Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with PSD file previews on macOS.Whenever I save a PSD file from Adobe Photoshop, the preview appears glitched when using Quick Look (pressing spacebar in Finder). Anyone knows why? 😓
How would I recreate this collection text effect? It looks like a displacement map but almost impossible to recreate?
Adobe Account Access app error. I recently purchased a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and never used the Adobe Account Access app on this phone before. I tried signing in over a period of two days. I’ve spent countless hours trying to sign in to the Adobe Account Access app. I contacted support she suggested I sign into my account using an Incognito browser. I don’t think she understood I can sign in to my Adobe account. I can’t however sign in to the Adobe Account Access app on my Android 16 smartphone. It won’t accept the password. It won’t accept the code I recieved via SMS. It won’t accept the code sent to my email address. I’ll attach a screenshot of exactly what the error message looks like. If anybody knows what is going on or has a fix to this please hit me back. Thank you, PS: My phone won’t let me take a screenshot of “Sorry something went wrong. Each time i try to install a new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader i get the error message “Error 1921 Service Adobe Acrobat Update Service (AdobeARMservice) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services”. This is on my company windows 11 laptop and has been going on for about a year now hence i am stuck on version 2024.002.20895 and am constantly getting prompts to update that always fail. I don’t see any service called AdobeARMservice in my Services to stop. I raised a ticket with my company it department 9 months ago but they haven’t been able to fix it.How can i stop this error and update to the latest version please?thanks...
I login, sometimes I remain logged in for a while, sometimes only for a moment. I login again, I get a code from Adobe, but I’m not asked to provide it and the login is successful. Totally random as to how long I remain logged in.

Hi everyone,I have been dealing with this issue in InDesign for the last few months and it's becoming really frustrating. Whenever I try to update a PDF from the Share panel, I get the following message:"There was an error updating the artifact."The preview just keeps loading and then fails. The only workaround that works is:Delete the link Share the link again This is not practical at all, especially when working on active documents. I even formatted my entire system thinking something was wrong on my end, but the issue still persists.Has anyone actually found a proper fix for this? This dosent work at all - Adobe Link
When I download an item from Adobe Stock, I want to copy and paste the keywords into the metadata in my own database so I can easily find the image later. However, I’m unable to copy the “similar keywords” shown on the site.To clarify, I’m trying to copy these keywords only for the same image I licensed, so I can store them for future search access. I am not copying them to use on other images.Is there a way to enable copying those keywords?
Hello Everybody,I have a big problem with symbols that I need to scale/unscale a lot, I used photoshop file in my Symbols that I made very big so I can zoom in, and I really need to zoom in, the problem is that when I zoom out, my Picture just disapear/glitch, and it does when I unscale it too. I tried to made a render because I thought it was just a a screening bug but same problem with swf files and png sequences.I can’t find any solution and I will lose weeks of work If I don’t solve my problem.Can someone help me please? 01_OK but minimum size02_ same frame,one zoom out, wing disappear03_same frame, one other zoom out, everything disappear/glitch, and same thing with just scaling
Hello,the sidebar (the one above the windows) in Adobe applications is only active when accessed from the top left. I can't move the windows any other way (I usually move them using the center or right side of the sidebar). It's really annoying. How can I fix this?Thank you very much.
I just got a new Mac. Running Acrobat 2025.001.21288. On my old Mac, there was a button at the top of the Bookmarks side panel that would navigate to the bookmark for the currently selected position in the PDF. I don’t see that on my new system. Where did Adobe hide it?
Creative Cloud 6.8.1.861 under macOS Tahoe 26.3.1: Empty folders named ngl (or NGL?) keep being created in /Users/Shared, typically a new one within a day after deleting its predecessor. I asked in Apple community forums and got the indication that they were related to Adobe Creative Cloud Next Generation Licensing. Is there a way to prevent these useless folders from being generated?Strange: this problem has recurred for several months, but since yesterday, when I started asked communities about it, it has not occurred!

Lately, whenever I import photos into Lightroom Classic (latest version, PC running Windows 11), the newly created date folder consistently shows above the parent folder in the Library module, although the files are correctly located within it, as “Show in Explorer” reveals. I am unable to drag the new date folder into its proper place (the year folder), because the path is technically correct, meaning the photos are already where I am trying to put them. Hoping others may have had and solved this problem, although I did not see any discussions about it. I did recently have to replace the drive in question, as the old one was damaged, could this help explain the problem? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
So, almost everytime I open Illustrator i get this tab : Youve reached the device limit, please log out from one of the devices. But the only device where I use Creative Cloud is my laptop. Is there a way to fix this? Does this problem has to do with me using two different Illustrator versions?
Used to be able to filter the Illustrator community by topic. (Scripting in my instance) Is this still possible with the new community layout? Would love to be able to sort Illustrator community posts by latest activity first and then filter the posts by scripting only. Hopefully this is still possible.

BUT, I just checked my email and it claims that Adobe has CHARGED me 8HKD for their services. I need a refund for the 8HKD.For those who cannot read:I HAVE ALREADY MADE SURE I HAVE CANCELLED ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS of ADOBE.I LOGGED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND LOGGED IN AGAIN AND DOUBLE CHECKED THAT I HAVE NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS LEFT.I HAVE CONFIRMED I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED TO ALL SUBSCRITIONS BY READING BOTH EMAILS FROM ADOBE DETAILING THAT I HAVE SUCCESSFUL CANCELLED ALL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS.DO NOT TELL ME ABOUT THE TRIAL TERMS.
