Hi,We have been paying for years for an old Adobe School Photo Account ($9.99 per month) for my daughter.  The email associated with the account is her old teacher who no longer works at the school.  I am not even sure that the school is open anymore as it was while we were overseas in Kyiv.  Help!

I need help, please! I used to have an Adobe ID account with an email address (let's call it #1) - but then I deleted that account and created a new one with another email address (#2).After some time, I've decided to change my current email address (#2) to the one I used before (#1) - on an account that is already DELETED - but when I try to put the old email address, I get a red message saying "Email already used." But it doesn't make sense since that account no longer exists. I even tried to log in with that email address to see if the account was somehow still active, but it isn't, and I still cannot use the email address for my new account.

Perdí mi tarjeta de crédito y la usaron para hacer gastos que no me pertenecen. No puedo hacer la denuncia porque no es un robo sino que una pérdida. Y se me cobro el plan anual que yo no quiero en el mientras tanto.

How do I cancel when I don't see  Adobe in my Apple subscriptions page on my phone?

Hey all, I am a very broke college student. As a freelancer, I needed to use several apps like adobe audition. I've since tried quitting a million times but could never afford the horrendous cancellation fee of like 120€. i no longer am in that field of work. I had one single subscription left or 17,99€ that k could quit today. So tell me why adobe charges 66€?! I literally don't have any other account and no other subscriptions left. I can't delete my account. There's no way to get in touch with customer service. Can any one of you help me out?

Mein Adobe Creative Cloud-Abo wurde für diesen Monat von meinem Konto abgebucht – und trotzdem behauptet Adobe, dass meine Zahlung fehlgeschlagen sei. Dadurch kann ich meine Programme nicht nutzen, insbesondere Premiere Pro, was meine Arbeit massiv behindert.Es ist inakzeptabel, dass ich für eine Leistung bezahlt habe und dennoch ausgeschlossen werde. Als zahlender Kunde erwarte ich eine sofortige Lösung und eine Entschädigung für den entstandenen Schaden. Ich kann nicht arbeiten, weil Adobe anscheinend ein Problem mit der Zahlungsabwicklung hat.Ich fordere eine schnelle Klärung dieses Fehlers! This happened to me too...just got charged to cancel.  I get it that somewhere there were probably T&Cs, etc. and I own that I missed it or didn't understand the annual cost billed monthly.  I will say that is not a common pricing structure....usually an annual fee is billed in one amount  The issue really is more about what is reasonable for busy people to understand and how a company treats their customers.  Adobe makes amazing products and they shouldn't have to strong arm relatively small amounts of money out of their users.  I had an account for several months and enjoyed using it but just don't need it anymore.  At this point I'd rather just cancel than still be an adobe customer.  So they got $112 from me today but I will never never give them any more of my money.  The lifetime value of me as a customer going forward was certainly much higher than $112.

I was sent an email which stated that my 'Payment has failed' for my creative cloud pro plan, but looking on my adobe account there is no creative cloud pro plan on the website, neither is there any orders or invoices on the account that was sent the email. The only plan I have on that account is adobe express for my school, which is not the creative cloud pro plan and is something I do not have to pay for. Can you check my account for this plan or something, as I have no idea where there is any evidence of me having this plan. If it is possible can you cancel, as I already have the adobe enterprise for schools. There is just no mention of this plan anywhere on my account, no any billing outside of the fact it has already taken money out of my bank account and the email which was sent to me saying tha payment failed due to there being not enough money in the account. 

Hi, I changed my phone (beginning of May), and after paying for another year of subscription i don't have access to LR Premium i payed for...I delayed posting (thought was just simple mistake, tried log out & in, and so on), but nothing works!Please help 😭

So I havent paid my adobe fees in a while, because I didnt have money in my card, but today i added some and paid my subbscribtion, but i found out that i was deliverd a final warming and after the payment my programs are still unavaliable, which is weird, also I am pretty sure that my 1 year contact is still working 

Hola, escribo para que me ayuden a solicitar un reembolso, hoy en la mañana me llegó una notificación al correo en la que decía que se había contratado un plan mensual de US$6,99. El cual yo en ningún momento autoricé que se realizará. Apenas ví la notificación cancelé la suscripción. Pero necesito que me expliquen que paso, como puede ser que seguridad de datos que prometen sea tan mala. Necesito que me digan cómo solicitar un reembolso ya que he intentado hacerlo pero le dan tan poca importancia a la protección de los usuarios que básicamente no hay casi información de como hacerlo. Nose si me hackearon o si solo ustedes se aprovechan tanto de la gente que confía en la aplicación para estafarlos. Necesito respuestas. Ayuda 

