I have created this account as my old emial address does not work anymore and when I try to log in it wants me to veryfi my old account with a code sent to the not working email. Which I of course can't.Is there any other way to get the email address in old account updated.

You know what's funny? When a website is so terrible and deceptive that clicking a button thinking it would provide more details on a subscription option (because Adobe software is so expensive that I have to change my plan or worse cancel - which would not be plausible for an architecture student such as myself) actually apparently signs another year-long contract immediately, no verification needed - and just days before my current subscription ends.   For a company that is built for the minds of creative and detail-oriented individuals, the Adobe webpage is far from efficient, it is borderline scammy. I literally just wanted to try to cancel and am suddenly enticed by a "wait, dont go!" offer that is so minimally outlined, so vaguely offered that anyone worth a penny would rightfully think "let me see what the fine print is", only to find myself bound by another contract and guess what - still no fine print, no date range, no clear outline of what exactly I am to pay adobe over

Many years ago, I purchased a boxed Photoshop CS1 and obtained a permanent license. Now, due to Adobe shutting down the activation server, I am unable to activate the product I purchased! I have contacted customer service 6 times but the problem has not been resolved! By browsing the forum, I found that many customers from cs1 to cs4 have encountered the same problem! Why do people tolerate Adobe's behavior? I have already paid for a permanent license and should not be unable to activate it due to Adobe shutting down the activation server. Adobe has an obligation to safeguard the rights of users. Instead of trying every means to make users with permanent authorization pay for subscriptions! Hi, everyone! Please help. I was making my order on the Adobe website. First my bank denied the operation as there were not enough money on the balance of the card. As I settled the problem I made the order once again sucessfully. The money were credited from my account immediately. Half an hour later the same amount was credited once again. I wrote to the support but they see the only transaction. But my bank account and online banking system tell me another story. I was credited twice. The support advised me to wait 24h to get my money back, but who will initiate the return then: not the company - they see the only transaction, not the bank - they do it immediately if there is some denial. So the money were credited and received. I am also ready to give proofs for that.

hello, my account was being deactive in the charge of copy right issue, in the end of june. and now I received email that my account is blocked as I am involving in the creation of multiple accounts. also they said no funds will be released.Problem is that was my hard ean money I worked alot on that account. i am in stress what should i do. they just closed the case....!!!

I used to be a photographer. I still have a couple months on my photography suite subscription. I'm in grad school for library science. My college gave me an Adobe student profile. Can I merge myaccounts? Or if I cancel the profile I pay for will it transfer all my photos to my student account? Or will I have to have 2 accounts? I still take photos. I teach teens photography. But I am now a librarian. And I don't want to lose my photography website through adobe. 

Hey guys, I recently saw that I got a billing charge for an Adobe subscription (San Jose) that I am not aware of having. I checked my account and it says I don't have any active plans. Anyone know who I should contact?

So I have an installer for Acrobat 2020, and my license Key. This was purchased as a mass buy, basically to allow 100s of installs.  Never had any issues installing and licenseing. (used it on a few PCs after this incedent with no issue)    Now I went to install this on a system that someone had already been using Creative Cloud on, and a Acrobat trial license, under there own person email.  When I went to licenese Acrobat 2020 i was given an error saying that my license was -1, and I need to deactivate a license before I could use it. (Like a said, I installed the same .exe and license on a another PC later and it all worked with no issue, so I know the installer and Lciense key are good) Digging a bit I ran the CCleaner for Adobe and still got the same issue. Does any one have a method to for sure remove all Adobe installs and saved licenese info from a PC so that It does not try to pull the users personal license instead of the Key I give it during

I keep seeing ads for companies like "Beuppy" and "Softwareshore" that offer very cheap licenses. Apparently they are just added to your Adobe account. Does anybody know if they are legit? I mean "Beuppy" is even listed when you search for them on adobe.com under resellers, but I'm still unsure. Even if they buy licenses in bulk and can offer cheaper prices I wonder how they earn any money with this.
