Hello,I have a problem to convert a file AutoCAD to pdf.Always, I have an error.I have already made this manipulation :Conversion du format AutoCAD au format PDF | Désactiver l’alerte et activer la conversion PDF (adobe.com)But it doesn't work.

Hello, We have at least 3 users that are affected by the issue in the Subject line. All machines are running Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit with version 19.021.20047 of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I've also attached a screenshot of the error message users are receiving. It should be noted that this issue only began occurring after our environment was updated to this version of Reader DC; previous versions did not cause this issue. Is this a new issue in this build? Please advise. Thanks.

Is there anyway to install Adobe Reader DC x64 to a user defind directory other than Program Files, Program Files (x86), and / or Program Data?

I get the error message on Reader x and Acrobat X "An internal error occurred" and displays a blank page when trying to open a pdf file that is pasword proptected.It appears that it has opened the document when I check the secuity properties, only Securty is set to Aloowed all the rest are set to Not Allowed.I tried printing the document and Reader crashes with "Adobe Reader has stopped working".It works on 9.4.2 (Reader and Acrobat)  and opens and displays the document correctly.Adobe have cocked-up 10. Unusual for Adobe, but sadly, true. I am going back to 9.4.2.

Good day, We’re running Adobe Acrobat Reader (64x-bit) Version 2022.003.20314. On Windows 11 64x PC, with all the latest updates installed. When opening a PDF,  it opens fine, and then for no apparent reason the top bar disappears (The part showing the file’s name, and below it with the menu bar showing File, Edit, View, Sign, Window and Help). The Home/Tools menu remains there. This is happening on 10x PC's, all of them have two screens (which I suspect is part of the issue). I've tried the solutions on this answer with no luck:https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/top-of-window-disapeared-can-t-minimize-dual-monitors-no-longer-work/m-p/8267303#M38032 How do I go about resolving this?

Hello, I don't know if this is the section to ask this but I can't find another one and I have this version of Adobe, I recently saw the Adobe webinstaller process in the task manager after an update, what would this process be?

Font keeps changing when editing pdf  I dont know how to keep it as the original. please help

I get the following message popping up every hour or so on my Mac. I have searched the forum, and there seems to be no current solution. I am not even using the old Reader because I am using Pro. How do I stop these incessant notifications?

Hi, we use the pub ftp for our enterprise deployments. We also use this ftp server to check for de latest version.  This is automated once a month so it will be automaticly included in the montly patch round. Without the requirement of human action. (automation for the win!) Why is adobe not putting the latest version on the ftp? since adobe (as far as i'm aware off) doesnt have a public rss feed with direct download links, this is (or was) the best option to automate the whole process.   

We have a pdf that works for some users and not for others. It has options to select and then a score is presented at the bottom of the PDF. We tried this on older versions of Reader and this is not working either and we are currently using the latest version of adobe. We have reinstalled the Adobe Reader and removed Appdata for adobe and this made no difference. Any help would be great.

Hi,  We have developed some dynamic XFA smart PDF form for one of prestigious Bank in UAE. User can use this smart pdf in their windows systems(Laptop/Desktop) but they are unable to use this form in thir ios Tablet/Mobile, MAC & Android mobile. If anyone has any solution kindly help us to resolve this problem.  Also we would like to inform to Adobe Team please help us to get the solution on this. I am having issues navigating search results on advanced search pop-ups on Adobe Acrobat Reader on a MacBook device. Whenever I would like to advance search for a word and press enter I get list of results. Navigating through these results is a bit inconvenient, as I have to click using the trackpad on each result on the list to see the text in context. May you, please, help on how to use keyboard arrow keys to navigate through the list of search results smoothly by just pressing down the up-and-down arrow keys?

Hola, tengo una duda, ¿Existe alguna forma de ocultar por defecto el PANEL DE TAREAS?, es terriblemente molesto que al abrir cualquier archiv PDF este panel se vuelva a abrir aun cuando se haya seleccionado previamente en la opcion Ver > Mostrar/Ocultar > Panel de tareas que NO queremos que se abra...Ojala me puedan ayudar a solucionar este inconveniente...

Hi,we are currently having problems with displaying pdfs in SAP. Indeed some users could not open a document twice in SAP, without having a pop-up 0:521 which indicates that reader is already in progress. We noticed that this problem did not occur for users who had the 32bit version. However, we have seen that the 32-bit version has not been maintained since January 2023. Everyone is discarding on the SAP and Opentext side (because it is in an Opentext transaction that we encounter this problem). And adobe side difficult to have support. Have you encountered this problem before? if so, were you able to fix it?

I have a paid subscription that includes Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. I am on the desktop app and do not have access to the "Prepare Form" tool. Overall, these are the only tools I have: How do I fix this and get access to the other tools?

I was emailed a pdf. The print is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it.    How can I make this document larger so I can print and read?

I'm making a form that needs to pass the accessibility check in Acrobat. I've created a form in InDesign. The entire form has been created the same exact way. For some reason, only the top half of the form passes, but the lower half of form fields has an error that says, "Tagged form fields - Failed." Does anyone know what the potential issue could be? And how I can fix it in InDeisgn? This form changes regularly, so I'd like to have everything working correctly from InDesign and just export it as an interactive PDF. I've done many of these forms before but this is the first time I'm running into this issue.
