I'm working on an instructional video with our product and Adobe Acrobat Reader. I downloaded and installed the current version 2023.006.20320. It defaulted to the new version and that's what I used.My coworker was looking over the video and he said that his Reader (just installed on a fresh machine) looked completely different. The difference was the new version of course. But he didn't have the option to turn it on. He's also using version 2023.006.20320. His concern is that users will watch our video and not be able to match the way the interface works. See the screenshot. Hi, Since the last update of Adobe Acrobat reader DC I have a black background in my pdf:s. Does anyone know how to change that back to what was before, i.e. white background like in an ordinary paper print? Also in some pdf:s there is no text, just the background text and pictures of the document form. How come? Before the last update I could download them and the text was all visible. Now no of these documents (i.e. not all of my pdf:s) are readable. I attach an example of how this looks. It is an invoice, and as one can see it lacks of almost all information about how to pay. And these documents did not have this look before the last update. Would be very greatful for any assistance with these two issues.

I have a MacBook Pro using OS 14.0 and a Brother dual tray printer. I have contacted Brother and walked through uninstalling everything and reinstalling the drivers. Brother claims it is an Adobe issue. I have PDF documents that are very large (upwards of 100 pages) that are mixed in Legal and Letter sizes throughout the documents. I need to be able to print the document and have my printer detect what document size it is. I would think the "Choose paper souce by PDF paper size" checked box would have done the trick, but alas - no dice. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader (the one I started using first) 4x - then I got so annoyed at not being able to find an answer or being able to speak with someone about this issue I signed up for the Acrobat Pro version (7 day free trial) to at least try to get some answers). Again, no dice. The "IT" person who was helping me via chat had me uninstall and reinstall Adobe THREE TIMES (?!?!?!?!). For the life of me I can not figure out a w

why dose my reader open a document as a display of symbols as in the example below.

My colleague is using latest version Acrobat Reader. Every time (every) she quit the app it crashes. I searched a lot to find a solution whiteout finding. What to do?

When I run Acrobat Reader v 23.008.20533 on Sonoma the only UI I see is a single, empty menu which says "Acrobat Reader". No other UI is presented. I can't do anything with the menu. I've tried uninstalling / cleaning / reinstalling and nothing changes. I can't quit from the dock and I have to force quit.

Please somebody help me. In my office we use Adobe Reader to leave notes in pdf files for our coworkers or correct errors for example. For this we use things like the text function, sometimes drawings, arrows, etc.Sometimes (maybe one out of ten times) NONE of the markings show up upon opening a pdf that has already been edited and saved. This can happen on any of our PCs, regardless of which PC has edited the file and regardless of how much time has passed. It is often "fixable" by closing Reader about three times and scrolling around a bit in between, then the markings suddenly reappear WHILE scrolling around. This is a HUGE problem because when a pdf is sent to somebody for review and then the entire review is missing, mistakes are bound to happen. Please help, if I can't find a solution, it's really bad. How can I fix the problem? Thank you in advance.The version of the App is 23.008.20533

Hi The latest adobe reader dc version should be 23.008.20533, where can I download previous version? Now I face some version can not show normally in picture, but 21.XX.XX version can be normal  . I want to try which version is suitable for my company. Thanks.

HELP, I have a client that has a specific form document that crashes immediately when you click in one of its form cells. They open the document by double clicking on the form document file (its a normal Adobe PDF) on the desktop and Adobe Reader DC opens it automatically. Upon clicking in a cell it crashed in ablut 3-4 seconds after. We found a workaround... if you manually open Adobe Reader DC, and choose FILE and OPEN to open the form document, it works fine without any issues. You can click and enter anything you want. What is going on here? Why would it work differently when opened manually vs. having it automatically open when clicking on a PDF file? Sounds like a weird Adobe glitch to me. Sincerely, Andrew J. Dunowski

Hello together,    I have the problem, that my Acrobat Reader opens sometimes a complete different document instead of the one that I clicked. When I click then on "+" and load the document manual it works, that's why I don't think it is a issue with the file. I work with Dropbox and an iPad.  Maybe someone knows what I can do, because it takes so much extra time. Thank you so much in advance!

