First of all. Thanks for finally upgrading the forum software. So far it looks like it works much better than the former version. However I'm not totally happy with the basic text editor.There is quite a lot of code posted in these forums. Is it possible to have the syntax highlighting button in the basic editor? It helps a lot on readability, and when this button is hidden away in the advanced editor I'm afraid that a lot of users will not find it.
If you want to enable your browser's built-in spell checking, which these forums inexplicably disable, I wrote a simple browser userscript that re-enables it. To install the script: 1. Install the free Tampermonkey browser extension. 2. Visit the script's page and click Install:https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/435006-re-enable-browser-spell-checking-for-adobe-forums I've tested this mainly in Chrome but did a quickie test with Firefox using Greasemonkey instead of Tampermonkey.
HELP! I'm getting emails about responses to posts I never made. I clicked a "Follow" by mistake, and I'm now getting odd things. Is there any way to UNfollow something?
In the LrC community, but this may apply to the entire community. For two different posts I inputted a simple reply, And then clicked on Post. And no reply, no message, no error, nothing. Refresh shows as if I never looked at the post. How do you search using the box at the top of this page for a phrase like "direction handle"? No matter what I do, it includes many occurrences of the two words where they are separated by many other words. Some search engines work with "quotes", but not this one.

I'm sure no one at Adobe cares, but the survey that pops up when you visit the website only lets you select the top answer or the top few, but never the one at the bottom. It was not my desktop or window. There seems to be a bug with the Qualtrics xm pop up survey tool.
I appear to be barred as a contributor to the Adobe Creative Cloud Developer Forum. I posted a comment but needed to edit it. I was informed that as a new user I was ‘temporarily on hold’ and could not perform an edit. I decided to delete the post and to resubmit a revised post once I was given the opportunity. That opportunity has yet to arise despite a 2 week wait. I have tried communicating with the forum but my communications have been rejected with the information that ‘Your account associated with this email address has been silenced’. My account name on that forum is Teejay. You can readily verify that my account on this community forum (community.adobe.com) is genuine, fully conforms to your requirements and is based upon the same email address.
Something changed my forum ID from Matt - Tech Comm Tools to Ecopetunia3A34, or some such thing. I freaked and changed it back, but am concerned about it. Anyone else see this happen? [Moderator moved from The Lounge to Using the Community forums]

I've been trying all day to change my email address associated with my Adobe account, using Firefox, my default browser. I am able to access my acct (old e-address), make changes in account, but then the screen displays:Required Password Reset: To protect the security of your account, you must reset your password. Please check your inbox for an email we just sent you with instructions for how to reset your password and log into your account.I have checked both email accts throughout the day, including spam folders. Cleared browser history etc. Tried using Internet Explorer. And every other action they recommend.How can I get through the Password Reset Wall?Thanks,Sandra

I wrote a post in a thread and since then i get a notification when someone post in that thread. Since the thread gets multiple posts per day and the fact that the thread is several years old i want to unsubscribe from that thread. I found a thread here were the answer was "go to "my follows"" but i cannot find "my follows" anywhere. So how do i unsubscribe from a thread? 🙂
when an image is inserted here in forum po editor using clipboard, it appears in the editor, but it does not appear in the post. When the image is inserted from a file, it works

It appears that something is broken in the forum email notifications (well, at least for me and at least on the InDesign forum). I noticed that for several days already, I don't receive most email notifications about new posts in discussions I participate in. I do receive such notifications about some posts, which seem to be at random. I checked spam folders; nothing's there. I'm only active on InDesign forum. I checked my profile settings - all notification options are checked as always. Never had this issue in years of using the forums. Am I the only one, or is it a known issue?

Hi, is it maybe possible to get Landing Pages for the different Adobe products here in the forum that are a little bit shorter? Hello, I have been posting in the InDesign forum for years and the last time I posted was a day ago. When I came back yesterday, all of a sudden, I received the message saying I am not allowed to access this site (please see attached jpgs). I have to create a new account with new email address in order to keep posting in the forum since I do have an open question pending for replies. I would like to know why was I being blocked and is there a way I can contact the site moderator to get an explanation? I have not posted anything that was against the rules whatsoever. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge and even from my mobile, all have the same messages. Any suggestions/comments are much appreciated.
