I'm editing my payment information according to https://helpx.adobe.com/pl/manage-account/using/update-vat-id-for-eu-countries.htmlI enter my VAT number, click the "PayPal" button (there is no "Save" one), log in to PayPal, back to the page. When I open the payment details again, the VAT number is empty.Did I miss something?

I plan to pay for the app for a year in advance and I need to have information on the invoice that it has already been paid. Is it possible to include this information in a comment? On previous invoices I only see the amount paid, not confirmation of payment.

It is difficult for the people of Bangladesh to buy Adobe software with so much money. Most of them use pirated software. Why doesn't Adobe take any action on this matter? Do you allow pirated usage in our country.And if not, why don't you allow old versions in our country for free? Or not selling at a low price in our country.

I had a free 9 month subscription with Adobe. When it ran out, I did not want a subscription so I didn't add payment details and Adobe have been hassling me since. I tried to delete my account - it said  it asked for payment details and told me my account has been suspended. I tried to speak to an agent Shubham through chat and as soon as I gave them my email address, they left the chat.  Adobe are witholding my sensitive information and are FORCING ME TO PAY THEM to delete it. Is there a goverment body I can complain to about this?

Adobe is overcharging me on my Creative Cloud subscription by incorrectly applying the Ontario sales tax rate (13%) rather than Alberta's (5%). My billing address is Alberta based and Adobe's billing page says I should be charged the Alberta rate, however my credit card and the invoices provided by Adobe show a higher charge using the Ontario rate for sales tax.I've reported this to Adobe Support and been told that I apparently need to talk to the "local tax authorities" and they have closed my support ticket. The support staff will not provide a refund nor will they escalate this to someone who can actually help. They do not seem to understand that this is a problem on their invoicing systems end. Has anyone else experienced incorrect billing and how have you gotten them to fix this?

Hi,I am absolutely fuming.I subscribed to a student monthly plan that was suppose to only go for a year on the 16th of May 2016. I tried to cancel my plan within 14 days of the renewal date but the cancel my plan button was not there and noone would help me cancel it when I called. After being toally frustrated I left it alone only to be charged TWICE for a payment of $32 when it had not even been two weeks after the renewal date. I was finally able to cancel this stupid thing and was NOT told anything about a cancellation fee and did not receive an email about any pending payments so all was well do I thought. Today without any warning $175.00 was taken out of my account from you without any explination or warning. I am a god damn student who lives week to week I canot afford $175 to cacel something thats too expensive to keep running, if I was told about this stupid payment I would have just kept the bloody membership. I have been trying to cancel a plan for the last 3 years that was taken by my son at school, yet adobe are happy to contiune taking the subscirption...they even offer 3 months for free...wtf?

I reinstalled Windows system on my pc, and as it turned out I forgot my account info (email and phone number ) only info I do have is my credit card number that is connected to that account that has subscription active it was updated 3 days ago. What can I do to get that info about the email it was signed into?Please help me

TRIED TO CANCEL SEVERAL TIMES, while your stupid site keeps bugging out and redirecting me

Hi, When I try to access my Adobe account I simply get a blank page from  wherever I try. I've ntried resetting the Firewall, as suggested on here, but it makes no difference.

The prepaid annual subscription made on March 4 was determined as fraudulent behaviour and my account was cancelled. What should I do?

Team I was charged today.I chacked my plans and previous invoices and the adobe site states that there are "none". I checked adobe customer support contact options and none of them worked because the chat is not allowed in my work environment, phone numbers dont show other than "phone", and hense trying my luck with forums. I tried to cancel the plan by following the screenshots but the screens that came up do match your instructions. It simply says I do not have any plans. (I also ensure to check any and all other emails if there is some other account out there charging, they do not). Does Adobe offer personal help with their products so I can spoeak to someone?

Hello, I'm trying to cancel my inDesign plan as I have not used it in years, but everytime I go to do it, it will charge me an early cancellation fee, even if it is the day before my subscription renews.Is there any way to cancel without a cancellation fee or is that my only option? Thanks!

Hi,  I have -23,99€ every months since June 2023, I thougth that was my Adobe Suite sub (which actually is 35,99), but not !!! I don't even find any explanation, neither in my mails or in my adobe account ! Only this on my account : ie 044-207-3650 Whats is it ? How do i get back my money ? It's near 240€ !! Thanks a lot

Hello, i tried the free 7 Week Trial for inDesign for 1 day then cancelled it, now i found out i have been charged 38 € by Adobe. I do not have open subscribtions or anything in my Billing History theres only my free trial and its listed as free. What do i do?

Hi everyone, I have been trying to search for someone from adobe to help me with my issue, via a dutch website, they had various softwares and I was also looking for Adobe CC paying without a creditcard, and I have accidently purchased the Teachers/Students subscription, but I want to the standard one since I am not a student, I am freelancer.Is there any way to switch my licenese key to standard subscription and i will also pay the difference of the price as well. 

Eu experimentei o Adobe pelo prazo gratuito, cancelei antes de vencer o prazo e ainda assim veio no meu cartão de credito o desconto de 139,00 reais.