Hello,I installed microsoft hortense desktop voice in the speech recognition subject of the W10 config panel.I can hear the french voice when asking for testing the voice. No problem with the narrator too.On the other hand, it produces no sound out when I ask for reading a pdf document by the menu item Display / Audio reading / Read only this page.However, I previously configured the voice to use on "Microsoft Hortense desktop" by the menu item Edit / Preferences, and activated the audio reading.It works fine when reading an english pdf document with the voice Microsoft Zira Desktop - English (US).I use the Acrobat Reader Dc version 2017 - 2017.009.20044.Any help would be appreciated.Annie B.

I am trying to print from the latest free download of acrobat pro dc. I'm trying to print to a Konica 580.However the program "stops working" each time I try to print.The error message is simply that the program has stopped working, no specific error message.Printing to the Konica is fine from other programs.I'm hoping someone can help as I'm a bit stuck!Thanks

Hi Team,Unable to save pdf attachment from outlook it says "Restrictions". Please find the attached screenshot.This happens after launching pdf file from outlook & when you hit file-save it gives the below error. When you hit OK- it goes to folder where you want to save the file.

Hi. As of recently (few days ago) whenever I open a PDF, an automatic pop-up window saying ms edge is now the only thing capable of opening pdfs shows up, but the documents are now completely screwed up. Please look at the attached picture. What is this and what should I do?Thank you very much.

I have the latest Acrobat Reader DC installed on my Windows 10 laptop Lenovo 450s. I get the error "incorrect password". Same problem encountered on the Android phone S21+. Another user is able to open this pdf file on his Android phone using the exact same password. 

Buenos días.Tengo un problema con Adobe Reader. Poseo un Lenovo Yoga 910, y puedo usarlo como ordenador, o abatiendo la pantalla como Tablet. Mi problema viene al usarlo como Tablet y abrir un documento PDF en pantalla completa, que su programa se queda con la pantalla en negro, sin embargo al abrirlo sin abatir la pantalla no da ningún problema. Me gustaría saber si saben de alguna solución a dicho problema ya que me es necesario para el trabajo el poder usarlo como Tablet y el poder abrir catalogos en PDF.Muchas gracias.

Hello, An acquaintance has a problem with the e-mail function in Adobe Reader.He uses a scan application called Canon MP Navigator to scan a document to PDF.The scanning works fine and after the scan is finished, the PDF-document is opened.But the problem start when he wants to send the opened PDF-document by e-mail.When he presses the e-mail button he gets the error: 'A problem occurred with Acrobat. Some functions might not work as expected' (Dutch: Er is een probleem met Acrobat. Enkele functies werken mogelijk niet naar behoren). (See attached screenshot)The strange thing is, that if he closes the PDF-document and reopens the same PDF-document in Adobe Reader (from Windows Explorer), everything is working fine. Hi community,I receive a daily transaction report that lists purchases from the previous day. My task is to review the purchases assigned to my division, as each purchase lists the employee number of the staff member that made the transaction.I have a long list of employees, so cross referencing employee numbers from my staff list vs the transaction log is extremely tedious. I am trying to catch instances where an employee from a different division has been erroniously charged to my division. My vision of what I want to acheive:1. Open the transaction log PDF2. Run a search that contains my list of employee numbers (search "match any of the words")3. Highlight all instances of matches to my employee numbers list in the document This way, if a transaction is logged under my division and the employee number is not highlighted, I know that employee number does not belong to my division. Hi CommunityI have a problem with Acrobat Reader Pro. A few seconds after opening a PDF file, Acrobat displays a loading circle on a grey box and freezes.I have turned off security and all features, updated Acrobat but no result. I can't close it after freezing - only close in task manager works. Many thanks for help
