Using the Community

We realize the tag is no longer being recognized but why in some customers and not for others?  Is anyone else having this issue? We have 10 customers who we integrate with and send document through their Adobe accounts for signature. Half of them no longer recognize the signature tag while the others are still working fine. Trying to understand what in the new release may be causing this.

For some reason, the search bar no longer works within my folders, if I get there through the CTRL+D (place tool) through InDesign. For instance, I am searching through our company logos, and typed in “Walmart” and it doesn’t search for our Walmart logos, when it should. Even when I click within the logo box and type W, nothing happens. The only way for me to bypass this, is to open my windows folder separately (not within InDesign) and then drag it on to my InDesign file. This is super inconvenient, especially when working with effects. Anyone know why my InDesign is having this glitch and how I can get my search bar to work again?  

I have several video with 6 channels of audio but only one can be imported to a sequence the next video import only audio but in the wrong order. This happends in Windows 11 because it don’t handle Dolby Digital.

Adobe Acrobat Sign 프로그램을 사용하고 있습니다. 해당 프로그램을 통해 전자 서명을 진행하고 있는데 앱을 통해서 전자 서명을 요청하다보면 좌측 하단에 [탬플릿으로 저장] 하기 버튼이 활성화 되어있는것을 확인할 수 있는데 이렇게 저장된 탬플릿은 어떻게 사용하는 것인가요? 

I’m unable to use Adobe Fresco currently because it keeps giving me a pop up saying “Adobe Fresco requires an additional 0.2 GB of free storage”. I have 130 GB of storage free on my computer and I still have 80 GB of space on my cloud storage. I have tried restarting the app and reinstalling it several times. I have even tried deleting some files but nothing has worked at all. 

I need a refund for Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I cancelled during the trial period but somehow it didn’t take.thanksRodney

Firefly and the other AI video tools do not work as intended at all.  I have been paying extra for credits thinking that it’s going to improve, but it really does not.  It simply does what it wants in a very weird way despite following the structure it is supposed to expect.  I’m simply asking the following after many tries, and each with the attempt to teach it what to do.  The modify feature does not work either.  It’s a mess and it’s not worth charging for such an imperfect product.  You really need to wait until the product is improved before charging.  I’m tempted to report to BBB, but I don’t like doing that.   “A fixed high-altitude aerial surveillance shot, with the camera remaining completely static and stable, showing several small human figures as distant dark silhouettes on a tan desert floor. I've been using 2021 Premier Elements for years, now trying Elements 2025, want to get newly saved mp4(2025) files to match parameters of older mp4(2021) files, close enough for high-speed lossless merging in Bandicut. I've matched frame size, frame rate, constant bitrate numbers, keyframe rate, and audio traits, but that is not good enough for Bandicut, which is saying, “no, if you want to merge those two mp4 files together, you will have to use slow frame-by-frame encoding.” How many more parameters do I need to align, and what are they? I’m using a Windows 10 system, to create 1080p files, CBR with target bitrate of 11 Mbps.

I have a current plan and I request a discount. I am a professor at the university in Turkey and my payment is tripled this month. I use indesign, photoshop and acrobat pro with ai. The rest is not mandatory for me.

How do I move an item from one design to another.  Click on it doesn’t work.

I have an Adobe Illustrator document that contains two separate PSD files.One PSD is used as the background, and the other PSD contains a visual with a shadow underneath set to Multiply blending mode. In Photoshop, the shadow correctly interacts with the background. However, when these two PSD files are placed separately in Illustrator, the Multiply shadow does not interact with the background PSD and does not darken it. The layer order is correct, and there are no issues in Photoshop. The problem only occurs in Illustrator when the PSD files are placed separately. I would like to know whether this is a known limitation or a bug related to how Illustrator handles transparency and blending between separate PSD files. If there is a recommended workflow to preserve correct Multiply blending, I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you,Özge

Does anyone encounter the same issue?The “create a post” button is shown in all forums but not in the Premiere forum for me. So I can create bug reports and feature requests everywhere but not in Premiere (which I was able to do before, also in the new community after the update)

Hello Adobe Community, I am looking for assistance with successfully converting and importing a .vtt transcript from Zoom’s website, recorded from a conference call along with video and audio files from the call. The call covers training topics covered by a department of my employer and I edit them for, for lack of a better word, conciseness, for people that weren’t able to participate in the call, then the edited video used to create a Storylines-based module. Currently, I will transcribe the source video in premier pro, then I will make edits to the conference call’s video by removing filler words, long silences, repeated words, and conference call housekeeping mostly from the transcript.I have tried converting the .vtt file to JSON, but it doesn’t seem to work. I want use Zoom’s version of the transcript because it includes speaker names and is bit more accurate than Premier Pro’s own transcription for transcribing words, less common names and acronyms. I don’t want to use .srt beca

Ever since the update in November last year we have not been able to successfully export any files that contain placed InDesign files to PDF. I placed a post in the community forums last year where multiple other people experienced the same issue but now that post is gone without being addressed so I am posting it here again.Last year the exported PDFs resulted in low resolution images regardless of what export settings were used. Now we aren’t even able to generate a PDF with constant errors.The reason we used placed InDesign files is so that if any changes are made to the original we’ll know because the file will show as modified. I do not want to copy and paste the InDesign file or place a separate file like a PDF or JPG as that doubles our work and doesn’t guarantee us that we will make sure all files are up-to-date. We’re using InDesign 21.2 on a 24 inch M1 Mac - everything was working fine until the latest update and we can’t afford to revert back to the previous versions now.I n

Hi, I used for a long time InDesign Englsih Hebrew due to the numerous projects in Hebrew and/or Arabic. Today, I installed InDesign 21.2 English International because I need the PDF2InDesign feature that doesn not work on MENA version of InDesign. I finisshed the project and I discovered that I cannot revert to InDesign English Hebrew. I lost of the features for working with Right to Left languages. I opened Creative Cloud, I revert the install language to English Hebrew and I tried opening the InDesign. Still no access to inDesign for Right to left languages. I know many people have been posting about this issue and I want to join the cause. I read in earlier threads that InDesign was causing conflicts with OneDrive and corrupting files. So I tried turning OneDrive off but it MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. When I’ve been working on my files and then go to save them, I get an error message that INDD can’t save the file because it’s corrupted. THE FILES WERE FINE WHEN I OPENED THEM.What the devil is going on with this program!! None of us can survive if our work product is being ruined by InDesign. This needs to be fixed URGENTLY and PRONTO. How do we repair files that InDesign corrupted ???????????????????
