I find that the automatically generated links either go to the wrong page (often off by 1 page) or are broken, even though the page numbers in the table are listed correctly. Is there a way to make this more accurate?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Adobe Lightroom Classic version 15.2.After importing RAW files, the thumbnails do not appear in the Library module. The folder and file count show correctly, but the preview area stays blank.The only temporary solution is to completely restart Lightroom. After restarting, all thumbnails appear normally.Here are my system details: Lightroom Classic version: 15.2 Computer: Apple M3 Pro Memory: 18GB RAM GPU acceleration: Set to Auto File type: RAW “Generate previews in parallel”: Enabled Storage: [internal SSD or external drive – specify if external] This happens consistently after import. Restarting fixes it every time, but obviously that’s not ideal.Is this a known bug in 15.2, especially on Apple Silicon (M3 Pro)?Is there a permanent fix besides restarting the app?Thanks in advance.

I have an application which produces large PDF files that I need to compress using Adobe Acrobat Pro. While I am able to reduce the file size using the "Reduced Size PDF" or "Optimized PDF" options, the process currently requires manual steps.I am looking for a way to automate this workflow. Specifically, I would like to provide an input file name and have the PDF automatically compressed and saved to a specified location.I have also experimented with "Use Guided Actions", but this approach still requires manual interaction and does not fully automate the process.My question is:Is there a way to fully automate PDF compression in Adobe Acrobat Pro so that it can be controlled programmatically (for example, via JavaScript)? Is it something trustedFunction works for this purpose? Are there any sample codes available for this purpose?

I have printed a photo from photoshop and somehow the printing has become a mess, first time I printed the photo was faded, second time I printed (not sure what I changed to be honest, colorsync kept coming up and all. I said was Okay) and it printed in grey scale, now after hours of trying to just print a nice quality photo, It comes out willy nilly in either too dark, not right, or greyscale. so I would love to rest the print settings, just to go back to what it was prior to me going nuts today. but i do not want to reset the entire PS < i am worried I would lose my desktop settings and brushes would be removed, moved around etc that I have already set up years ago to my liking. Please help!thank you !!

Hi, I contacted Adobe support on January 19, 2026 to cancel my subscription. The agent told me everything would be canceled and that I would not be charged for January or February.However, I can now see that I was charged for both months by Adobe Inc.My Adobe account currently shows no active plan, and when I try to contact support again, the chat says I need an active plan to speak to someone—so I can’t reach billing.Can an Adobe staff member/moderator please help escalate this to Billing/Refunds, or provide a way to contact support for a post-cancellation billing issue without an active plan?Thank you.(I can provide dates/amounts privately if needed.)

I have an unlimited subscription with Adobe Stock where I can download as much stock footage as I like. It’s a 12 month contract. Now I’ve hit an error since yesterday where I cannot download any footage whatsoever as this message keeps popping up: We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer support.Learn & Support  Now I’ve tried it in incognito mode but still nothing works.

When I open the FrameMaker community on my mobile phone, I get a dialog to switch the language from English to German. However, there is only half of this large dialog visible, and I cannot cancel it.My mobile phone language is German. I want to use the forum in English, but cannot cancel this dialog. The buttons are outside of my mobile phone screen.

File security permissions inheritance (NTFS ACL) is broken when Acrobat overwrites files with Protected Mode enabled.When Acrobat overwrites a file in Protected Mode, the resulting PDF inherits the ACL of the sandbox temp file (%LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\).Hence the overwritten file becomes accessible only to the account that performed the overwrite operation.Other users on the network who access the shared folder using different credentials (e.g., a shared user account) can no longer see or open the file.Process:1. Acrobat opens the PDF inside its sandbox (Protected Mode).2. When overwriting an existing file, it writes a temporary copy to:   %LocalAppData%\Temp\acrobat_sbx\3. I am reporting an problem with publishing a project in Adobe XD. When the project file contains embedded images or other multimedia assets, it is not possible to generate a shareable link for the client. The publishing process does not complete successfully.After removing all graphic and multimedia files, the link is generated correctly. The issue appears to be related to handling or uploading assets within the project. I would appreciate your help in diagnosing and resolving this problem.  

I know this is  a pointless excercise, since Adobe doesn't participate here, but I'll document this in any case: The search tool on the new Gainsight platform reports wildly different numbers of results for the same query. I have a table in InDesign which I created in a frame. I struggled to thread the table into another frame but somehow managed to do it though I don’t know how - it was a nightmare. Threading works fine through these two frames but now I want to extend to a further frame. I have tried every which-way and it just won’t work - similar to when I first tried to link the first frame to the second. When I try to add rows at the bottom of the table I don’t get an overset text indicator, the new rows appear OVER THE TOP of the existing table. By enlarging the frame widthways the new rows then space out to the side within the enlarged frame which is not what I want.I have tried creating a new frame first and then linking the frames by clicking the out point of the first frame to load content and then placing into the new frame. This links the frames but does not load any of the table or text.If I load the content and then just place on the blank page a new linked frame is created but again no ta

We realize the tag is no longer being recognized but why in some customers and not for others?  Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send document through their Adobe accounts for signature. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag while the others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this.

For some reason, the search bar no longer works within my folders, if I get there through the CTRL+D (place tool) through InDesign. For instance, I am searching through our company logos, and typed in “Walmart” and it doesn’t search for our Walmart logos, when it should. Even when I click within the logo box and type W, nothing happens. The only way for me to bypass this, is to open my windows folder separately (not within InDesign) and then drag it on to my InDesign file. This is super inconvenient, especially when working with effects. Anyone know why my InDesign is having this glitch and how I can get my search bar to work again?  

I have several video with 6 channels of audio but only one can be imported to a sequence the next video import only audio but in the wrong order. This happends in Windows 11 because it don’t handle Dolby Digital.

I’m unable to use Adobe Fresco currently because it keeps giving me a pop up saying “Adobe Fresco requires an additional 0.2 GB of free storage”. I have 130 GB of storage free on my computer and I still have 80 GB of space on my cloud storage. I have tried restarting the app and reinstalling it several times. I have even tried deleting some files but nothing has worked at all.

I've been using 2021 Premier Elements for years, now trying Elements 2025, want to get newly saved mp4(2025) files to match parameters of older mp4(2021) files, close enough for high-speed lossless merging in Bandicut. I've matched frame size, frame rate, constant bitrate numbers, keyframe rate, and audio traits, but that is not good enough for Bandicut, which is saying, “no, if you want to merge those two mp4 files together, you will have to use slow frame-by-frame encoding.” How many more parameters do I need to align, and what are they? I’m using a Windows 10 system, to create 1080p files, CBR with target bitrate of 11 Mbps.
