the list order here from the comments. New Here Community BeginnerBeginnerExplorerEnthusiast - (obtained when you reach 270 posts or 175 replies, not sure which)EngagedMentor Legend Specials:Adobe Community Expert (ACE) - awarded manuallyAdobe Employee - only for staff members
How do I disable the automatic emails related to community notifications for ANYTHING I happen to reply to? I've looked through "profiles" - can't find any "community preferences or settings". I just want that "email me" box to be disabled by default. I would rather check it when I WANT emails, as opposed to getting emails for anything and everything if I forget to UNcheck it. I've search here and only found a 2010 thread which proports to have instructions and links to the Adobe Forums (which are dead) - so, no help that I can find. Thanks!
How do I delete community profile that I created by mistake?