저번달중 1개는 중복결제된거 쓰지도 않았고, 몰랐는데이번달에도 중복 결제되길래 알았는데 환불해주세요. 플랜을 구매했는데.. 자꾸 중복 결제가 됩니다.카드 결제 문자가 두번 오고 그때마다 돈도 두 번 빠져나가는데어도비에 들어가서 확인해보니 중복가입된 플랜도 없고 결제 확인 메일도 한 번만 옵니다.문자가 잘못 보내진건가 싶기도 했지만분명 돈이 두 번 빠져나갑니다..

As it says in subject line -new computer and my CreativeCloud account info says I have no subscriptions. My old computer -graphics card died, I can start up computer but I cannot see anything and as old as it is, it's not worth what it would take to repair. Can Adobe log me out on old computer? How can I reinstate my Illuistrator and Photoshop subscriptions? SHould I cancel my subscription and start over on new computer? Help, need to get back to work!

Hi community,I'm a non-commercial user and most of the time, I only need LR, LRC and LR Mobile. I now see that I have 2 subscriptions in parallel which I didn't think was possible:- Creative Cloud Photo subscription where LR is bundled with PS (about 25 bucks/mo)- LR 1 TB subscription (which is all I need, about 15 bucks/mo) I think this is because LR was nagging me erronously that my subscription was running out, and in my anger I must have purchased a 2nd subscription - I didn't think this was possible as I now have a dual LR subscription for a royal 40 bucks/mo... How can I get rid of the "big" PS subscription without paying the penalty fee? Cheerstotality1000

This issue hasn’t been resolved for everyone—I’m still experiencing the same problem. The online chat support hasn’t been helpful either. Even though it gives the option to connect with an “agent,” I’m fairly certain I was still speaking with a bot, since all three “agents” I interacted with today gave nearly identical responses and none were able to resolve the issue. I was considering resubscribing to one of Adobe’s services, but the fact that something as simple as canceling a subscription has become so difficult makes me hesitant to commit again. If this isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to contact my bank to block further charges. Could you please enable the option for me to cancel my subscription, the same way it was done for @Fearless_Zephyr9465? I’d greatly appreciate it.

Approximately 4 days ago I had a balance withheld in my bank account for a Photoshop charge and today the 16th the balance no longer appears on my card, the invoice has not been reflected in the application but it Customer support is unresponsive  Hace aproximadamente 4 días tenía un saldo retenido en mi cuenta de banco por un cobro de Photoshop y hoy 16 el saldo ya no aparece en mi tarjeta, la factura no se ah reflejado en la aplicación pero en mi cuenta de banco si,lo que no entiendo es como se hizo el cobro si en la app me aparece que tengo pagado mi plan hasta noviembre y el soporte no responde    [Mod: Moved to the Account, Payment & Plan forum]  

I recently checked my credit card and noticed a payment in  August for 190.77 euro taked by adobe from my card . They took the same amount in august 2024 . I have no email or a/c number to contact them and get my monet back and cancel future payments . Please help !!

Active la prueba gratuita de 3 productos de adobe (photoshop, after effects, premier) y el dia 7 de la prueba intente cancelar pero no me dejaba, asi que lo deje en el aire, luego de que me cobraron, cancele la subscripción y en la factura decia que me iban a hacer un "reembolso prorrateado" donde me iban a devolver una cierta cantidad del dinero en 5 dias, y ya ha pasado casi un mes y no me devuelven por otro lado el asistente virtual no puede resolver mi queja ni me pone en contacto con un asesor.

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Premium on May 26, 2025, to test it out. I thought I was using the trial version, but after 7 days, I canceled it completely for free. Today I realized I had subscribed for a month, even though I didn't want to. I would now like to cancel the Adobe Acrobat Premium program, if it's still possible! Hello,Two weeks ago I signed up for the basic plan, so I could do a text search in some pdf documents. I know one can cancel the plan within 7 days and get charged nothing, but I felt that would be gaming the system, so I intended do the text searches, then wait beyond the 7 days so I would be paying for one month. Text search went well, all four pdf documents! Today I logged into my account to cancel the Plan, and there is no record of me being signed up for any Plan (and I can't find the ~$23 charge on my credit card). Weird. Could I be missing something?
